see the title of the gif. I was messing around with ffmpeg, and fucked up the x264 -> gif conversion, leaving all the movement data intact; it didn't render the x264 properly. This is how videos are compressed. Pretty sick.

Finding good spots to do it is hard, but I'm finding a few. Basically, parts with lots of movement everywhere don't work; it has to be isolated to one spot (blinking, a pony bouncing without background changes, etc)
