Mlp does need new blood, it has a trickle of new posters but in all honesty we've basically burned out the existing sources of new posters.

The only thing that can make mlp powerful again is the repealing of global rule 15. We must allow ponies on b, r9k, and pol. Of course there won't be any pony threads (unless board related) but the memes will convert them.

Make post mlp reaction images allowed jusy like posting anime or other cartoon reaction images.
