>What is this thread about?
This thread is dedicated to stories that have clear dominate and submissive roles; both with and without consent.

>What exactly is welcome in this thread?
A wide variety of stories are welcomed here; from non-consent and sexual slavery, to abusive manipulation and psychological domination, to maids and extortion, and even healthy consensual relationships with BDSM role-play elements.

A few topics that are discouraged are NTR, vore, scat, and other similar themes.

So much for 'the last story posted in the previous thread gets the featured'.
>>
>anons being really picky about OP
>>
>>26537608
To be fair, that trend has been broken from some time now. In my opinion, it would seem odd to feature a major story like BB anyways. BBB, Octavia, and SiM don't get featured mainly because they don't need it.
>>
>>26538670
When I do the OP I usually try to feature the last story to update that hasn't been featured before, or failing that, I'll just pick a random old-one from the paste. Agree it doesn't make sense to feature the main ones over and over again, even if they are what's keeping the thread alive.

>Moody teenager who tried to murder her only family because ponies were following their natural instincts
But the ass was fat, Anon...
>>
>>26546520
You don't understand, anon.
She is not only that, she represents the pointless struggle against the very nature. To try and control it for her own goals. Where every victory is only temporary because nature will assert itself over her will and the name of the act of trying to fight against that is called hubris.
She represents not only human civilization, but sentience itself.

Therefore best pone. Somehow.
>>
^
>>
>>26547513
I'd argue that she's something like the inverse of human struggle against nature. Humans go, "I do not like things as they are. Let me invent something that allows me to circumvent my natural limitations." Nightmare went, "I do not like this thing. May as well try to murder my own sister!"

One of these strategies has long-term viability.

>Once you’ve finished cleaning various kinds of bodily fluids off, you set out in search of the only pony whom you haven’t had to lock up in some way.
>You certainly hope you won’t have to change that status, after she gets a whiff of you.
>...Not just because you’re running out of ways to restrain ponies.
>But because she’s the closest thing you have to a friend in this place, now.
>You’d hate for a little rape to come between friends.
>After all, even Tirek got over that one, and he’s the kind of guy who would hold a grudge for a thousand years.
>...Man, listening to him rant about how horrible his traitor brother was got old REAL fast.
>Briefly, you pause at the entrance at your room, debating whether or not you could use the spices to mask the smell of your recent activities.
>...No
>Then you’ll probably just smell like you had sex with a very excited pie.
>However, that does give you an idea.
>If you can meet her by the entrance, then the rather potent smell there might be able to hide it.
>If she hasn’t managed to get herself hurt or stuck, she should be waiting for you riiiight...here!
>Entering the room, you see the fire’s roaring, the supplies you two gathered have been separated into two neat little piles, there’s a dried skin folded and resting on the ‘inedible’ pile…
>But no Cadance.
>Damn.
>The door’s half-open, practically a neon sign announcing where she went.
>You’re not sure what’s more impressive: the fact that she was strong enough to open it by herself, or the fact that she worked up the courage to go out there by herself.
>...
>If she got hurt, she’ll never forgive you.
>Granted, she shouldn’t have had to do much more than poke her head out to see if any of your traps were set off.
>...Right.
>You didn’t actually tell her HOW to check the traps.
>>
>>26549905
>For some reason, part of you is dreading the inevitable confrontation as you approach the half-open “door” to your cave.
>You’re actually kind of afraid you’ll lose your only friend in this place.
>You squeeze through the narrow opening Cadance provided, and look around.
>There she is!
>She’s about halfway down the path, sticking out like a big pink sore thumb.
>Where the hell does she think she’s going?!
>It’s like she’s TRYING to get herself killed.
>...Whiiiich...is her own prerogative, really.
>If you grab her out there, she’s going to instantly smell her aunt on you.
>Waiting for her to come back here would be the best choice, you’ll be able to break things to her slowly.
>In fact, it wouldn’t take too much to convince her that Luna essentially threw herself at you, after how much of a martyr she was trying to be last night.
>Yep.
>You should really leave her out there.
>Let her do whatever it is she’s...oh, screw it.
>It took you less than a second to spot her, a gryphon would see her even faster.
>Patting your knife with your hand, to reassure yourself, you run after her.
>That’s when it hits you.
>She might be leaving.
>When you sent her off, you hadn’t quiiite planned on raping any of her family...could she have heard Luna’s screaming?
>Your mind races, trying to think of how you could convince her to stay.
>...
>It would be a lot easier to come up with something if your hand still wasn’t killing you.
>It’s only once you’re close enough for Cadance’s ears to swivel around, a sure sign she’s heard you, does an idea pop into your head.
>It’s straight out of Tirek’s playbook.
>It’s undignified, it’s manipulative, it’s stupidly dangerous to do out in the open, it twists everything you and her aunts have told her…
>It’s perfect.
>>
>>26549915
>”Master?” Cadance turns around, her eyes wide, her wings threatening to flare out.
“Cadance! Where do you think you’re going?”
>”I...you told me to check the traps, so I was…” her nose wrinkles up, “What is that…”
>That’s when it hits her.
>She takes a step back, her eyes wide, “Master? What did you...do...?”
>She’s terrified of the answer.
“I...something I regret. I lost it Cadance, I shouldn’t have, but...she told me I was an animal, so...I acted like one.”
>Her eyes grow with every shakey word that comes out of your mouth.
>”No…”she takes a step backwards, “You...you didn’t…you’re-you’re better than that!”
“Listen, Cadance, this isn’t the place to talk about it, alright? It’s not safe here. Now come back inside.”
>You reach your hand out, offering it to her.
>Specifically, you offer her your injured hand.
>Her eyes lock onto your abused, if no longer bloodstained, knuckles.
>The smell clinging to you, the signs of violence, the noises she no doubt heard from your tantrum in Celestia’s room all come together in her mind to form a much grislier picture than what happened.
>”You’re...you’re as bad as Tirek said…”
>...
>What the hell did he tell these three?!
“Cadance. I’m not going to ask again. Inside. Now.”
>Panting, her eyes dart all over the place-looking for any sort of escape route.
>You had expected her to freak out, but...you hadn’t expected her to panic this badly.
>You take a step forward, prompting her.
>Her reaction, is to spin around and take off down the path.
>Shit.
>You had planned on her stomping her hooves and yelling, not running.
>>
>>26549942
Ooooh, boy. We done goofed.

...but you know, I think we gave ourselves our own answer already:
>It’s like she’s TRYING to get herself killed.
>...Whiiiich...is her own prerogative, really.

Do not pursue Cadance. We told her she could leave if she wanted to, and if we ever intend to get her back again it's critical we do not show ourselves consciously breaking our promises to her.

What we do instead is follow her at a distance - I forget, did we ever get back our knife from her? - and wait for bad shit to happen. Which it will, because Cadance is completely unskilled to survive out here. Wait just long enough for her to be seriously scared and injured (but not eviscerated). Then we get to play the hero for a bit (stupid, yes, but necessary) followed by 'mercifully' welcoming her back into our home even though we told her staying was a one-time only offer.

I say let her leave. Let her get a taste of her aunts' "just punishment", give the brat a little perspective. We can always "mercifully" drag what remains of her back.

>>26549942
Yup, we've predictably fcuked up, but as >>26550563 and >>26553575 said, this situation seems like one that should, at least to a degree, rectify itself.
>>
>>26550563
>did we ever get back our knife from her?
Yes, we did.
>Patting your knife with your hand, to reassure yourself, you run after her.

>>26549905
>You’d hate for a little rape to come between friends.
>After all, even Tirek got over that one, and he’s the kind of guy who would hold a grudge for a thousand years.
Does that mean... did Anon... rape Tirek when they first met? Yeah, we're friends now, but still I get the feeling he's going to bring it up once he has Twilight's magic and it's time to let us out of Tartarus.

>You’re not sure what’s more impressive: the fact that she was strong enough to open it by herself, or the fact that she worked up the courage to go out there by herself.
Once the current crisis is resolved we need to do something about this one.

>>26549942
>Cadance
If we let her leave she'll get killed or kidnapped by the nearest whatever. We did promise her she can leave but we also promised to keep her safe. I say we do the later, and chase after her. Also, she's a security risk, in anyone intelligent catches her, she won't withstand torture, they will interrogate her, find out where we are and who we hold captive. We would have to abandon not only our cave, but with everyone in Tartarus out for revenge against the alicorn sisters, we would abandon them too.

If cadance gets away we lose /everything/ we have, so catching her is our to priority. Justifying/apologizing for what we did to Luna is secondary.

Sprint after Cadance and try to grapple her before she knows what's what. If that doesn't work, go back to the cave, gear up, mask the entrance properly (we left the door open), and turn the chase into a proper tracking-and-endurance-hunting trip. Once she's too weak run, she'll be happy to be found by us instead of a hungry orthrus. Then we can explain and talk her into coming back with us, instead of using force.

All I could find the 2/3 times I popped in was guides on how to hypnotize yourself into thinking you were a pony, or trying to create a tulpa.

That was not the kind of mindfuckery I was looking for.

Do you know if there was a Hypno general that focused on hypnotism stories instead?

Reposting from the end of last thread:

> By the time you step from the conference room, night has rolled in and a light hubbub can be heard already drifting from the main hall.
> Only half the ponies that had originally sat at the table leave with you; the others had felt the venture too risky.
> That's okay.
> Six was enough for the plan to get started; in time, the others might become interested again.
> You might even get a better deal out of them if they had to come crawling back to you.
> Glancing down you find your eyes lingering on Dash, who still spouts the occasional yawn and slap of her lips within the bridle's confines..
> She'd found the proceedings utterly boring, and chosen to lightly doze in your lap.
> Fortunately her dress was little worse for it.
> Suddenly finding yourself smiling, you reach down and pat her head lightly.
> In turn she looks back up and issues a cautious smile.
> A feeling of slight giddiness runs through you; even with the specter of Luna hanging over the evening's affairs, the hardest part seemed long since past.
> Bargains done, and deals sealed.
"Just one more speech to give, Dash, and tonight will be everything I'd hoped it to be. It took longer than I hoped, but we're almost there."
> "Yes, master."
> She hesitates for just a moment, then speaks again with a hopeful note in her voice:
> "There's still gonna be time for me to see Rarity tonight, though?"
> Briefly annoyance flickers through you; was she still so attached to those ponies?
> But no - it's no reason to be angry with her; you had promised this from the beginning.
"Yes, Dash. I'll make sure there's some time."
> The next pair of doors are watched by a pair of uniformed guardsponies - city guard, thankfully, not the blue-gold-and-white Royals.
> Issuing curt but friendly nods, they step aside to allow you passage.
>>
>>26581918

> Stepping through them brings you into an antechamber just short of the main hall itself - a thought suddenly to your mind as well.
> Unfortunately, just through that door is another pair - this time very definitely one of the heavily-armored guards in from Canterlot.
> Not a blink is spared for you or your slave, yet their massive eyes never quite let you out of the corners of their vision.
> Turning a corner out of their view, a side hallway quickly presents itself; you quickly turn down it and get well out of hearing distance from the main passage.
> "Master? What...?"
"Dash, I need to tell you something I didn't think of earlier."
> Squatting down, you place a hand to her dress' collar.
> It may not have carried as much weight as when her typical metal one was being worn, but the gesture was familiar enough that its effect was automatic:
> Stiffening up, Dash fixates her full attention on you - ears sinking as she realizes how serious this is.
"I don't think that Luna will try anything tonight. Too many innocent ponies dead if she did. But, if something happens anyhow..."
> Why are you hesitating?
"Run. Go back to the shuttle, fast as you can. You're still one of the fastest ponies around; you can do it."
> "But master-"
"No, Dash. Don't argue with me on this. You can't fight an alicorn, and if Luna loses her temper badly enough to attack me she isn't going to play nice with you."
> Shock transforms into a grimace, and then a scowl.
> "I don't like it. She'll hurt you if she can get to you!"
> Way to state the obvious, Dash.
"And she'll pluck you aside like an insect if you get in her way. No, the safest place for you to be will be in the shuttle."
> Hopefully Luna would hesitate to tear open something potentially explosive in the process of rescuing Dash.
> That might be long enough for you to negotiate a way out of it.
> ...if she hadn't just crushed your head like a watermelon already by then.
> Not something to dwell on, that.
>>
>>26581930

"We'll just have to rely on her common sense being greater than her anger. And Cadance possibly halting her; she won't let her plan go down the drain so easily."
> "If - if you say so."
"You know very well how sensitive Luna is about her past. Do you think she'd want to be held responsible for another catastrophe coming to Equestria?"
> The reasoning is weak even in your mind, and no doubt sounded even weaker coming from your lips.
> But Dash bows her head and nods awkwardly.
> "I guess not."
"Then remember: If she does do anything, just get to the shuttle and you'll be safe."
> Running your fingers through her cheek-coat one last time, you rise off your haunches.
> Stretching your legs briefly and straightening your coat, a deep breath fills your lungs.
"Alright. Let's do this."
> Compared to the excellently muffled hallways outside, walking into the main hall is like being hit with a wave of sound.
> Already there seem to be at least a hundred ponies in attendance, and judging by the filled tables this is only two-thirds the expected crowd.
> Not counting the staff, of course, who are flitting between tables with trays of wine and hors d'oeuvres trapped in fields of magic or carefully balanced across wings and backs.
> Catching Dash looking wistfully at one such tray, a small smile touches your lips.
"You're free to get a drink, but only one."
> "Just one?"
"For now. I don't want you making a fool of yourself - and me."
> Or, worse, revealing to any of the ignorant here tonight the exact nature of your relationship.
"For that matter, get one or me too. I'm going to need a little something to steady my nerves."
> After the past few hours, it seems like a small reward is in order - and one helping of wine, especially of the smaller glasses ponies used, would not be enough to completely neuter your wits.
> Watching your slave set off into the crowd on her task, you set about on another:
> Taking a long, careful examination of the room.
>>
>>26581934

