Really? I'd say Twilight is more "gender neutral" than the others. She's not blatantly girly, nor is she blatantly masculine. It varies depending on the situation. For example, she eats like a fucking pig and wore a royal guard uniform for Nightmare Night... yet isn't opposed to getting makeovers for slumber parties.

To me, the most feminine is either Rarity or Fluttershy.

Well, it's more about the way she conducts herself. But if you watched S1, you'll know that her and Rarity frequent the spa, so pedicures aren't exactly off-limits for her. Wanting to have a tea party and braid tails -- as mentioned in Stare Master -- also strikes me as a bit feminine.
