Anybody run con ops or volunteer to help staff for any horse conventions? I just had a thought in my head. I can't go to Fillycon for fun because I have no money, but if I go as staff, I can get something on my resume, and still have fun. I'm within driving distance. What do you think? Is it worth it?

"Yeah, I went to a brony con and did a bunch of autistic things with sweaty neckbeards for free. Hire me!"

>not lying on your resume
This is why you don't have a job.

Shameful

>putting con op on your resume
That's like putting "4chan mod" on a resume. Literally the only chance you have of that working is phrasing it as "event planning for children"
Manchildren are still children

Is drawing furry porn also on your resume?
>>27936319
No, it'd be "event planning for adults with special needs".
>>27936343
Only if the "special need" is horse pussy

He could play it off cool. Say you only did it to fuck con bitches. Your employer will fist-bump you and say "noiiiicee"

It would pass as volunteer work is what's most important to me. Goddamn hiring sheets want to you to put down contacts that were not previous employers or family members. But i'm pretty sure they don't look them up, but I'd rather not take any chances.