> Familiar ponies are noted down - at least eight of the dozen who'd sat with you in the conference room earlier are also already present.
> So are at least twenty other faces you were familiar with - high rollers, business magnates of all stripes, political figures, and monied ponies new and old.
> All rubbing shoulders - and all scoping out potential allies or targets of opportunity.
> While none of them were as vicious as the tight-fisted men you'd once worked for, that did not mean they were stupid.
> Everyone here understood what this night was for.
> Continuing the scan, your gaze falls on Shining Armor standing in quiet conversation with a pair of armored Royal Guard - his dress uniform standing out even among the multivarious colors of mane, coat, and clothing ponies already bore.
> He himself wore no plate, but a unicorn of his talent would not need to.
> The frown that had appeared on your lips is carefully pushed away, your face returned to neutrality.
> You'd known he would be about; no need to show your annoyance here.
> Cadance, however, is oddly absent.
> So is Luna - if the nighttime diarch intends to present herself, she has not yet made an appearance.
> The same cannot be said for her personal guard regiment; dark-coated and dark-armored, they stood mixed with the white-coated Royal and more pragmatically-dressed city guard at regular intervals along the edge of the room.
> A show of force, you remind yourself.
> Just like bringing the Obstinance into a lower orbit - this was all posturing.
> Even so, you must admit some discomfort at being in the presence of so many armed creatures without your own drones.
> "Master?"
> Dash had appeared by your side at some point, a tray held between her teeth with two glasses held on it.
> Selecting one with a thankful nod, you immediately take a sip - letting the soothing liquid run down your throat.
>>
>>26581957

"Well Dash, I don't think we can put this off any longer. Time to go kiss babies and shake hands, I guess."
> "Hooves."
"Those too."
> Grinning, you step into the mixed multitude of ponies looking to find their seats.
> Freed to the invisible social barrier that had restrained them from approaching you so long as you were lingering by the wall, you're immediately set upon by the first wave of ponies eager to greet such an unusual figure.
> A more generous person might have described them as enthusiastic welcomers, but to your eye their approach felt like nothing so much as vultures descending on a bounty.
> Word of your reason for being here - of your 'rescue' of the city and uncovering the 'theft' at their museum - was of course known, and the reappearance of such a well-known pony as Dash at your side draws even more attention.
> Though you are mostly caught up answering those closest to you, the few glimpses you manage to send her way suggest that Dash is doing well at holding her own.
> Hints of her old personality surface - a confidence of voice and pose despite the discomfort at the fanciness of her dress she'd shown earlier.
> From your own mouth flow an endless stream of pleasantries and small talk - distractions and misdirection from the true situation.
> The earlier work already done and the next stage not yet due, you're content to allow the crowd their blatherings while you eye out any potential further allies.
> Instead your gaze falls on a very unwelcome sight, however - richly aquamarine eyes locking to meet your own.
> Princess Luna had arrived.
> She stood a good fifty paces away and surrounded by her own little fortress of fawning appreciators, but from the way she eyes you the rest of the hall may as well be empty.
> There was murder in those eyes.
"...Dash, on me."
> Parting the crowd easily with your stature, you approach the lunar princess.
>>
>>26581963

> Unlike so many other ponies here, she has opted not to pretty herself up for the evening - wearing nothing more than the here normal peytral, crown, and hoofguards.
> At a distance just close enough to be heard you halt - standing erect and straight-backed as you offer a bow in greeting.
"Your Highness."
> "You need not bow to Us, Anonymous. You are no subject of Ours."
> Though her tone is mirthful and light, its message can't be missed.
> In her eyes, your presence here is an affront.
"...ah, the thought is appreciated, but nonetheless. It is good to see you here tonight."
> "We are most pleased by the chance to come."
> Heh.
> Well, if she wants to play that way...
> Dash is nudged forwards with a subtle prod of your toe on her hoof; how bow is considerably deeper and more honest.
> Unfortunate, that she still remained so respectful of the princesses.
> "H-Hey, Princess..."
> For just a second there is a flicker of unmasked emotion on Luna's face - true, deep sadness followed by an easily-missed twist of unmatched fury.
> It's gone just as quickly as it arrived, though, and if you'd not already been watching her closely there was no reason to think it'd have been seen at all.
> "Rainbow Dash. Please, rise."
> When your slave does so - daring to raise her eyes and look Luna in the face - the younger princess leans down to touch her nose briefly to Dash's.
> "We are deeply pleased to see you once more, Rainbow Dash. Too long have we gone without."
> This time, her words are honest and deliberate.
> Dash sees it too - returning Luna's nuzzle with equal gentleness.
> "Yeah. It's, um - It's real good to be back again."
> Best to break this up before it goes any further.
"If you will forgive us, Your Highness, I do believe we should be getting to our seats soon?"
> "Ah - that."
> Luna's head rises again, lips splitting into what might generously be called a smile.
> Though it suggests more that of a shark and not a pony's.

> "Yes, well, why don't you follow me, then? I'm afraid there's been some last-minute seating rearrangements."
> Your own smile is just as false as hers now.
> Surrounded by her own lackeys, then - or even worse, had she decided to place herself at your side to preemptively hobble any planning?
> Worst fears are confirmed as you follow Luna to another table, where a folded card on a plate announces your seat.
> Neither seat on either side happens to have Dash's name on it, however.
> Rainbow rapidly comes to the same conclusion, looking first to you and then to Luna with a worried expression.
> "Princess, I - I, um..."
> "Why don't you take a seat, Anonymous, and I will show the Element of Loyalty to her seat?"
> Damn - now, how to confront this without seeming too-
> "Um, Princess Luna - if, uh, I'd kind of like to sit... next to him."
> Rainbow's stuttered response has more to do with the alicorn she is facing down - an alicorn bearing a rather surprised expression.
> "Surely you would wish to-"
> "I"m sorry, Princes - but, uh - I'd really like it if I could stay with Anonymous."
> For a few moments everything stands in absolute stillness.
> The two lock eyes, a silent test of emotions running between them.
> Even the other ponies standing about seem to have paused, and you're reasonably certain you have temporarily stopped breathing.
> Luna flinches first, however.
> "...very well, then."
> Gaze switching to skewer you once again, she makes it abundantly clear - if not in her voice - that she had not been expecting Dash to be this resistant, and held you fully accountable for it.
> "We will make further rearrangements to accommodate this."
"Very much appreciated, Your Highness."
> With a huff Luna turns to wander off; conversation returns to something approaching normal in her wake.
> "M- Anonymous?"
> Dash peers up at you with eyes wide and uncertain.
> "Did I-"
"No, Dash. You didn't do anything wrong at all."
>>
>>26581982

> Though she'd nearly been about to call you 'Master'; this much have truly shaken her in that state.
> Thank everything that Luna hadn't felt like picking a fight right then and there.
"Come on then, Dash. Let's go find our seats."

--------

> The dinner is, frankly, exactly what you'd expected of it:
> The mayor of Fillydelphia making a few empty speeches you barely paid attention too, nibbling at overly-fancy and unfilling food, clapping at the proper moments...
> ...and fuming at Luna's revenge.
> If she could not separate you from Dash, she had concluded, then she would enforce her own iron grip on your interactions at all times.
> Not directly, of course - your slave's refusal had put Luna into an unpleasant mood as well, and she was keeping her muzzle pointedly shut lest her true thoughts slip out.
> But instead by seating you at a table with not only herself, Cadance, and Shining Armor, but with every seat stacked by ponies firmly in her court.
> Now, if anything, your mood was the reverse of earlier:
> Despite your main objective for the evening having been accomplished, you couldn't help but feel frustration building in your gut.
> And it was affecting Dash, too.
> Every few minutes she would glance to you with a noticeably worried expression, which on its own was doing you no favors.
> Yet none of this precluded you from playing your part for the night.
> Appearances were half the reason you had pushed to be here, and so they had to be kept up even as you contemplated how to confront Luna's moves.
> A point you are once again reminded of as another self-aggrandizing speech is completed and you politely bring your hands together to join the chorus of ponies pretending to appreciate the speaker.
> Few of them were making moves in their own subtle games of intrigue; the presence of royalty had cast a pallor over their normal ambitions.
> Another pony rises to be recognized in turn - some artist who had recently completed a piece for the city.
>>
>>26581991

> Whatever empty words she is speaking barely register with you; your attention is on the two white-coated ponies seated at your right hand - one a Canterlot noble with a rich, blue mane; the other, a mare with a pink one and slender figure.
> While the former's threat was obvious, you'd concluded the latter was playing her role as eye candy clinging to his leg just a bit too perfectly.
> No doubt she was another player in the game, then - and another reason to watch be careful with every move you made.
> All your attention needed to be on every word they spoke and each reply you gave.
> Ordinarily your anger at being restricted like this would have been too much, but tonight two factors kept it in check.
> One sat beside you, nervously picking at her meal.
> Risks simply could not be taken while you were out here - for Dash's sake as much as yours.
> The second was the anticipation of revealing what to Luna what you'd already done - the delight that you would take in her shock.
> Between them, those were enough to reign in your fury to merely simmer just below the surface.
> From the looks Luna occasionally sent your way, there was little doubt she was feeling the same way.
> ...frankly, how the others hadn't noticed the princess' ire was beyond you.
> Maybe they had, simply preferring to play their roles and be done with it.
> "-and now we recognize a first-time visitor to this event, but no less distinguished for it. I'm sure you all remember shock our city received when we were seemingly under attack by a dragon..."
> Ah, your turn.
> Fixing the warmest, friendliest, most welcoming smile you can muster, you wait for the introduction to finish.
> "...and his quick actions lead to not only the apprehension of the would-be thieves, but the safety of irreplaceable artifacts of Equestria's history. Mr Anonymous, if you would please rise?"
> Here you go.
>>
>>26581991

> Feeling to retrieve the signed slip of paper from your briefcase's depths, you come to your feet amid the thunder of hundreds of hooves 'clapping' against the ground.
> Towering over the seated ponies, it suddenly occurs to you that this is the most public you have been in easily months - quite possibly years, if your time before coming to Equestria counts.
> And right now there are a huge number of eyes on you.
> No way you could back down from this now; you needed to do this.
> Even so, you stomach does a little flip and your throat is dry when you swallow.
> Abruptly something brushes against your thigh.
> Dash had stretched one wing out, laying her feathers - uneven, but more in their full length now than still showing signs of your mutilation.
> Her head is ducked nervously still, eyes on the plate in front of her - but even so the message is clear.
> You'll have to reward her for that later.
> The introduction is almost done now, some little meaningless medallion you would receive having been shown off.
> Your turn to speak.
> Once more your throat is cleared, and you begin:
"Thank you - thank you very much for welcoming me here, Fillydelphia. Though - I should not just say Fillydelphia, but all of Equestria. I've come from quite far away, you see, and not entirely on purpose - but nonetheless Equestria has provided for me: A place to stay, a business, and of course excellent company."
> Here you rest your hand on Dash's head, palm nesting over her namesake mane just between her ears.
> A small echo of polite laughter runs through the crowd, but you feel Dash sit up straighter anyhow - a little bit of pride returning to her posture.
"I admit I'd been reluctant to openly engage with Equestria, at least in part due to the distance between our cultures and races. Even so, I found those willing to come reach out and work with me - and when the time came to step into the open and help Fillydelphia, I was shown that I had nothing to fear in doing so."
>>
>>26582012

> A smattering of applause, and then you go on:
"Instead of fearing me, you welcomed me. Instead of rejecting me, you honored me. You showed me that no matter any previous setbacks, even if the road would be rocky, I could have a place in Equestria."
> Risking a glance down the table, your gaze meets Luna's once more.
> The anger is still there, but cautious is evident on her face as well:
> Something about your tone, your confidence has set off warnings in her head.
> Cadance, beside her, looks positively pleased to see you layering on the praise this way.
> That was more of a surprise; surely she'd seen enough of your planning to know what your actual purpose was here?
> Refocusing your attention, you draw the paper up and hold it out for all to see:
"And now, to thank this great city for how good it has been to me, I am proud to announce that I have signed and sealed plans for a brand-new large production venture for which Fillydelphia will be a keystone: Working together, we will produce works unlike any ever made here before! Thank you, Fillydelphia - thank you, for allowing me this!"
> Cheers erupt, hooves stomping and pounding on tables.
> Not even the paper bring ripped from your hand by a burst of midnight-blue magic can dampen the exhilaration running through you.
> When Luna looks up at you from her examination of the document her pupils are wide and nostrils flared.
> In contrast a smile splits your face from ear to ear, giddiness flowing through you at what you'd just done.
> Despite how unwise it would surely seem in retrospect, you can't help but mouth silent words to her:
> 'Got you.'
> Luna's mane seems to not so much flow as lash about while she floats the agreement back over to you; returning to your seat, you abruptly find a hoof resting on your shoulder.
> Smile wide and joyful, Dash's wings are half-open in an indication that she is every bit as thrilled as you are.
>>
>>26582021

> "That was great! I didn't - I didn't know you were going to say anything like that! That you even felt that way!"
> For a heartbeat your smile slips.
> The poor thing; after everything she'd been through, did Dash truly think you were trying to put the matter to rest between yourself and the princesses?
> If she did, sore disappointment was soon to follow.
> Gradually you become aware of the world around you again; though another pony was speaking, you could tell the true attention of those at your table was on still on you.
> Soon after the speeches end and general chatter returns one of them finally initiates the questioning you'd been expecting for some time:
> "So, Anonymous - you really must tell us: What really convinced you to come out here tonight. Surely it wasn't on such a whim alone?"
"...well, really I must thank Princess Cadance for helping. She was instrumental in this - doing a great deal to convince me that it was safe to step into a more public position."
> "If that speech you gave is anything to judge by, you didn't really have anything to fear at all."
> That draws a small laugh from your own lips.
"Oh, it's not just that. I had some... concerns that I wouldn't be welcome, but they turned out to be needless."
> Your hand slips around, coming to rest on your slave's neck.
"Though, Dash here helped a great deal as well. She and another friend of hers - Rarity, if you've heard of her?"
> "Oh, of course!"
> That from the leggy, pink-maned mare to your opposite side - still clinging to the arm of her blue-maned, monocled stallion.
> "We've met her many a time! In fact she was in Canterlot only just recently, along with Princess Twilight's baby dragon."
"Ah, yes. I'm... familiar with him as well."
> "Incredibly dedicated little fellow. Practically loves Her Highness like his mother."
> That from the noble-stallion, who nods knowingly as he speaks:
> "Did you know, he once went all the way up to the Crystal Peak looking to get her a gift?"
>>
>>26582029

> Though you'd had a drink or two by that point, your mind was not so far gone as to miss a very particular phrase.
"Oh? The Crystal Peak? Do tell, what for?"
> "Well, the crystal itself of course! I understand he was looking to get Princess Twilight a new telescope - she loves stargazing, you know - and the very best lenses come from there. Of course Princess Celestia went with him, but I understand he..."
> Nothing more reaches your ears - a roaring filling them instead as several facts slide into place.
> Unbidden, Sweetie Belle's words come bubbling back up from your memory:
> 'And she has a lot of telescopes to see all kinds of things - stars and planets and the moon and stuff...'
> So too does the list of items on the manifest from earlier.
> Jars of polishing oil.
> Extra star maps.
> Photographic film.
> High-precision clocks
> Yes, Twilight certainly did have a love of watching the stars - or planets, or the moon.
> Or spacecraft.
> You're dimly aware of a shriek as your fist comes down hard on the table and a quiet oath is sputtered from your lips.
"...that purple bitch!"
> "Master?"
> That one word is all it takes to drag you back to reality.
> Now, all eyes were truly on you - the impact of your fist having knocked a glass over to spill across your plate.
> More important is the hoof curled anxiously around your arm.
> Her eyes fearful, Dash is looking to you.
> She isn't the only one watching you though; many sets of eyes on the table are focused on you and all other conversation has ground to a halt.
> It didn't seem like any of them had heard her, though.
> Or if they did, they hadn't realized the importance of what Dash had said.
> Your gaze falling back to her, you realize that Dash is tense and coiled in her seat - ready to spring for an escape to the shuttle, as you'd warned her earlier.
> Slowly you reach up and clasp your hand over her hoof.
>>
>>26582039

"Thank you, Dash. I'm good now."
> Another steadying breath is drawn before you look around again - face once more controlled to show only what you want on it.
"...my deepest apologies. I've just realized, someone who I thought could be trusted to stay rational has... gone and done something very stupid."
> "And I wonder, Anonymous, how exactly you would be aware of that...?"
> Luna's voice is so close you can almost feel her breath washing over your ear.
> Barely restraining yourself against leaping from the seat, you find she is indeed just behind you.
> You hadn't even seen her leave her own seat - how had she gotten over so quickly at just the right moment?
> Unless it hadn't been just the right moment.
> Unless she'd planned that turn of conversation out; after all, the story would be meaningless unless you knew just what was on that ship already.
> And like a fool, you'd walked right into her trap even after realizing that noblestallion and his mare were themselves participants in the game.
> Damn!

