scenes. A lot of them revolve around the leadership
being worse than the mods of /mlp/
Sonya the previous (Con Chair) was absolute shit
micro managing and causing a whole lot of issues with other departments of the con.
Once we heard she was stepping down I had hope
for this con.
This is the woman who over spends con money to the inevitable shut down
Once Sonya stepped down other con chairs were
set in place. Those at least wise enough to not overspend
or micro manage departments they had no idea how to run
However 2 months after babscon 2015 Sonya created the Board of BABScon
In it she hired everyone she knew who would agree with her every decisions and whim.
She stated that the Board is now stronger than con chair and promptly fired the con chairs.
replacing them with more people she knew
TLDR; Sonya made BABScon into a communism, holding all the power of leadership
and hiring people who she knew wouldn't oppose her.

to include her, it's cause she strong arms her
way into them. Making it a requirement for her to be on them
She spends con budget as if we would ever hit reg cap, which we never do.
Last years magical school girls theme was create cause,
months before the con she saw a magical school girl anime. and decided
for the con that this was the right direction to go. Over spending to change
the previous theme and commissioning art and animations we couldn't pay for.
Year 1 panelist badges were suppose to be reimbursed, however most of the panelist
never got their money back.

Well, just got my response and both co-chairs assure me that $100,000 is an extreme over exaggeration of the debt, and it was handled a couple months ago.
