As much as I would fucking love to see this, I don't think they could do justice to the almighty terror a spacefaring mankind would be to Equestria. They'd either end up slapping the humans with a colossal idiot ball or inventing some stupid for-the-plot reason why they wouldn't win, which would ruin the point of the show (win because friends, not because plot demands).

This is why I think they blew thier load too quickly with Discord. Harmony is the most powerful force in equestria, it's what the entire show is about. Chaos is the opposite of Harmony, but they already dealt with the embodiment of it and made him thier bitch. Every villain since has been a downgrade. The writers have kinda written themselves to a corner.

She initially doesn't even realize her newfound power.