First off, thank you for the full review!

> Random style thing, and it might just be me, but a few of the sentences felt a bit ackward, like they just didn't flow smoothly. Random example from near the beginning: [...]

The two examples you gave actually have some real issues with them now that I take a closer look. In the first one there's a tense agreement - the first half of the sentence is in present tense, the second half in past - and the other example you gave was just too long. Words definitely could have been deleted.

>This felt weird and detached. A reference to dash following behind or something of that nature may have helped.
Noted. I could have followed that up with something on what she does, yes.

>[Luna] was good. We don't really have much to go on from canon as to how luna would behave in this kinda situation, what kind of political operator she is, etc. I liked the direction you took.
I admit I'm pulling somewhat from the popular theories here, but I see Luna as somewhat more impulsive and emotionally-driven than her sister, both for good or bad. She's more fond of 'springing the trap' on a potential victim and becoming personally involved, while Celestia sits back and plays everyone.

>Is dash aware that Anon is letting them grow back? I would assume she would notice. I was kinda expecting this to be a big deal, and maybe it is later on, but it just feels like what could have been an awesome bit of story was just kinda implied as happening out of scene.
Yes. If you remember, this came up in the sequence before they went to space; Dash was pulling out her newly-grown feathers to keep herself in the 'crippled' mindset, and Anonymous told her to stop and let them grow out. This takes place 3-5 weeks after that, so more have come in.
>>
>>26582228

>I was one of the Anon's who predicted twilight was trying to track the spacecraft somehow, but still at a complete loss for what she plans on doing with the info.
Well, we'll see, won't we?

>>26534055
>I'm not sure, since I didn't read it, but does [the reference to Spike getting Twilight new telescope lenses] have anything to do with that comic with Spike and Celestia?

Yes, it is a reference to the Celestia/Spike FF comic. May sound a bit stupid, but I wanted the tip-off for Anonymous to realize he's being hunted to be something that the reader could verify - so it wasn't just an informed trait.
>>
>>26582228
>>Yes. If you remember, this came up in the sequence before they went to space; Dash was pulling out her newly-grown feathers to keep herself in the 'crippled' mindset, and Anonymous told her to stop and let them grow out.
Hmm, I remember the first part but not the second part. That is, I remember Anon telling her not to punish herself, but not that he was going to let her feathers actually grow back. Will re-read when I get home.

If it wasn't in the last month or two, then I don't think there've been any. I was around before we started putting numbers on these things and I've at least read most of the archives.

I haven't read the chunk of BB where they went into space, so that was a little jarring when I came back, but I've read almost everything in the thread aside from that and a very small handful of specific stories.

>>

I'd say sometimes to all 3.

We don't seem to be as into edge as maybe we once were, and edge for the sake of it was never overly popular. We're still probably one of the edgier generals though.

Depending on how you define serious, I'd say we've got that. We've had a decent number of serious tone stories and they tend to be popular.

Good feelsy, don't get much of that. I think this thread generally has an adverse reaction to white knight for a variety of reasons. Personally I'd be all for some well done white knight, but such a thing is rare. Check out the Slave Pony Thread if you're looking for this kinda stuff (it's basically white knight general). Some of there stuff isn't actually bad (I like BlindAnon, especially the later updates).

Hey, can I get some critque on a drawing that I'm doing? I'm needing some ideas on the story behind this one. Was thinking it could be a kidnapping setup where she's bound, raped, tossed into a room and on their way out, they take the picture as a means of asking for a ransom.

Everything is welcome! Please, I really want to improve my drawing.

I like the messy mane and tail.

Though if you are asking for a ransom, you generally want to show the victim unharmed and unraped. Otherwise whoever you're ransoming from is much more likely to call the police rather than to just give you the money.

My suggestion is they kidnapped her, raped her, and the're taking pictures not to ask for ransom, but to blackmail her once they let her go... eventually... after few more weeks of raping. I don't know who this OC is, but judging by the cutie mark, her horn and her fatness, she seems like an upper class pony, meaning she has a reputation to maintain, and if her peers knew she's been humiliated like this, it would completely destroy her social life.

Disclaimer, my art-fu is nowhere near this level. So, overall quite good - especially the face, which really does look scared and traumatized. If you were to go one step further with the art on this, I would suggest doing a full-before-and-after on the face as she goes from pre-rape 'scared' to straight up broken in the aftermath. The little torn-off bit of her tail is a nice touch, since it gives you an idea of what she's been through. Bridles are also top unf.

Minor quibbles:
> If you're going to put cum on her horn, erase the straight-lined edges of her horn. Right now it you can see it beneath, which stood out to me as very 2-D looking.
> Maybe just me, but which direction is her ear facing? It looks like it's turned in to her head, is this correct?

>Storywise
As other anon said, I don't think they'd rape her initially. Depending on how aggressive her captors are, however, this might be the equivalent of sending back a finger when the ransom doesn't immediately come - a warning that the longer it goes unpaid, the worse things are going to go for her.

Alternately, maybe the ransom is only half the plan - whoever is holding her really just wants to break her down. Imagine if she knows the image of her having been raped was sent, and the ransom /still/ doesn't get paid. How do you think that'd make her feel? Maybe she's some kind of noble-pony who fell afoul of a particularly ruthless rival who is willing to do anything to crush her family? Maybe she's some unimportant or carefree young mare who doesn't even know half the messy politics her parents are involved in, only to suddenly find herself caught up in this and used as a tool against them?

