The torrent should be fine, he's talking about a separate issue with a torrent tracker he usually uploads this to. They have quality control and don't allow uploads with parts missing or corruption. But the actual video is fine.

Deluge is also an acceptable option for any OS, but it sucks at handling lots of torrents.
