Not gonna lie, I've been tempted to make an episode. Not one for /mlp/ but a regular one. A nostalgic one with the letters and non alicorn twi. I have some connections to show staff, so if I can get it approved and I get some free time to work on animation maybe I'll do it.

Only because the creator hyped it up so bad. He had me half believing it really would be up to genuine episode quality. Then I saw the first animatic where Twilight pulled 6 completely unrelated extremely silly faces in a three second space while just shaking a bottle. I'm not an animator, but I could tell that was not how it's done, no sir. It looked shit and shit it was.

I liked Double Rainboom. It should have been way shorter, and as a "show-like episode" it was a failure, but as a regular fanwork it wasn't that bad.

Last time I heard about it was when they admitted that they're not capable of creating an episode and wanted to do an audio play instead. That was a long time ago - pretty sure they didn't even finish that.