>...Dammit, you told her she can leave any time she wanted, too.
“Cadance! Get back here!”
>She glances back, her eyes wide with fear as she gallops through the maze of traps.
>...Wow.
>It’s pretty impressive how well she remembers the safe path.
>Despite the gravity of the situation, you’re half tempted to see if she’s going to panic her way into a pit.
>At least then you’d have a captive audience.
>...Or...it looks like she’s actually going to clear the thing.
>Great.
“Now, Cadance! I’m not chasing after you!”
>You’re totally chasing after her.
>It’d be one thing if she was leaving because she had some objection to how you treated her family…
>Well, alright, you’d consider letting her leave.
>But right now she’s running because she’s scared of what she thinks you’re going to do to her.
>She’s selling her aunts out to you to save her own hide.
>If she gets caught by anything out there, she’ll sell you AND her family out, to stay safe.
>Which means, if you let her go, you’ll have every single living thing in Tartarus quite literally tearing the mountain range apart looking for the alicorn sisters.
>But…
>For right now, you stick true to your word and turn around, sauntering your way back to the cave, the crackle of fire drowning out any noise from the outside.
>Taking a quick peek at the supplies you two had gathered, you spot a large branch that should work as a clu-
>Mace.
>It’ll work as a mace.
>Which is good, because you’re going to need a weapon.
>If you’re going pony hunting, then you’re going pony hunting with all your equipment.
>An hour or so later, you step out into Tartarus, your repaired net tied to your side, mace over your shoulder, and shove the boulder back into place, once again concealing your home from prying eyes.
>It doesn’t take long to find her trail in the soft Tartarian soil.
>>
>>26649498
>She didn’t exactly try to obscure it...or make it difficult to follow her.
>It’s pretty much a straight line from the moment she got out of the trap field.
>Sure, it’s easy for you to follow...but it’s just as easy for anything else to follow.
>Patting over yourself for one last check to make sure you have everything, you take off running down the path she made.
-
>Well, the good news is, you haven’t run across a giant blood splatter indicating the end of her flight.
>The bad news is, you’ve spent the past half hour following her trail through territory you aren’t as familiar with.
>You REALLY try to avoid going out here if you can...there’s an old cave of yours out here, and you don’t like hanging out in places where they remember you.
>As you trudge up a hill, worry starts to gnaw at the back of your mind.
>He’s been gone for a year, but Discord’s been your scout for so long that you still can’t get used to being COMPLETELY alone out here.
>You have no idea if there’s some giant monster on the other side of the hill, or if they’ve taken Cadance or what.
>The worry swells to dread as you crest the hill revealing...
>She’s right there.
>Well, so much for sneakily following her.
>Your escaped guest is huddled under what could generously be called a tree, mumbling to herself.
>You...can’t make out her words.
>Well, she’ll probably notice if you try and run away now.
>You hold your mace out and drop it, the pink pony jumping at the noise, looking up to face you.
“Hey Cadance! Small world, huh? I’m really glad I ran into you, we weren’t done talking earlier.”
>This is the bit you never got to see before.
>Her body locks up for a moment as terror takes ahold of her mind, her jaw agape, her pupils shrinking.
>Shocked disbelief in three, two, one…
>...
>One half?
>>
>>26649507
>”How did you…find...”
>There it is!
>You can see why Discord loved doing this.
>Shrugging in response, you casually pick up the mace.
“So, about the whole “raping your aunt’ thing...”
>The words have barely left your mouth when she turns tail and bolts, galloping away.
>Grinning away, you tear down the hill after her.
>You don’t get too far before you’re forced to slow down, as the far side of the hill proves too steep for you to run without tumbling your way down.
>She leaps from rock to rock, her spread wings allowing her to practically glide her way down the steep hillside, leaving you to scramble after her.
>She’s worse than a damn goat!
>...You still can’t tell if those things are sapient or not.
>As you clamber over a rock, you see the pink pony land at the bottom of the hill with a thud, her legs give out at the impact and she falls on her belly.
>If you hurry you’ll catch-oh, shit!
>Your handhold breaks off, leaving you to scramble to keep from completely losing control.
>The rock underneath your feet shifts, the only warning you get before the whole hill face collapses with you on it.
>Fuck, fuck, fuck!
>You dig your heels into the sliding dirt, trying desperately to control your sudden, unplanned descent.
>That lasts about ten seconds before you hit a previously hidden boulder.
“Gah!”
>You’re barely able to cover your head as you tumble over and over in the middle of the avalanche, rocks battering every exposed part of you.
>You come to a stop only when the ground levels out, landing gracefully on a flat rock.
>It’s ok though, you used your spine to cushion the landing.
>...Everything hurts.
>That’s it.
>Screw being nice.
>Pink pony gets the prey treatment.
>>
>>26649515
>Steeling yourself, you groan out in both pain and exertion as you gingerly roll onto your side, every bit of your body screaming at you for daring to move.
>A quick check reveals that...
>Wow.
>Just scrapes and bruises...miraculously, nothing’s broken.
>Cadance’s fading hoofbeats taunt you as you force yourself to climb to your feet, your legs and hips howling in protest.
>If this happened to you with anyone else, they’d quickly find themselves impaled on your spear.
>She is NOT getting away again.
>Grabbing your dropped supplies, you give chase once more, your anger helping you ignore the pain, instead letting you focus on the shrinking pink form in the distance.
>Cadance eventually does manage to get out of sight, as she rounds a rocky outcropping.
>That’s fine.
>Now that you know something else hasn’t gotten to her first, you can focus on catching her.
>Just like any other prey.
>You follow her into a...well, you always called something like this a rock forest.
>Stony pillars jut into the sky around you, carved by some unknown force, for some long forgotten purpose.
>These places have always felt really eerie to you...even Discord never liked them.
>Just add a bit of fog and it’d be something out of a horror show.
>In the middle of the ‘forest,’ Cadance’s tracks abruptly stop.
>What the hell?
>A quick scan of the sky doesn’t reveal any gryphons...not that it would.
>Ignoring your protesting back, you bend down to take a closer look at the end of the trail.
>...Daaaww.
>She tried to use her tail to cover up her tracks so you couldn’t find her.
>It’s only been a day, you’re surprised she’s already picked up that idea from you.
>>
>>26649525
>Still, she’s inexperienced, and now that you know what to look for, it’s only a matter of seconds before you hear her heavy, terrified breathing from behind one of the columns.
>Slowly, carefully, you creep up around the pillar, getting as close as you can without her seeing you.
>You can hear her breathing quicken as she hears you, little whimpers punctuating those shallow, quick breaths of hers.
>...Oh, you can’t resist.
>Just as you turn away, you hear her gasp as she tries to hold her breath.
>Listening carefully, you hear the smallest, almost inaudible squeaks from her, her recent flight keeping her from being able to hold air in for very long.
>Smiling, you walk away to move to a different pillar and make a show of calling out,
“You know, Cadance, I’m really impressed that you thought to hide your hoofprints.”
>She doesn’t respond, prompting you to walk over to another one, slowly making a big circle around her hiding spot, letting her think you’re still searching for her.
>You can hear her hooves shuffle as she scrambles to keep hidden.
“Seriously, good job. After all, how am I going to be able to find you if I can’t track you?”
>This time, you reach down and snag a small rock, your voice masking any sound that could make.
>These damn pony ears are sensitive, but you haven’t been able to get a bead on exactly HOW sensitive they are.
>You move to a third pillar, this one behind your starting position.
“You weren’t lying about not being able to fly, were you?”
>Her panting quickens again, and she starts to shuffle around the column once more.
>That’s when you go silent.
>You aren’t the one who’s panicking, the one who needed to stop to catch their breath...your gentle breathing is easily masked by Candace's desperate whimpering as she struggles to catch her breath.
>Juuuust as you hear her start calming down, you throw the pebble, the rock clattering somewhere behind the pillar.
>>
>>26649529
>She gasps and starts to shuffle around the pillar again, no doubt terrified that you “snuck up behind her.”
>That’s when you see it.
>Her tri-colored, disheveled tail appears...she’s in too much of a panic to stop.
>You grin as wide as you can, showing off your canine teeth.
>The rest of her emerges, her flank pressed tight to the stone as though it could protect her.
“You didn’t hide them very well.”
>She locks up, visibly tense even from where you are, her head the only part of her that moves as it slowly turns towards you, her eyes gigantic.
>You get to watch as a little spark of hope in her eyes dies, being consumed by terror.
>Taking a step forward, you start to run towards her.
>The movement’s all it takes to break the spell.
>”Aaahh!” Cadance shrieks as her mind resumes control of her body, and shoots out from her ruined hiding spot, her hooves kicking up dirt as she scrambles to get away.
>You chase after her, hot on her...heels? hooves? as she zig zags between columns, trying desperately to lose you.
“Don’t you know it’s rude to walk away when someone’s talking to you?”
>Your taunt manages to distract her enough for her to slip, slamming her side into one of the stone pillars before she gets her footing again.
“Seriously though, A for effort!”
>The distance you close from her mistake is soon lost as she gives up trying to outmaneuver you and just gallops straight out of there.
>You keep running right after her.
>She’s starting to act like every other prey you’ve chased down.
>So you hunt her like you would anything else.
>>
>>26649534
>For two hours, you continue your relentless pursuit.
>She never manages to lose you for very long.
>A couple times she tries to cover her tracks, again, hoping to be more successful than she was earlier.
>But she’s too terrified, too inexperienced to pull off anything you can’t see right through.
>You’ve been at this a long time, after all.
>So you taunt her, continuing to appear like a monster straight out of her nightmares each and every time she thinks she might have a chance to rest, or even escape, always causing her to flee as fast as she can.
>Is it unnecessarily cruel?
>Yea, maybe.
>But your cuts, bumps and bruises from earlier have put you in a bit of a vengeful mood.
>Besides, it’s not like you’re going to HURT her.
>If she’d sit down, she’d see all you want to do is finish the conversation you had planned.
>As the normally-deadly marathon continues on, she soon becomes too exhausted to try anything but hide for a moment to catch her breath.
>To her credit, she never tries to beg.
>Never tries to throw anything at you, never starts begging and pleading for her life, or screams about how it's impossible that you keep catching up to her, like you’ve come to expect from your sapient prey.
>She just runs.
>...Well, alright, only the most generous of people could call what you’ve reduced her to, “running.”
>She’s more stumbling along at just above a trot as she desperately tries to suck down air.
>You, in response, are sticking to a light jog as you chew on a piece of jerky.
>What?
>There’s no point in catching up to her NOW, she’ll just kick you and try to run away after a minute.
>After a chase like this, you’re going to need her to sit still.
>...The fact that your legs, feet and hips have been screaming at you for the last few miles have nothing to do with it.
>Up ahead of you, she vanishes behind a rather jagged outcropping.
>You make it about three steps before Cadance lets out a bloodcurdling shriek.
>...Uh oh.
>>
>>26649542
>Abandoning your snack, you burn some of your last reserves of energy to break into a sprint.
>Skidding around the corner, you see the black form of a changeling bent over your shaking, sobbing guest, it’s fangs sunken deep into her leg.
>What the hell is that thing doing all the way over here?!
>...No, it can’t be one of hers, her hive’s a good two weeks away from you...right?
“Hey!”
>You clutch your mace in your hands, ready to swing.
>The changeling stands from your guest and looks up at you, its featureless, blue eyes masking any sign of what might be going on behind them.
>As Cadance looks up at you with a mixture of terror and misery, the changeling speaks, “Father? Is it really you?”
>Fuck!
>It IS one of her’s!
>One of the little chestbursters your old girlfriend laid in you.
>The changeling’s wings buzz as it begins to lift off, joy spewing from it’s mouth, “Ooohh, mother will be so proud of me!”
>You swing the mace into the changeling, slamming her against the wall.
>Her limp, unconscious form falls to the ground.
>No.
>You are NOT going to be her incubator again.
>Little bitch lied to you and pretended she loved you for DECADES so she could spawn her swarm in YOUR stomach.
>Throwing the net over the changeling for good measure, you rush over to the pink, injured pony.
“Cadance! Cadance, you’re alright, I got you!”
>Every part of your body protests as you kneel down and pull her head onto your lap, a hand fumbling for your waterskin.
>”How did...why did you…” she half gasp, half sobs out, weakly squirming in a final, pathetic attempt to get away.
“Shhh.”
>You press the waterskin to her dry, cracked lips.
“Just drink. You’ll be ok.”
>>
>>26649549
>She wavers for a moment, her eyes full of misery before she squeezes them shut and follows your command, greedily gulping down every drop you pour into her mouth.
“You’re going to feel really woozy for a bit, but you’ll be alright, Cadance. I promise.”
>She nods with a shaky little “Mm-hmm,” before going right back to drinking.
>You look down at the two puncture wounds on her leg and lament that there’s nothing you can do.
>Her heart’s beating too fast for you to do anything about the venom, and medical supplies are a pipe dream.
>It’s too bad, really...you’d be able to cement yourself as the hero who’s saved her life twice in as many days.
>”Nnn…” the changeling stirs, rubbing her head with a hoof. “Why did you do thaaaat?”
>You twitch, about ready to squash the bug for real this time.
>...Nooo.
>You need to play hero for Cadance.
>That’s why you set out originally, isn’t it?
“I’m not your dad, that’s why. And you hurt my friend.” You jab your finger at the bug pony, “Now sit down and don’t move, or I’m going to do it again.”
>The changeling does exactly as you say, sitting on her haunches as she keeps rubbing her head. “You’re not? But you look just like Mother said…”
“Shut it.”
>You need to think.
>Turning your attention back to Cadance, you pull out the snack you brought from her little food pile.
>...You’re not sure what a “granola” is, or why it would be a bar...but it was easy to carry.
>Tearing open the wrapper, you hold the...alright, you still can’t tell what the hell it is, up to Cadance.
>You don’t even get a chance to command her before she grabs it in her mouth, holding it in two shaking hooves as she devours it.
>She shouldn’t be able to do that if she's poisoned...right?
>>
>>26649556
>Looking back up at the changeling, you bark out,
“That stuff’s paralytic, right? How long does it take to kick in?”
>The changeling blinks, “Yes, but...I didn’t use enough…”
“Alright, good.”
>Rubbing your hand over the back of Cadance’s head, you mumble,
“You hear that, Cadance? You’ll be fine. We can go home, soon.”
>Under your breath, you mutter,
“Whether you like it or not.”
>She lets off something between a whimper and a sob before squeezing her eyes shut again.
>Resigning herself, she swallows hard before nodding her head the tiniest bit,”You’re gonna...kill it...right?”
>That’s...a good question.
>”What?!” The Changeling sits up, its wings buzzing uselessly under the net, “I wouldn’t have bit her if I knew she was yours, father!”
“Hang on, Cadance.”
>You give her another pet before you gently lay her back and stand up, gritting your teeth to keep from groaning in pain.
>Well, you can’t exactly let the little bug go.
>It’ll just run right back to your ex girlfriend, and then the swarm will descend upon you.
>You know this, because the psycho bitch has done it before.
>The problem is...killing it won’t do anything but delay the horde for a week or two.
>Tirek and Discord HAVE to get you out of here by then, or you’re screwed.
>You don’t want to try setting up another cave, while dealing with two...ish...prisoners.
>Retrieving your mace, you approach the changeling.
>>
>>26649565
>”Father...” she begs, scooting backwards, “I know you can't tell, but I’m really scared right now…”
>Oohh, you can tell.
>”I’m sorry! I just want to make you and mother both happy!”
“Yea, that’s not going to happen. Those two are mutually exclusive.”
>“Wait!” She presses against the back of the net, having scooted as far as she can, “What if I come with you? I could be a lot of help!”
>...Alright, this could be good.
>Over the centuries, your various prey have come up with a lot of amusing ways to beg for their lives.
>Taking the chance to rest for a moment, you pause and set your mace down, leaning against it like a cane.
“Go on…”
>”I could...I could turn into anything you want!” In a burst of green light, the changeling vanishes, an...aaalllmost perfect replica of Cadance standing in her place.
>”See? I’m your prey! Except I’m not injured!” She announces in the stolen voice of your guest, oozing pride.
>”Nooo, no, no, noo…” the real Cadance almost sobs out behind you.
>Glancing back you see she’s covering her eyes with her hooves.
>...
>Well that could certainly be...useful...
>"Hey, turn into that blue Alicorn.” "Like this?" "Yea, now come into Celestia's room, I'm going to rape you in front of her so she thinks I'm raping her sister" "Wait, what?"
>Fantasies aside, you don’t really have anything left at the cave to restrain her with, and you have no doubt she’ll backstab you worse than Luna at the first opportunity.
>You take hold of your mace.
>”F-father?”

Why are you sad, Anon? You guys haven't decided if you're going to take her up on that offer or not.
>>
>>26649665
Oh thank christ.
Voting taking her in but we need to figure something out cause 1. cave getting small.
2. Do we want to let her know where we are?
3. There's really no point in killing her. It gives us 2 weeks at best.

Anon's help me out here. She could be useful. Also sorta curious about how the old gal is doing. Also I doubt murdering our kid in front of Cadence is going to help. From how the kid is acting she's estatic to see us and may love us (even though she'll totally sell us out to mama) And cadence can likely see that.

>>26649598
Question: Are changelings hiveminded here, or do they actually need to go pass on information here?
>>
>>26649794
Feel like regardless of the answer we're fucked. The only thing that might be saving us is distance.
There's no way she hasn't sent off a missive about us if she's within range.
>>
>>26649794
Changelings are not a hivemind in this story. The changeling would have to get back to the hive to tell them about you.

Changelings must be exceptionally good trackers if killing her would only buy us a couple of weeks. Or sweep the area around a body extensively until they'd eventually stumble on our cave.

Anyhow, I don't see any option but bringing her home, if killing her still sets them on our tail. At the very least if we do butcher her later, we can put the body somewhere it very definitely won't be found by other changelings. Or throw it to a pack of orthruses and let the changelings think they were responsible.
>>
>>26650372
>Changelings must be exceptionally good trackers
Maybe they can read minds? If they're as immortal as we are, the thing would eventually make it back to its home.

>I don't see any option but bringing her home
It's only been a day. The S4 finale was what, two days at the most? We'll be long gone by the time this thing wakes up.

>>26649598
I vote kill it. We don't need another shitty OC in this story, we already have Cadance.
>>

We can assume two weeks if we kill it.

I'm voting for kidnapping it. It's a gamble, but we may be able to extend that period. The gamble is we may shorten it. Would a changling be able to shift into something small enough to escape? How would we be able to restrain that thing without using Celestia's cage?

Those are some very good points. The cave really is getting small, and more importantly we are all out of bondage equipment, other than some regular rope which she could chew through. We didn't even have enough cuffs to properly spread-eagle Luna. And borrowing some of the cuffs we used on her would mean providing her with external stimuli and breaking her isolation.

Our inability to properly bind her is VERY big problem since if she's not bind she will try to sneak out of the cave as soon as we fall asleep and fly straight to our ex, to report our position. So if we take her to our cave we need to find a way to /keep/ her there. Theoretically we still have the cage, but uhhhh... Celestia's already in it, and we can't let her out either so... Is there enough room for both of them? Yes, I know it's a bad idea but it's better than letting her roam free.

I disagree though that killing is not an option. All we need to do is kill AND bury her. Which we can't do here an now int he open, and especially not in front of Cadance. So even if we actually want to kill her we still need to take her home, dig up a grave and then smack her over the head from behind. It would be really cruel though.

I say we don't kill her and make her useful instead. For starters she can be the one carrying Cadance back. I doubt she can walk after what we did to her, and we're pretty bruised ourselves. After that... well she certainly seems friendly and feeds on love so we could get some bug pussy (or any other pussy, for that matter) without having to rape. She's calling us "Father" but she's an adopted child at best, so it's not really incest.

Right now, we need to disable her magic though, so she (what's her name anyway?) doesn't try mind control us or something. Then after we get home we can uhhh... tell her to sit in a corner while we explains stuff to Cadance. Then we interrogate her about our ex-girlfriend, and decide what to do next depending on what we learn.
>>
>>26650443
> If they're as immortal as we are, the thing would eventually make it back to its home.
I completely forgot about that, damn. Good point, though. I'm not sure I'm cruel enough to recommend effectively burying someone immortally alive either.

>>26651615
See, I took it to mean 'if we kill her it will only delay them for a couple of weeks, even if we bury her and try to conceal the evidence'.

Olibird, I have to ask you directly: Can you kill things born in Tartarus and just the actual banished are immortal, or does the population only ever increase?
>>
>>26651738
>Can you kill things born in Tartarus and just the actual banished are immortal, or does the population only ever increase?

Children of the banished as just as immortal as their parents. But not everything in Tartarus was banished there.
>>
>>26649598
Keep the 'ling, fucker could be useful.

Maybe broker a deal with the Queen. You get to be King of the hive, but they use the princesses as incubators. Between the threat of that and Changeling magic / venom, you should be able to interrogate the princesses quite thoroughly.
>>
>>26651738
>See, I took it to mean 'if we kill her it will only delay them for a couple of weeks, even if we bury her and try to conceal the evidence'.
That's extremely unlikely. Pastebin line 393.
>Eventually, you finally make it to the place you’ve called home for the past...seventy years or so, according to Discord.
We've been living in our cave for 70 years. And even though we've had encounters with the changelings before, they never found our cave.

I don't think that the problem was that we've been seen, but that we've been seen so close (few hours of running) to our cave. Assuming the changeling can travel flying at twice our speed. Two weeks is the time it will take for it to get back to it's hive, and come back along with a searching party. Which could be anything from ten to thousand changelings, depending on how big the hive is. Since they have been searching for us for decades I think we would be safe as long as we stay inside a cave, but going out might be too risky for however long it will take for them to call of the intense-search and go back to the regular-intensity scouting.

