If you dwell on negative thoughts and suffer from anxiety often, your brain and emotions will respond so, by telling you that you are apparently a shit person. But this is your fault. You crafted the negativity, so you end up depressed.

Having a waifu and imaginary friend over the course of adolescence has driven me to believe like I'm loved, and valued, and capable of being a happy person, just like a person who has an actual real life friend or partner gets. I'm just supporting the idea that I'm likeable by myself, through the imaginary friend/waifu.
