Cutie Mark Removal spell. Although I'll admit although most of its origins lies in fan speculation, I do wish they gave some detail on how Starlight learned it. The spell gave this tool to her to inflict this horror to proceed her philosophy.

Rarity's "turn tree branch to mud" spell from the sleepover ep. Makes me wonder what other spells she's got, like a reason why she was apparently underwater in the Sisterhooves Social mudpit waiting for Applebloom. A "Not Down" spell? A turn mud to air spell? She may be a seamstress, but normal telekenesis aside, she may have racked up quite a few spells involving being dirty. But she'll never admit it.