The revival itself takes just a moment, it's the healing of the wounds that takes time. Pastebin line 1505.
>“He’s going to regrow everything. It’ll be excruciatingly painful, it’ll take a year, if not more, but it will. I know from experience. And you can thank your aunts for that.”
I really don't see the changeling digging herself our of a grave in two weeks, it regrowing back limbs to dig the dirt with would take years to do. If we want to kill her to stop her form reporting on us, we are capable of doing that, assuming we have enough time to dispose of the corpse properly.

Still I think, we should know a lot more before doing something as horrible as that.

>maybe the ransom is only half the plan - whoever is holding her really just wants to break her down. Imagine if she knows the image of her having been raped was sent, and the ransom /still/ doesn't get paid. How do you think that'd make her feel?

>Maybe she's some unimportant or carefree young mare who doesn't even know half the messy politics her parents are involved in, only to suddenly find herself caught up in this and used as a tool against them?

Holy fuck. Calm down breh. My dong can only be so hard. Didn't notice the ear being at the wrong angle, so thanks for that.

I'm guessing RaRa and Marble would be 'taken in' based on being relations to the Elements who tried to stop Nightmare, but Sassy seems more likely to be there as a permanently-on-call tailor than a maid.

Any good kidnapping green? I don't know how spot-on they are to what you're thinking of, but off the top of my head there's Broken Bluebird (Dash is kidnapped and held hostage), Octavia POV (she is kidnapped and forced to serve a despotic Nightmare Moon), or Young Celestia/Luna (pre-princess alicorns show up at Anonymous' door, he holds them captive in his home via blackmail).

>And jab the end of your mace into the changeling’s chest.
“If you even /look/ like you’re thinking of trying anything, I’m going to drop you in a lava pit. Got it?”
>She blinks twice before breaking out in a large grin, “Thank you father! Just so you know, I’m really happy that-”
“Shut it.”
>Her mouth snaps shut, her teeth making an audible click as you rub your forehead.
>As if it was weird enough hearing a bug monster call you “father...”
>Hearing it come out of Cadance-albeit a fake one-is too much for you to handle.
>Well, It’s not like you can’t kill the changeling later.
>For right now...you really, really are not looking forward to carrying your guest the thirty miles it’ll take to get back home.
>Bug horse can be a work horse.
>Yea, it’s a security risk but...so is having three ponies in living with you that would like to see you dead.
>Besides, it feels wrong to murder something in front of your guest.
>Looking back at her, you see the real Cadance wearing a mix of misery and disappointment.
>...Really?
>Here you’d think she’d be happy you’re being “better than that,” as she so succinctly put it a few hours ago.
>Eh.
>Regardless of the species, there's no winning with some women.
>”Master…? Please…”
>You mouth the word “Later,” before you turn back and start to gather the net off the changeling.
“You want to make me happy? Fine. I’m putting you to work. You’re going to carry her back home.”
>Jerking your thumb behind you, you turn your attention towards your net, fighting with the thing to get it back into an easy shape to carry.
>It’d go a lot faster if you weren’t still holding your mace.
>But no leash means you need to be ready in case the bug decides to run.
>”Don’t! Don’t touch me!” one of those two cry out behind you.
>Looking back, you see the real Cadance clawing at the ground, trying to drag herself away from her less disheveled looking doppleganger.
>>
>>26691422
>You catch her eye, “Master, please...don’t let that thing…touch me...”
>Oh boy.
>Pink horse is just as racist as the rest of her family.
>You vaguely recall her mentioning something yesterday about them raping her husband, as you walk up and slap the changeling on the back of its head. “Ow!”
”Turn into something she can stomach.”
>The changeling lets out a little whine and rubs the back of her head once more, before looking between you and the real Cadance a few times.
>Her gaze lingers on you for a moment, her eyes hopeful.
>...Oooh no.
>You shoot her a threatening look, warning her of what would happen if she tried to turn into you.
>She looks away and chews on her lip, evidently taking the hint.
>Finally, in a burst of green light, she turns into a gryphon, “How’s this, father?”
“Good enough. Come here, Cadance.”
>Stooping down, you wrap your arms around her barrel and brace yourself, mentally preparing to lift her up onto your new companion’s back.
>...You’re really going to have to come up with a name for the changeling.
>”Master…” Cadance shudders under your touch, whimpering out, “Please don’t make me...I don’t want to be anywhere near that thing…”
>With a sigh, you rub her side.
“Look. If you had sat still and let me explain things earlier, instead of making me chase you, we wouldn’t be in this situation. You’re going to have to deal with it for now.”
>”But I…” She sobs, “You said I could leave anytime I wanted…”
“I know what I said. Right now, you’re injured. Once I get you patched up, we can discuss the matter.”
>”But I...”
>You silence her by planting a kiss on the back of her head, causing her to shudder under you.
“This isn’t up for debate. Come on, we’re going home.”
>With a grunt, you heave her up, onto the changeling-turned-gryphon’s back, her limbs dangling off.
>You swear you can feel something pop in your back before a jabbing pain lances through you.
>>
>>26691455
>Ooohh fuck, you just overdid it.
>Still, you grit your teeth and clench a fist, doing your damnedest not to let either of them know..
>At this point, Cadance must view you as practically a force of nature, something that cannot EVER be escaped.
>You can’t let anything shatter that mental image.
“Come on. Let’s go, you two.”
>The changeling looks back, concern in its borrowed, yellow eyes, “Are you sure, Father? I can-”
“Move.”
>The three of you set off, following the two sets of prints you made on your long, winding chase.
>For the most part, you stick to retracing your exact steps.
>You didn’t run into anything else doing that the first time, you have no plans on stumbling across some hidden den by taking shortcuts on the way back.
>Eventually, the pain radiating from your back, legs and feet stop being enough to distract you from the mind numbing boredom.
>Cadance isn’t exactly offering any conversation, having resigned herself to her fate.
>The changeling...well, she keeps looking back at you eagerly, but you shoot her a glare every time she opens her beak to speak.
>Your guest is uncomfortable enough that you haven’t killed the changeling, you have no plans on letting it make things worse.
>That’s your job.
“So, like I was saying earlier,” You announce all of a sudden.
“About the whole “raping your aunt” thing.”
>”You what?” The changeling asks, looking back.
>Cadance just sobs and squeezes her eyes shut.
>Ooooh no.
>You came up with that brilliant plan earlier, you are not going to let it go to waste.
>Plus…
>Your new companion will be a wonderful prop.
>Pressing a finger to the underside of her snout, you tilt Cadance’s head up to look at you.
“I’m sorry, Cadance. That wasn’t what I intended. I hope you can forgive me someday.”
>Her eyes snap open, disbelief, shock, and outrage swirling in those large pupils, “You...are you...saying you ACCIDENTLY raped her?!”
>>
>>26691464
>You slip up another finger, pressing it to her lips.
“Hear me out.”
>If your three hour long chase has taught her anything, it’s that she has no choice in that one.
“For the past thousand years, almost every single person, gryphon, changeling, pony, it doesn’t matter the species, has lied to me, deceived me, used me, and had all thrown my broken body away when they were done.”
>You jab a finger towards the changeling.
“Her mother is a FANTASTIC example of that! For DECADES, Cadance, she put up an act, she lied to me, and every one of my friends, so that I would let my guard down. And the moment I did? She laid her eggs in me.”
>”But father, that wasn’t-”
>Your temper flares.
>Before you know it, you grab a fistful of the changeling’s borrowed feathers, yanking her head down. “Aah!”
“Changelings should be SEEN, not HEARD. That was something your mother knew REAL well. If I want your stupid, uninformed opinion, I’ll ask for it. Got it?”
>”Sorry father?” she whimpers out, her eyes shut.
>Letting her go, you close your eyes and take a moment to compose yourself, taking a deep breath.
“She did. She did lie to me. She told me herself.”
>Opening your eyes, you see Cadance...well, she doesn’t exactly look upset at your sudden outburst.
>Heh.
>Looks like you found something she isn’t opposed to you abusing.
“Where was I...? Right...she made me think that she loved me. That she was even capable of it. I-here’s how dedicated she was, Cadance. She let me change. Her name.”
“When we first met, she was called...I don’t know, it was something stupid. Nymph. That was what I changed it to. And she loved it.”
>You glare at the changeling with those words, daring her to contradict you.
>She smartly keeps her mouth...beak...something shut, prompting you to move on.
>>
>>26691488
“I could go on for ages about what she did to fool me. But the fact is, she made me fall in love with her. Think I could have a normal relationship here. That things might actually take a turn for the better.”
“Then I woke up one day, locked in a cage-the same one Celestia’s in, by the way-with these little nameless bastards growing inside of me and her going on about how stupid I was for trusting her.”
>The changeling opens her mouth in protest, only to slam it shut the moment you look her way.
“The point is...that was nothing new. My whole life it’s been like that. Then your aunt did the same. Fucking. Thing. She made me think that she empathized with me, that she understood what I’ve been through, that...that I could trust her!”
“Then I heard what she told you last night! The only thing that kept me from losing it was you, Cadance.”
>For the first time during your rant, she opens her eyes, meeting yours. “M-me? But...”
“When I left Celestia’s room, Luna called me in, and she taunted me, just like Nymph had. Laughed at me for thinking she’d ever see me as anything more than an animal...and I just saw red.”
“I took out a thousand years of anger and frustration out on her because you weren’t there. I don’t know what it is but...there’s something about you, Cadance. Something that makes me better. I’m trying but...I need you."
>You take her hoof in your free hand,
“I’m sorry, but I need you to come back and help me be better. For my sake. For your aunts sake. Can you forgive me?”
>...Huh.
>You don’t remember this part of Tartarus being quite so blurry when you were chasing her earlier.
>”I…” She averts her eyes for a moment, before offering you a weak, almost pitying smile.
>Twisting around, she wraps her wings around you in a sort of hug, nuzzling against your cheek, “Of course master. I forgive you.”
>...You win.
>>
>>26691495
>As long as she thinks she can “redeem” you, there’s nothing she won’t let you get away with.
>Smiling from ear to ear, you return the hug.
“Thank you, Cadance. Thank you...You know, if you had sat still, we could have saved each other a lot of pain and suffering by doing this back home.”
>”I...I had thought you were going to…”
>Pulling away from the hug, you scratch behind her ear.
“Thought I was going to what? Rape you? You’re married, silly. Besides, you’re the only one who treats me even somewhat decently.”
>With both of your spirits considerably lighter, you continue on in silence, the journey ahead of you seeming much shorter now.
>Especially since, once again, you have an out, should Tirek fail.
>What was it the old coot said before? “The best lies are grown from a seed of truth,” or something.
>Well, you had one hell of a seed, there...and it paid off fantastically.
>Once more, you can feel a little glimmer of hope ignite inside you.
>Your third companion breaks that silence, your good mood, and the rule about how she shouldn’t be heard, “I’ll treat you decently, father.”
“Mm-hmm. I’m sure.”
>You almost slip on the puddle of sarcasm.
>”Also...she gave us names…”
“She what?!”
>You distinctly remember that little bitch fighting you about that one!
>She insisted that, “No, only queens have names.”
>You find your fists clenching again.
>...She must have done it just to spite you.
>>
>>26691520
>”Mm-hmm! She named every one of us, like you had wanted! My name’s Forlorn Hope!”
“I’m not going to tell you again. Be quiet.”
>With your good mood ruined, the three of you trudge on, continuing your long walk home.
>Your mind wanders along with you.
>You have this new bug to break in...Cadance to take care of...Luna might finally be finished sobbing, and there’s still the matter of this “Twilight Sparkle” that your friends need to know about.
>Then there’s Celestia.
>She undoubtedly heard every single thing you did to her sister…
>If she didn’t hate you before, she sure as hell will now.
>Well, there’s a bright side to being so far away from home.
>It gives you plenty of time to plan exactly what you’re going to do when you arrive.

>Checking in
A general question to the thread regarding NMM.

It's been discussed a number of times that my current NMM has become stale/predictable. I know a few people have asked her to appear in a different, not ultra-dominate role.

For those who asked for that, do you have any suggestions? I've given it some thought, and I'm having troubling thinking of a scenario, outside of internal emotional distress, where she's not overpowered in comparison to other ponies.
>>
>>26695161
The obvious start to me would be to remove or limit her power.

For most of us this would be fairly simple, but I suspect with your head canon something as mundane as a horn ring or magic pill isn't gonna cut it.

Maybe she does it to herself by accident, her subjects notice and go to town on her.
>>
>>26695161
>It's been discussed a number of times that my current NMM has become stale/predictable.
The problem with NMM is that she never gets out of her comfort zone. Yes the inside of that zone is pretty cool, but we've already seen all of it. She lacks character growth. Yes, she's ageless so her character develops slower than with normal people, but that only means that watching her progress is about as exciting as watching grass grow. Awesome if sped up, boring if observed naturally.

>For those who asked for that, do you have any suggestions?
She could mask herself as a commoner and visit the ordinary people to see how the life in her empire really is. She could leave the empire for a while and go on a pilgrimage to some place to "find herself". she could try to do something where her ultimate universe altering powers won't do her any good, like cooking or paining...
>>
>>26695757
>the war with Equestria had not gone well for the humans
>despite all the nations if the world uniting in the common struggle, they'd proven mere amusement to NMM
>in a last ditch effort, Earths entire nuclear arsenal is fired through the portal, 80 thousand or so high yield nukes landing directly on top of her head.
>Physically of course she's unscathed.. but after dusting herself off she finds her magic severely weakened.
>Humans capture her and take their revenge (or try to).
>>
>>26695161
You've said before that you probably wouldn't enjoy NMM actually broken, which is fair and all, but what about something like >>26695757 but where NMM still manages to screw with them somehow. No idea how that would read, but could be interesting. Certainly immortality and the finite lifespan of her captors could be an ally.

I do think as was said, the key is to take her out of the invincible lord of the universe role so she actually has to struggle and grow.
>>
>>26695161
If we're going to explore weakness in NMM, I'd rather see you use something that you've already hinted at. NMM has stated that she has major security issues with Anon due to how Celestia treated Luna. Why not explore that? You could get into NMM's head, really dig into that as a weakness and then have her work through it. That'd give the requisite character development that you think is missing.

