Yes and yes. Aryanne was leading a purging unit into enemy territory in full armament. Veronicas entire squad made of local militia got mauled in seconds.

Aryanne got into close quarters with her oponents weapons failed and beat her to the ground. But she decided to spare her out of disgust after she noticed Veronica was drunk on the battlefield and she refused to kill someone not sober.

Veronika later got promoted by command of he communist party against her will to a officer position. Aryanne was not known to leave eye witnesses alive and they claimed Veronica survived because of her combat prowess.

Is this a storyboard sketch for the greentext or a standalone picture?

If you intend to flesh it out more i recommend you focus more on the pony itself both in size and detail and less on the surroundings. Large spawling backgrounds and background details demand a whole lot of attention.

You never know how many people are really in a thread as this counter only shows different IP's, not actual people. Nothing to speak of people who just look at it without posting.

Not only tend Aryanne threads to last longer than most other threads, they also have a higher IP/user count. In a thread that 404's via autosage it was always above 100 in the last months.
And yes i looked at the ten oldest threads at the time too. Comparing the IP count we scored always in the upper third. We are in good shape.

The channel 8 thread is a long term archive to safe the content for several months. The speed of the site allows that to happen and so we happyly make use of it. Given the site features, overall climate and self moderation there I prefer it over 4chan. 4chan has a speed advantage but that comes at the cost of poor moderation, a bad userbase and a lot of shitposting.

4chan is not what it used to be. Nor is this whole board. The Faustening, Gamergate and Moots retirement have taken their toll on it.

no. the name is a joke. it started as a prompt and when it seemed to become popular anons wanted to find it easily and said to title future threads as "the hands of fate" since that refers to the protagonist "knowing" the future and changing fate. HS then added Manos as a joke and posted the MST3K title screen as the OP image for a while for his own amusement, eventually the Character changes his name to Manos making the title tie to the story by request of readers.

Hard working, powerful earth ponies do not need the use of magic or wings to make them great.

If Aryanne were a unicorn and used her magic to rise to power, then you could blame her success on her magic. It wouldn't be so much her that was powerful, but rather her magic. Being an earth pony and still becoming a powerful leader shows a lot about the strength of Aryanne herself.

Anon, it's finally finished. Again, sorry for the excessive wait. Also, I went a little overboard with the armor, but I liked this gradient of color I made too much to not use it.

And lastly, I'm still going to be taking requests, but to keep it quick, I'll be doing strictly screenshot traces only until school lets out for summer break. Cammy is in fact english. I reckon aside form Bison 2 other people would have potentially suited her a little better. One would be Poison (the woman with the pink hair) or Hugo, who is a gigantic german Wrestler. He's also the tallest character in the whole game and even dwarfs Zangief. Only problem is, he seems to be the only German in the game and Aryanne looks nothing like him so at least from the optical standpoint Cammy was kind of a good choice.

We don't got greentext here on a regular basis, but now that i got around reading this i want to say some things about it.

No complaints with the german in the story. As i stated earlier, it's spot on. If you wish to translate that after a sentence it could however help to make it more comprehensible for the nongerman readers here.

The pacing reminds me of a warprisoner or alien captive story. It's nice you kept the ties to the canon stuff brief so you could get to the meat of the story.

One word of advice though, two of Aryanne supporting characters, Kyrie (left) and Franziska (right), have already been drawn. Pic related. Nice of you to come up with your own design but unless you want to introduce a new character this is not really necessary.

Looking forward to read more of it. General advice, a short story arc is usually preferable to a longer one. Thank you for writing for us Anon!
