Sometimes, he brings back extra leftover goods from sales. Every once in a while I get free pony merch.

Got two pony brushables as a gift along with a couple happy meal toys. They've watched enough Disney movies to understand that guys can like girl stuff too. My young sister and brother are both into it too, so it's a plus for sibling bonding activities.

My mother doesn't like cartoons or doing anything really because she's the most boring person ever. She watched the first episode and then left. My dad "doesn't get it." Like he literally doesn't understand the difference between unicorns and pegasi. He's bitched about me watching the show but hasn't ever said anything to my face. The show gave me an interest in plush making though and my mother used to sew and my dad's mother used to sew so there's that I guess.

My Dad thinks it's gay, my mom actually watched some episodes with me and liked it. She started watching season one on Netflix about a month ago. My brother is an aspie weebshit with lots of brony friends but he doesn't actually watch the show. My sister likes purple smart but has only seen a few episodes.

My college is a literal 20 min walk away, so I still live with my parents. I've always been the "weird" kid and I don't think my parents care. Probably helps that I'm a medical student, while my other siblings didn't even pass high school.

They make jokes. But I make jokes about the crap they watch too. I guess I'm just lucky they're a couple of dorks. They both know what it's like to be a fans of strange things and tend to sperg out about stuff they like more than I do. I don't hide what I watch or listen to but I'm pretty good at containing my actual power level.