Personally, I'm not interested in seeing your NMM explored as a weak character. I do want to see more of her and Anon, both in interpersonal settings and seeing her rebuild / reshape Equestria. I think there's plenty of material there that fits with the SiM theme.
>>
>>26695161
As one of the people who requested this, I would say that my issue in particular is that nothing seems to be able to challenge her effectively. Of course I don't expect you to write her being outright overthrown or broken (unless that some day appeals to you), but it feels like even mild challenges to her role are either knocked down a few tiers until they cease being a threat, or end up on her side - sometimes both. The setting is being shaped by the character, rather than the other way around.

Some people have already suggested removing or limiting her power in some fashion, and that's certainly the most immediate way of doing it. Nightmare's grown comfortable with being head and shoulders above everyone else around her and probably hasn't run into any real trouble for some time. Whether she runs into someone who for the first time can actually meet her head-on and come out on top, or her power is removed by someone else (*coughDiscordcough*) there are a few options here.

Another idea, which I think is more fertile ground for writing, is to have someone out think her - figure out how to push her internal buttons and uses that to manipulate her. Ultimate magical power is cool and all, but not much help when they are inside your head and able to already able to influence you.
>>
>>26696745

Lastly, of course, there's the possibility of pushing further into her insecurities and internal issues. For instance, I think you've hinted several times that Luna as an identity is to some degree still active and thinking in her head. What happens if she accidentally goes too far and wakes little Luna up? As another possibility, working in one of the ideas above - what happens to her mind when someone does start effectively working against her? How does she reconcile her 'obvious superiority' against the fact that there are ponies out there functionally resisting her? How does she react if one of her 'trusted commanders' finally gets fed up with being issued unjust orders and leads a defection?
>>
>>26696745
>her power is removed by someone else
Well, I know of a certain someone who is very good at that, and very, very good at beating alicorns at their own game.

Let's make some plans then.

>Hope
As soon as we get home we need to disable her magic, and restrain her (somehow). After that we should deal with Cadance who I think is still our main priority here. When we get back to Hope, we interrogate her. Why does Nymph wants us back? How much does she know about our position? How many changelings are currently searching for us? how big the hive is? etc...Remember that she's not really our daughter, but a captured enemy.

As far as disabling her magic goes -unless Anon has already figured something out in the past thousand years- we might need to break her horn. Cadance is evidently fine with us hurting the changelings so we don't need to hold back about this one, safety first.

>Cadance
Some people suggested earlier that we should try to make Cadance help us with breaking Celestia... how about we get her to help with breaking the changeling Instead? While she's busy making us good, we should be busy with making her evil, so we can get away with more.

For now though, we take her to our bed, and let rest in our inescapable hug. And while we do that, we could finally start doing our job and ask her nicely what does she know about Twilight Sparkle.

>Luna
Finished sobbing or not, I think we can (and should) just keep ignoring her until we have literally nothing else to do. And we shouldn't allow her to get any other visitors either.

>Celestia
Yeahhhh... this is going to be a tough one. Establishing a good relationship is now and forever impossible, and we can't just beat her into submission, because Cadance... I honestly think she's a lost cause at this point. The best we can do is salvage what we can and use it to progress our other relationships.

I suggest we ask her to forgive us, like we did with Cadance. It won't work, and we'll have to listen to hear out some very unpleasant oration she was no doubt preparing ever since... but Cadance will like us for trying anyway.

Yes, that's kind of obvious.

The only thing ponies have over humans is magic, and magic stealing devices are so easy to make that a talented high school student did on her own, in her garage, from commonly available resources. If magic outbreaks weren't an isolated occurrence like in the movie, you'd have a magic stealing app on every smartphone.

Because the idea of our pretty little image-obsessed dresspone control freak being the one who likes to get taken down the lowest is always a fun thing to imagine.

Plus there's plenty of fertile ground in imagining her making her own equipment and outfits - the arousal slowly building as she cuts the fabric and lays out the straps, juices beginning to drip down her legs as she imagines it being fitted over her and locked into place, her breathing going heavy as she stitches it all together...

Of course she can't touch herself, no matter how much the fantasy makes her want to. That kind of thing is saved for the actual event, leaving her tormented by the thoughts but unable to actually find release until the clock counts down and her master arrives.

>The hive has been broken.
>Your children have once more been scattered to the winds, and you, as queen of the Changelings, have failed your ponies.
>It doesn’t make any sense.
>Yes, of course there had been tales of Equestria’s might; of their alicorn leader’s legendary fury on the battlefield...but your people don’t fight out in the open.
>The infiltration seemed to be going off without a hitch…
>Right up until, without warning, the hive itself was raided by the Equestrian military.
>None of your children were unaccounted for.
>There was no hint any of your infiltrators had been compromised.
>The only drone that was unmasked recently was by the Cult of the Moon…
>They would NEVER assist Equestria.
>In the ensuing chaos, you were barely able to get your heiress out of there, before they found you.
>You just hope your last message made it out to all your children.
>”Stay away from Equestria.”
>A smack to your side snaps you back to the present.
>You snarl at the pegasus guard, barely half your size, who responds with another swat of its armored wing. “Move.”
>Hatred. Disgust. All directed at you.
>A burning loyalty to its princess.
>Oh...you would love nothing more than to teach this little MORSEL its place, to show it just how much its loyalty to its Princess is worth.
>But…
>They've made it clear that any further “outbursts” by you, will be met with swift retribution to the children of yours that they have captured.
>A third swat convinces you to tear your gaze from the uppity pony.
>Wordlessly, you shuffle along the hall, the shackles hooked cruelly through your leg holes-signs of your people’s starvation-rattle with every step you take.
>They’ve lead you away from the dungeons, into Canterlot castle proper.
>Briefly, you glance at the other guards escorting you, tasting them.
>Grim determination. Concern. A deep seated need to accomplish its task.
>This one almost tastes like one of your drones.
>>
>>26715083
>Fear. A worry that it won’t return to its mate. Love for that mate…
>The inhibitor on your horn doesn’t stop you from feeding on this one.
>The others don’t notice.
>You taste the final guard, hoping to find either a second source of love, or a hint of where they’re taking you.
>Glee. A childlike anticipation. No...it’s masking something...a sorrow. Grief.
>This one lost a friend to your children. It’s eager for revenge.
>They’re moving you for some new torment, to force you to betray your own children.
>No doubt another attempt to force you to tell the location of their fledgling hive.
>As though the interrogators you’ve dealt with had any success.
>You refuse to lower yourself to the level of actually ASKING them what they’re planning.
>You won’t give them that satisfaction.
>Instead, you continue to quietly feed off that one guard.
>Will you be able to get enough to break through your inhibitor?
>Doubtful.
>But enough to force a shapeshift...maybe.
>The right body at the right time can make any wish come true.
>Your surroundings grow more ornate, soon you’re passing actual windows, servants ducking into nearby doors as you pass.
>They soon stop you in front of a large door, decorated with a brilliant coat of arms, a sun emblazoned in the center.
>Too soon, too damn soon!
>You haven’t gathered NEARLY enough!
>They throw the doors open without ceremony, revealing a cavernous throne room, the only sign of life within is the unmistakable alicorn occupying said throne.
>Celestia.
>Goddess of the sky.
>She meets your hateful glare with the cold, dispassionate gaze that only a sovereign can manage.
>Her guards bring a swift end to your non-verbal exchange, as they swat you again, forcing you to approach her.
>It’s when one of them tries to kick your forelegs out from under you to make you bow, do you lose it.
>>
>>26715091
>Baring your fangs, you twist around to face it, hissing.
>NOPONY tries to make YOU bow!
>Fear. Anger. Terror. Panic.
>Good.
>Before you have a chance to maul your captor, a magical aura grabs you, holding you immobile, “Enough!”
>Cold fury. Amusement.
>Celestia.
>The sky goddess twists your head in her magic, forcing you to once more meet her gaze.
>Now that...was a mistake.
>They say eyes are the windows to the soul.
>Using what little love you’ve gathered to power your magic, you dive right through those opened windows.
>You tear through her countless memories as she begins her speech, looking for something-anything-that you can use against her.
>”Queen Nymph. Your changelings invaded my sovereign lands, foalnapped my ponies and conspired to overthrow the crown of the very land you stand on.”
>Wait...something’s wrong.
>That’s not right...what did she call you?
>You don’t have time to think about it, you haven’t found anything useful yet, you’re running out of time!
>”Why should I allow you to continue to bask in MY sun, the very sun you plotted to tear from the sky? Why should I allow you to gaze upon my brilliant night-”
>THERE!
>An image appears in her mind.
>It’s...another alicorn?!
>That's the Cult of the Moon’s deity!
>That’s impossible, she’s not real...
>But a whole host of memories spew forth.
>A lifetime of the two of them growing up together. As sisters.
>A beautiful love. A deep sorrow. Regret.
>She sent her sister away…locked her on the moon.
>This is you grant your wish. THIS is how you escape.
>”...who’s stars you planned to scatter into the winds? Speak, Nymph, lest I banish you from ever seeing my sky again.”
>Damn, damn, DAMN!
>You don’t have enough to shapeshift!
>Not all the way!
>But...you can alter your voice.
>That needs to be enough.
>She narrows her eyes, “Well? Have you nothing to say in your defence?”
>>
>>26715101
>Opening your mouth, you speak with a voice torn from her memories,
“Sister...it’s me. I came back…”
>Shock. Confusion. Outrage. A glimmering seed of hope.
>Keep going.
“I made it back a couple days ago, but they got me when I was still weak and put me in a cocoon...they made me look like this! Made me look like her!”
>Disbelief. Her hope takes root, sprouting.
>The two emotions go to war.
>The guards surrounding you look between one another and their floundering deity.
>She silently mouths, “Luna,” not daring to voice it.
>You just need her to take off this inhibitor...then you’ll be Luna for her.
>Willing yourself to cry, tears spring forth, your stolen voice wavering.
“I’m sorry for not lowering the moon before. I missed you so much, big Sister…”
>Desire.
>It joins forces with hope in the war over Celestia’s mind.
>She WANTS it to be true.
>Her aura releases you and she stands from the throne, trotting away, just under a canter.
>”Your majesty?”
>Reaching a window, her horn glows bright, brighter, soon almost blinding you and her guards.
>You can’t raise a hoof to shield your eyes.
>At once, that hope, that desire dies, the light from her horn soon follows.
>Rage. Hatred.
>Outside, you see evidence of what spell she cast.
>In the sky, the moon hangs alongside the sun...she tore apart the natural order to confirm your story.
>You just made a very big mistake.
>Celestia whirls around, snarling.
>Nopony would need to taste emotions to know what she’s feeling.
>You open your mouth, but before you can speak, you’re pummeled by Celestia’s magic, her aura forcing you to the ground, the weight of the very sun slamming you to the floor.
“Gaah!”
>That weight only increases, keeping you from drawing any breath into your now empty lungs.
>”You...would steal the tongue of divinity? You would impersonate MY OWN SISTER?! Have you no shame?!”
>>
>>26715107
>A tinge of sorrow. Hatred. So much hatred. For you and herself.
>Can’t...breathe...
>You scrabble your hooves against the marble floor, your chains ringing as you desperately try to crawl away, to escape the weight of her magic crushing you.
>You can feel your chitin threatening to crack, your vision going dark.
>She’s going to squash you like an ordinary insect...
>Then, all at once, her magic vanishes.
>You gasp for breath, the air tasting almost as wondrous as love, your legs limp under you.
>That relief doesn’t last long.
>The world soon turns orange and you’re lifted up by something that feels...wrong, the chains binding your legs and inhibitor on your horn melt away as your legs leave the ground.
>This isn’t unicorn magic.
>In fact, it’s not anything you’ve ever felt from any PONY.
>A vague memory stolen from a pony scholar bubbles up in your mind.
>Centaur magic...?
>But they’ve been dead for centuries!
>Looking down, you see your entire being is glowing a deep, angry orange.
>There’s a crack in the air behind you, like a tree splitting, before Celestia speaks.
>”Queen Nymph,” Her voice quivers with rage. “For the crimes of invading our nation, foalnapping, murder, and impersonating royalty, I hereby banish thee to the dark indefinitely!”
>The last word barely leaves her mouth before your thrust backwards, through an...opening.
>As you pass through the portal, you can feel SOMETHING being torn out of you-your magic!
>You flail your still glowing legs, beating your wings uselessly as you begin to fall.
>She stole your magic!
>How are you going to feed?! Or defend yourself, or-
>You don’t have time to contemplate that.
>You’re too busy plummeting to your doom.
>The ground hurtles towards you as your wings continue to beat uselessly, failing to catch the air-you’re going to die!
>Uselessly, you cover your face with your hooves, not wanting to watch.
>You slam into the ground.
>>
>>26715116
>...But...you’re alive!
>In fact, you aren’t even hurt!
>Shakily, you climb to your hooves, vaguely aware of something wrapped around one of your legs-you don’t even care!
>You’re still alive!
>Looking around, you take stock in your new...situation.
>Steep mountains disappear into the haze filled sky.
>Said miasma glows a dim orange, from some unknown light source.
>You’ve...never heard of anything like this place…
>Turning back to see what’s attached to your leg, a familiar face appears, inches from your own.
>”Boo!”

