Starlight's role so far has only been there to advance Twilight. Given how much of a side character she is, I doubt she's just going to be given wings out of the blue.

I want a Starlight X Sunset thread

OP here. In my first post I meant would Sunny become an alicorn of the human world ever. We could tell whenever she "ponys-up" as they call it. I say she has definitely earned them and many believe she already has them. It would make sense since she's practically the Twilight of that group.

I could easily see Hasjew makin Starlight an alicorn either end of this season or seventh. Either that or an element. Definitely an element by season six finale.

On a side note. We can designate this thread as a Sunny x Starlight thread. It would be nice to get a comfy green.

So far everything shows that it was never meant to be. I don't know if the books are canon but they're official material so it at least shows us what the writers and Hasbro have in store for the character.
On the other hand there's literally nothing supporting she is ever going back. I think it's very safe to say she was always meant to be an EqG exclusive character from the first film.
