What was your cosplay?

I don't know. I guess I'm trying to hold on to that excitement I had for the series that I don't have anymore. It was kind of the same last year. I was a colossal faggot the first couple of hours I was there, acting like I didn't want to be there, but I finally loosened up when I was hanging out with some people the rest of the days I was there.

I think I just need to work on my pessisism.

And I understand. I was all about pones back in 2012 and everybody didn't understand the hype asides me. You just have to get to know people, nonbody there is going to think you're a fag because they'd have no room to talk unless you are trying to discuss smut with them. Plus there's a good (definite) chance that people from /mlp/ are going to be attending all 3 days, just ask them in the BronyCon thread if they want to meet up and talk about the show while looking at merch and stuff. You'll might get that post-con depression feel like I did, but you will also appreciate the fact you at least went that year and had a great time.

Maybe I should do a simple cosplay. I go to other cons and typically have better times interacting with others when I do, at other cons. Maybe I'll just dress similar to a character rather than straight up cosplay. I liked how some people did that last con.

Yeah, that's true. I did interact with some people last year, but not as much as I liked to. (I also had this experience with someone who had genuine social problems who kept getting in the way while I was with someone.) But you know, whatever. I'm not too concerned about that, and this isn't my first con. I just want to get in a better mood about horses again.