-

>Gasping, your eyes snap open, revealing the bars of your cage.
>She...she called you Nymph.
>That’s not your name, not your real name, you KNOW it’s not!
>Your real name is...is...no, not Nymph, that’s the name he gave you.
>It’s…
>You don’t remember.
>Ooohh no, you don’t remember!
>It’s here somewhere, where is it?!
>You thrash around in your normally cramped cage, your egg laden belly making any normal movement impossible.
>Panic. Desperation. Yours.
>Your eyes scan the bars, as you squirm around, looking for...there!!
>Cocoon.
>At once, your legs go limp and you sink down onto your back.
>Relief. Joy.
>It’s the worst hoofwriting you’ve ever seen, but it’s the most beautiful sight you could lay your eyes on.
>Cocoon.
>Former Queen of the Changelings.
>THAT’S who you are.
>Not...not Nymph.
>He’s taken everything from you, but he can’t take that, not while he keeps you here.
>You still have YOUR name.
>Squirming to find a more comfortable position, you close your eyes.
>You’re too worked up to get back to sleep, now.
>But...there isn’t much else you can do, when he’s out hunting.
>Wait...what was that?
>Your ears perk as you hear the distinct sound of flesh slapping against stone, coming closer.
>It’s your master! He’s home!
>Elation. Tinged with shame.
>>
>>26715130
>You should hate him, hate what he does to you...but anything is a welcome break from the grinding monotony of your cage.
>Plus...he’s the only one you can feed off.
>”Oh Nyyyymph~” His singsong voice announces his arrival.
>You thrash around in your cage to get your hooves under you, sitting up as best you can, your horn poking through the bars.
>He likes it when you look excited…
>Sometimes he even lets you stay out of the cage!
>Happiness.
>You don’t have time to contemplate just how pathetic that thought was, as your master’s looming form soon appears in the entrance to your room, holding something-a waterskin, perhaps?
>You’re suddenly keenly aware of how dry your mouth is.
>Happiness. Exhaustion. Love.
>Delicious, delicious love.
>Your tongue lolls out through the ring holding your mouth open as you taste that wondrous love.
>”How’s my sweetheart today?” He asks as he approaches your cage, his free hand reaching out, ready to give you ear scratches.
>You wag your tail and lower your head, just as you’ve been taught.
>”D’awww. Just as cute as always I see,” his fingers meet your ear, waves of pleasure soon rolling over you as he scratches.
>You nod, letting your eyes droop as you bask in the attention.
>It’s moments like this where you can truly enjoy this.
>Feeding from a neverending font of love, being pleasured like this.
>Letting your eyes close, you can almost see yourself, surrounded by your children, this “Human” servicing you as queen…
>Your fantasy is rudely interrupted by the squeal of your cage door being opened.
>”Sooo, I made sure to bring back some water for you, sweetie. Are you thirsty?”
>Of course you are, the ring gag leaves you perpetually dehydrated, he knows that.
>Still, you nod, wagging your tail even harder.
>”Well then, come out and show me how much you want it.”
>Now that you have permission, you shakily climb to your hooves, your cramped legs unused to supporting your weight.
>>
>>26715137
>Leaving the cage, you begin your well-practiced routine.
>Approaching his side, you nudge him with your nose before rearing up on your hindlegs, holding your forelimbs before you, and look up at the ceiling.
>Just like a begging dog.
>”Come on, I want to hear your beautiful voice.”
>Delight.
>There’s no malice behind this.
>Pushing aside any sense of dignity you once had, you bark like a dog, wagging your tail and flitting your wings.
“Arh! Arh!”
>Elation. Giddiness.
>”You’re so adorable, Nymph!”
>He throws his arms around your barrel, slipping between your forelegs as he hugs you against him.
>Instinctively you clench yourself under your tail, already getting wet at the contact.
>Shame poisons the cloud of joy engulfing you both.
>He did this to you.
>He turned you into nothing but a living sex toy.
>Part of you knows you should attack him, teach him his place in the world-you’re ROYALTY, his touch is an insult!
>But you stopped listening to that part of you long ago...it gets you nowhere.
>Instead, you wrap your forelegs around your master and rest your head on his shoulder, returning the hug and bask in his love for you.
>The shame dissipates rather quickly.
>”Alright, let’s get you that drink,” He pulls from your embrace and places his hand on your withers, forcing you to all fours before he holds up the waterskin, raising it about a foot above your head.
>He’s in a good mood today.
>Normally he holds it as high as he can.
>You stretch your neck as far as you can before he starts pouring the water into your awaiting mouth.
>You gulp it down as quickly as you can, keeping the stream in the center of the ring gag once he starts moving his arm side to side.
>The last drop of water barely touches your tongue, “Alright, let’s see how well you did.”
>His hand leaves your withers to grasp at your horn, gently moving your head around.
>Bemusement. Pride.
>>
>>26715145
>Letting your horn go, he crouches down and inspects the floor, looking for any sign that you wasted the gift he’s given you.
>Joy.
>”Not a single drop. Good job, sweetheart!” He kisses your nose as he stands up.
>You can’t stop from wagging your tail again.
>”I’d say that means you’ve earned a reward. You want to come have dinner with us?”
>You nod emphatically.
>Of course you do, the alternative is going back in your cage.
>”Let me get the leash, hang on.”
>It takes but a moment for him to tie a rope around your neck and lead you out into the rest of the cave.
>You soon find yourself having trouble keeping up with him.
>Your legs are normally so unused that you can barely support a trot, coupled with your egg laden belly, it takes all you have to keep from lagging to the far end of the leash.
>Oblivious, master recites a familiar complaint as the two of you work your way through the sloping caverns.
>”Man, I hate this cave. The walls are ugly, and everything’s too far apart. Plus, no running water. You should have seen our last one, it was amazing.”
>Annoyance. Regret. Both covered with a coat of happiness-from being around you.
>“I don’t give a damn what Tirek says about defensibility. ‘Oh, we’ll be able to repel any attack.’ Yea right. From now on, I’m vetoing anything that doesn’t have a water source. It’s not like HE’S the one who has to get it, anyway.”
>He looks back at you, “Wouldn’t that be nice, sweetie? If you didn’t have to worry about wasting water?”
>You nod in response.
>A lie.
>You know that if drinking water stops being a game, he’ll come up with some other way to torment you; one you haven’t gotten good at.
>”...and then I said slaughter? I hardly know her!”
>Amusement accompanies Tirek’s laughter, both spilling out of the nearby kitchen.
>”Hey guys. Have you finished cooking the skull-cat yet?” your master asks as he enters the room with you in tow.
>>
>>26715155
>”Why yes my friend, I’ve just finished,” the ancient centaur king turns around from the fire pit, his eyes falling on you.
>Disgust. Disappointment.
>”I see you’ve brought your pet. Don’t tell me you expect us to eat with that thing at the dinner table.”
>Annoyance. Soon quashed by pride.
>Your master pets down your mane, “What? Nymph’s being good, I figure she’s earned a treat.”
>”Oh, let ol’ Anonymous here eat with his dog if he wants,” Discord, the monster straight out of myth and legend, floats up from the table, lounging as though he’s laying in a hammock. “After all, he’s the reason you’re eating in the first place.”
>Bemusement. Tinged with a hint of maliciousness.
>He’s trying to provoke an argument.
>Your master shoots him a look, “You know I hate that nickname.”
>A minor annoyance.
>Discord “stands” up, placing a paw on his chest as he feigns injury, “Well, I’d call you Nameless, but that one’s taken, mister I-forgot-my-real-name-after-a-short-few-centuries.”
>”Well it’s not like you two ever used it!”

-

>You gulp down air into your tortured lungs, your limbs shaking as you drag yourself those last few inches to hide behind a rocky outcropping.
>...There...you should be out of sight now.
>Your legs give out and you fall onto your belly.
>You just need a minute.
>Desperation.
>Then...then you’ll catch your breath, and you’ll be able to outrun your master again.
>No, no! NOT your master! Not anymore!
>Anger. Hatred. Self loathing.
.>You’re free now. He can’t do anything to you, ever again!
>It’s been...hours, hasn’t it?
>Hours of him relentlessly pursuing you, no matter how fast you’ve run, no matter how well you’ve tried to hide.
>No creature can go forever.
>He must be reaching his limit!
>Glee. Somepony else’s.
>Terror. Your own.
>A chuckle you know all too well.
>No, no, no!
>>
>>26715181
>Sorrow. Hatred. Gloom.
>Discord’s translucent head juts out from the rock, his long neck twisting around so his eyes meet yours, albeit upside down.
>The glee takes a malicious tint. A touch of disappointment.
>All floating above a whirling maelstrom of emotions.
>You’ve learned not to look too deeply into the mind of the lord of Chaos.
>”Ooohh, don’t tell me you’re already giving up! Your friend still has at LEAST an hour left in him!”
>A...a whole hour…?
>Horror.
>Throwing aside your dignity, you beg him between ragged breaths.
“Discord. Please. You know...what he’ll do. If...if he catches me. Whatever...you want. I’ll give you...just please…”
>”Anything I want, hmmm?”
>A lion’s paw emerges and strokes his goatee, unaffected by gravity, “And just WHAT could you give an incorporeal being such as myself, hm?”
>Desperation. Misery.
>He’s playing with you.
>You know there’s nothing you could offer him.
>Yet despite that, you find your tail raising, turning off to the side to expose yourself.
“I...could be YOUR plaything. Instead of his…”
>Delight.
>His eyes light up, “Well now, that WOULD be amusing. I haven’t had a proper servant since I was petrified...buuut…”
>His malicious glee returns, surrounding you.
>”You’d only be entertaining ME. This way you’re fun for the whole family!”
>He sinks back into the rock.
>Woe. Your own.
>It takes two attempts, but you manage to struggle back to your hooves,.
>Gritting your teeth, you begin to stumble away.
>Can’t...let him...reach you...
>”She’s over here!” Discord calls out.

-
>>
>>26715192
>Amusement. Happiness. Begrudging acceptance.
>Dinner has proved to be pleasant.
>You may not be able to participate, but at least you’re out of your cage.
>Eventually, Tirek brings the subject around to you, “Tell me. Is your pet ready to lay its clutch?”
>”Hmm?” Your master looks up and hastily swallows the bite he’s taken. “Oh! Yea, she’s about ready to pop any day now. We just need to get her a proper host.”
>He reaches his hand down and scratches under your chin, “Don’t we, Nymph?”
>A surge of love.
>You tilt your head back and lean into his scratching nails, letting out a little trill.
>Disgust. From Tirek.
>”Perhaps you should concentrate on that, instead of spending time with it?”
>Your master’s mirth vanishes and his hand stops scratching.
>Anger.
>”Look. I don’t whine when you need to take your twenty breaks a day, old man, I would appreciate the same courtesy.” He jabs a finger at Tirek.
>Humiliation. Rage.
>”Do you forget who you speak to, colt?!”
>”Before you two tear each other's throats out, I saw a pair of minotaurs a few hours from here. Anonymous and I can go get one tomorrow.”
>Trepidation.
>It betrays Discord’s nonchalant tone.
>”Hmm...that could work. I’ll need some arrows made up, though. I hate getting close to those guys.”
>Master’s hand returns to you, this time petting your mane.
>”You’ll have a full quiver when you wake tomorrow.”
>Indignation.
>Discord stretches in mid air and changes the subject, ”In other news, New New New New New Gryphonstone got hit by cyclopses today.”
>Amusement.
>”Hah! I wonder if Grover’s finally going to give up that dream.”
>>
>>26715198
-

>”So, she said she doesn’t ACTUALLY need a male changeling to make a clutch.”
>”Truly?” Lord Tirek’s withered voice speaks, “So we can have our army? What do we need?”
>Anticipation. Even from here, you can taste it.
>You struggle against the stockade you’ve been placed in, slamming the back of your head repeatedly against it.
>It’s wood, it’ll eventually yield!
>Especially now that you’re immortal.
>But you need something sooner than “eventually.”
>You need to be gone, NOW, before that monster comes back and starts interrogating you again.
>He said there’s a changeling hive out there…
>If your captors are to believed, their queen is none other than Princess Klamná Láska, the pony who became the very first Changeling.
>You’d...be less inclined to believe them, if your captors weren’t living legends themselves.
>She’ll take you in with open wings-she’ll see you’re her direct descendant, she’ll take care of you, just as you took care of the swarm she left behind.
>But you need to get FREE, first!
>”She said she needs a host, so, you know, someone to do the deed, and something that loves her. Apparently that second one was a lot easier to do when she could shapeshift.”
>”Hmm…”
>You squirm your hooves, trying to wriggle them free-the damn board is caught on one of your leg holes, and if you can get it free...
>”Yea, I don’t know how we’re going to do that without announcing to Tartarus that we have a changeling queen here. The minute word gets out, every group in the place will be after us.”
>”I may have an idea, human. Give me some time to write down a list of supplies I’ll need, and then I’m sending you to New New Gryphonstone.”
>”Are you sure that’s a good idea? I heard there’s a dragon coming from the south, and I don’t want to get caught in the middle of that.”
>”All the more reason to go sooner, rather than later, my good friend.”

-
>>
>>26715209
>”Soo, did you enjoy dinner, sweetheart?”
>You nod, wagging your tail as your master leads you back into the room the two of you share.
>He rewards you by planting a kiss on the top of your head.
>”I’m really glad to hear that, sweetie. Are you excited about finally getting a host for your eggs? I know how much you’ve been wanting to have kids again.”
>His hand idly strokes over your neck, his fingernails sending shivers down your spine.
>Anticipation. A slight nervousness.
>“Do we name them? Is that a changeling thing to do?”
>Excitement.
>Does he want you to answer honestly?
>You shake your head no, giving him the truth-the only child you’ve ever named was your heiress.
>A tinge of disappointment.
>”Hmm. Maybe we’ll have to change that one up, then.”
>Of course…
>How silly to think you’d have a say in that…
>Still, you nod your head as you try to ignore the melancholy permeating the room-yours, of course.
>He unties the rope around your neck, ”I suppose this means we should probably get to bed. That way we’ll have an early start on tomorrow.”
>Which means it’s time for you to go back into the cage.
>Keeping your head bowed, you start walking back towards your metal prison.
>Pensiveness.
>Your forehoof barely touches the metal bottom of your cage when your master speaks up, “Not quite, Nymph. Do you want to spend the night with me?”
>...Yes.
>Yes you do.
>Turning around, you almost trip over your hooves as you run over to your master, your tail wagging as you nuzzle against him.
>Elation surrounds you-yours, of course.
>Contentment, joy, love. His.
>”Woah!” He grabs ahold of your smooth horn to keep from being knocked over, before throwing his arms around you.
>”Aww, I love you too, sweetie.”
>Your elation is soon swallowed by shame.
>That little voice in the back of your mind is speaking again; complaining that he really HAS turned you into nothing more than his pet.
>>
>>26715217
>His hand finds its way behind your ear and scratches, silencing that voice.
>”But you know...I’m going to need some help getting to sleep…”
>Lust. Mutual.
>You know exactly what he wants.
>And you want it too.
>Prancing away from your master’s grasp, you turn around and lift your tail, winking your sex for him, just as he’s taught you.
>You’ve been dripping for quite a while now.
>”Hmm...Actually Nymph, I’m thinking we put your ring gag to use tonight. That’ll be fun, don’t you think?”
>A hint of disappointment.
>You slowly lower your tail, but bob your head.
>Of course you’d love to pleasure him...but you can’t deny you enjoy it more when he ruts you.
>Turning back around, it takes you only a moment to work your head under the hide he wears as clothing.
>You can’t deny that you always found his predilection for wearing clothing kind of cute.
>You feel your horn rub against his smooth belly as you search out the small tuft of fur signifying...there!
>Breathing in his scent, your forked tongue finds its way to his exposed stallionhood, licking over its head.
>”Ooohh...that’s a good girl…”
>He clasps his hand over the back of your head, keeping you from pulling away...as though you would ever want to.
>You close your eyes as you continue to prepare him, his cock stiffening from your attention.
>His fingers wrap around your horn, the only warning you have that he’s ready, before he pushes your head back.
>You only have a second to reposition yourself before he pulls you forward, his cock slipping right through your ring gag.
>Briefly, the memories of the times you weren’t fast enough bubble up in your mind.
>The swift, terrible retribution...
>You drink in the lust surrounding you both to push those memories away-you should be focused on one thing, and one thing only right now:
>Pleasuring your master.
>>
>>26715226
>As he forces your snout into his fur, you swallow around his cocktip, his length having pushed past your mouth and down your throat.
>Pride fills that cloud of lust.
>”Good girl…” he whispers out, taking a moment to pet over the back of your head, sending chills down your spine.
>You wag your tail and trill around his cock in response.
>Joy.
>Sadly, you don’t get much time to bask in that praise.
>He soon starts to thrust into your mouth as though it were your sex, his hands holding your head still.
>You shudder and lap at his length as best you can while he repeatedly thrusts into your throat.
>Master taught you to take pride in pleasuring him...to take pleasure in being used like this.
>The slowly growing puddle between your hind legs is testament to that.
>You know better than to touch yourself, however.
>If you do a good enough job here, then he might return the favor.
>His cock twitches in your maw as you swallow around him, earning yourself a groan.
>He’s close...master must be enjoying the thought of what’s about to come, tomorrow.
>You know what he needs to get over the edge…what he enjoys.
>Carefully, ever so carefully, you reach your hooves up, between his legs, and cup his balls in your frogs.
>He groans again, his cock spasming in your mouth once more...you can taste his precum.
>You shudder...whether from the taste, or the memories of all the times he made you practice that move.
>All the times he beat you senseless for pushing just slightly too hard, or having one hoof in the wrong position…
>Fear and misery poison the cloud of lust around you both.
>Anger. All directed at yourself.
>You can’t think about something like that now!
>You should be enjoying the fact that you did it right!
>>
>>26715235
>Master’s cock spasms again, tearing you from your introspection, the only warning you’re given before he shoves his whole length inside you, hilting against your ring gag.
>”Oooohhh…” he groans out as his cock flexes inside you, shooting its thick ropes of seed into your throat.
>Disappointment once more taints the lust surrounding you.
>You love the taste of his cum…
>All the same, you swallow every drop, milking his length of every last drop as he pulls out of you.
>Satisfaction. Love.
>”Ooohh, that was amazing…” He kneels down and wraps his arms around your shoulders, “Good job, sweetheart!”
>Elation. Pride.
>You coo to your master and rest your head against him, nuzzling as you bask in the love of his afterglow.
>He strokes over your back, his hands disappointingly far from your raised tail.
>Eventually, he pulls from the embrace, with a final kiss to your head. “Come on you, time for bed.”
>Disappointment. A surge of lust.
>A small whine rises from your throat before you even realize it.
>Amusement.
>Your master chuckles and scratches behind one of your ears, “Let’s save that for tomorrow, hm? I don’t want you to be sore for your laying.”
>Despite your body crying out against you, you nod your head and force your tail to wag.
>Delight.
>”Good girl. Now come on. If I have to say it again, you’re going back in your cage.”
>You press to your master’s side as he leads you over to his bed.
>It’s noting more than a pile of straw, with two animal hides atop it.
>But compared to the cage, it’s like sleeping on a cloud again.
>He lifts the hide that serves as a blanket, “Expectant mothers first.”
>Giving him another brief nuzzle, you squirm your way under the blanket, not stopping until you reach the far side of the bed.
>Euphoria.
>Simply sleeping in his bed would be reward in of itself.
>But your master soon joins you, his powerful muscles wrapping themselves around you as he presses to your back.
>>
>>26715243
>Your tail twitches as his crotch presses to the back of it, inches away from your dripping, winking sex.
>It takes every ounce of your self control not to lift it.
>You know exactly what‘ll happen if you do, egg laden or not.
>Master kisses the back of your head, “Goodnight Nymph. I love you.”
>Trilling in response, you say more than words ever could.
>You love him too.

More tomorrow.

Interested to see what happens next.

I'm honored.

U-Unf. It's been a while since we had a pure sex-focused story here, and this is a nice return. You really do the desperation angle very well, and there was also something very nice about how Cocoon/Nymph is slowly, unwillingly losing herself to actual lust and Anon's manipulations - her body responding unconsciously, even. Makes you wonder how much of her was even left by the time she betrayed Anonymous and laid in him - was she totally instinct-driven by that point?
>>

Really interested to see where this goes. Good job, mang.

>Triumph. Pride. Elation.
>”Oh Nyyyymph!” Your master sings out.
>Wagging your tail, you squirm around in your cage, sitting up just in time to feel a third being's emotions.
>Rage. A growing terror. All hiding panic.
>”Let me go, you overgrown pig!”
>Your master appears, holding onto a net slung over his shoulder, a squirming, writhing mass caught within.
>”How’s my sweetheart today?”
>You wag your tail even harder and press your face to the bars-whatever he’s holding means there’ll be no ear scratches for you.
>Or water...you’ll go thirsty, today.
>”Glad to see that, cutie. So, turns out, the minotaurs got away...but I DID get ahold of their pet.”
>Outrage.
>”Pet? Pet?! You think I was some minotaur’s PET?! I’m Gertrude the Grisly, scourge of the sixteen seas!” The captured gryphon renews her struggling behind your master’s back.
>Arrogance. Pride. Your master’s.
>”Yea, well, pretty soon you’ll be Gertrude the guh-eggbound, host to the new Changeling swarm.”
>Shock.
>”W-what?”
>Snapping his hands open, Master’s bundle drops to the floor, the gryphon landing with a yelp.
>The terror grows, swallowing the gryphon’s other emotions.
>He pins the end of the net under his foot and opens your cage, “Come on out, sweetie.”
>Happiness.
>With your tail going a mile a minute, you squirm your way out of your cage, your egg-laden belly barely fitting through the door.
>Once you're free, you shakily waddle your way over to your master and nuzzle against him.
>A surge of love.
>He kisses you and whispers, “This is my gift to you, sweetheart. Do whatever you want to her, but I expect her to be the host for our children.”
>Elation. Yours.
>Your hooves clack against the ground as you approach the bound gryphon.
>>
>>26724055
>”N-now, hang on a minute…” she pleads, “Why-why not lay your eggs inside HIM? He doesn’t have claws! O-or wings! I’d be more useful if you let me go and used him-”
>You silence her with a slap to her face, tasting your anger in the air.
>How DARE she?
>You wouldn’t ever betray him like that!
>You shove the dazed gryphon’s head to the floor, pressing your hoof to her feathered head as you position yourself over her, wrapping your other hooves around her.
>Unfortunately, the ring gag in your mouth keeps you from taking a proper bite-hold on her neck.
>The closest you can get is awkwardly rubbing your fangs against her feathers.
>”Nooo...no, no, no, no, no, no…” the gryphon moans out.
>Either way, this is enough for your body to get to work.
>Your ovipositor extends, its pointed tip rubbing against her sex.
>Shock. Horror.
>Gertrude the gryphon thrashes under you, her feathers fluffing out as she tries to bring her claws to bare.
>”L-listen! You don’t need to do this! Please, I can help you!”
>Desperation.
>”He-he keeps you in a cage, right? I wouldn’t do that! We-we could be partn-Aaaahh!”
>You silence her by spearing your length into her sex.
>Delight. Your master’s.
>She shudders under you as you work your way into her tight, squeezing passage, your natural lubricant oozing out into her, destroying any resistance she might offer.
>”Ple-e-ease,” she sobs out as a rather unique combination of shame, disgust, and hatred hit you.
>It’s something you haven’t tasted from others in quite a long, long time.
>You’re soon blocked by her cervix.
>With a twitch, you release a cloud of muscle-relaxant from your ovipositor, allowing you to slip right into her womb seconds later.
>”Nooo…” she moans out below you, shuddering, twitching.
>Sorrow.
>You take a moment to bask in this.
>>
>>26724061
>Her tight passage squeezing around your ovipositor, the gryphon trying desperately, futilely to force you out of her, your master watching, approval oozing out of him.
>For a second...you actually feel like the queen you once were.
>...Time to get to work.
>One at a time, you feel your eggs work their way through you, your ovipositor pulsing, forcing her walls to stretch as they’re carried down her passage, and into her awaiting womb.
>The tip of your appendage opens, sending a ripple of pleasure through you as that first egg is squeezed out into her.
>The gryphon no doubt feels it, as she howls out, thrashing below you with renewed vigor.
>But it’s already too late.
>Your master’s delight mixes with the gryphon’s cavalcade of emotions.
>”I’m going to kill you, you little bitch! I’m gonna cut you open and EAT you!” she sobs out.
>Ooohh, how you wish you could bite down on her, inject her with venom to cease her struggling.
>But your master didn’t give you your mouth back...he must be enjoying watching her struggle.
>One of her wings manages to poke out through a hole in the net, and slaps you in the face.
>You respond by punching her in the back of the head again, this time causing the gryphon to lose consciousness, going limp under you.
>That allows you to concentrate on laying your clutch, one egg at a time being squeezed out into the gryphon’s depths as all the while pleasure rolls over you.
>It feels like a weak, prolonged orgasm...
>You can taste your master’s pride, his joy, his love for you, making this all the better.
>It’s pure bliss...you’ve never felt this wonderful, even when you were ruling your hive.
>This is what it’ll be like all the time, won’t it?
>You and your master, in pure, loving bliss together, with hundreds of your children buzzing around you.
>...You’d give anything to spend eternity like that.
>>
>>26724067
>By the time the gryphon’s regained consciousness, her passage squeezing around you to signify her return to the waking world, her belly’s just slightly distended.
>Embarrassment. Shock. Horror. Disgust. Rage.
>She thrashes against you once again, screaming, crying out once more, but it doesn't matter.
>Your final egg is already working its way into her squeezing sex.
>Depositing it inside her, you give her feathered neck a lick before pulling back your egg-laying appendage.
>That’s when your master’s fist punches you in the face.
>You’re thrown off, landing on your side, your head bouncing off the rocky floor.
“Uuh!”
>Your vision swims, your head throbbing from the impact...distracting you only for a moment, before a whirlwind of emotion descends upon you.
>Outrage. Fury. Rage. So much anger.
>Betrayal.
>”Nymph…” Your master’s voice quakes with rage, with...pain.
>What did you do wrong?!
>Cracking an eye open, you see...oh no.
>Terror, true mortal terror fills the air.
>A small trail of blood is leaking from master’s mouth as he climbs off his bed, a green film coating his face...his belly’s extended.
>Where...where’s Gertrude?!
>His bed’s covered in green slime-your natural lubricant..
>You…
>You laid your eggs in him.
>The gryphon was all a dream.
>”What...the HELL did you just do?!”
>Horror. Shame, Guilt…Sorrow.
>You throw yourself on the ground, pressing your ears to your head and whimper as you master struggles over to you.
>”Did you...did you just fucking-” he coughs, his blood splattering over your back, “Did you just fucking use ME as a host?! What the hell were you thinking?!”
>He grabs your horn, twisting your head back to look at him.
>His rage overpowers any emotion from you.
>You’ve never seen him this angry.
>...Hatred.
>Your eyes water as you choke back a sob.
>>
>>26724076
>He’s going to kill you! He’ll kill you again and again!
>You’re going to be crucified, just like his pets, leaving you to be picked apart by everything that wanders by!
>...He’s going to cut your children out of himself, isn’t he?
>Just to watch you clutch your dying eggs in your hooves.
>Your master draws his fist back, before devolving in another coughing fit.
>His hand slips from your horn as he doubles over, gasping for air before he collapses, having lost consciousness.
>His emotions fade from the air, leaving only your terror, your sorrow, your panic.
>You...you need to make this right!
>You need to show him you didn’t mean to lay them in him! You wouldn’t ever intentionally hurt him!
>You love him!
>Glancing around, your eyes soon fall on the only thing you could use in the room: your cage.
>...That’s it!
>Pushing him, you roll your master over to your cage and carefully, gently, push him in, one limb at time.
>Once he’s snugly in your prison, you close the door.
>There!
>He’s still going to punish you, you know he will, but now, now he’ll have to calm down first.
>He’ll have to wait until you have Discord explain to him that it was an accident.
>That you didn’t betray him!
>With that secure, you head out into the rest of the cave, finding it much easier to walk now that you’re no longer carrying your children.
>Guilt.
>Following the paths your master’s taken you down, you soon find yourself rubbing at your neck.
>It feels...wrong not to have the leash on.
>...
>This cave is bigger than you remember.
>Your growing worry clings to you.
>Eventually, you do manage to find another source of emotions, a sign of life.
>Boredom. A smoldering resentment.
>Practically breaking out in a gallop, you run into the room to discover...Tirek.
>The centaur looks up from his workbench as he hears you enter, raising an eyebrow once he sees you.
>The air fills with...curiosity? Bemusement?
>>
>>26724082
>There should be contempt. Hatred directed at you. Why aren’t you feeling it?
>”Aaahh. I see you’ve gotten lose...no master, no leash, and no eggs. Is this another escape attempt?” His lips curl into a grin.
>You shake your head no, approaching him and falling onto your belly as you had for your master a little while ago.
>”No?” His weak hand cups your chin and forces you to look up at his black, beady eyes, “Then tell your lord what you’ve done.”
>You blink.
>Curiosity.
>Surely he can see the gag?
>You couldn’t speak even if you wanted to...
>”Aah, right, of course.”
>Seeing the issue, he reaches his gnarled hand out and grasps an arrow off his work bench.
>With one smooth motion, he cuts the strap holding the gag in place, the ring soon slips from its place behind your fangs and clatters as it hits the ground.
>Satisfaction.
>A surge of fear.
>Master didn’t give you permission to talk, it doesn’t matter if somepony cut it!
>You snap your mouth shut.
>You don’t trust yourself well enough not to accidently speak.
>”Much better. Now tell me girl, what happened?”
>You begin to pantomime what happened, pointing back down towards yours and master’s room.
>Annoyance.
>”I have no patience for the human’s games, Nymph. Now tell me what has happened.”
>Woe. Terror.
>Your training is overwhelming your desire to explain.
>The annoyance in the air vanishes.
>”Aaah...I see the issue. You think you do not have permission to speak.” His withered hand strokes down your mane, much as your master likes to.
>”Let me explain the hierarchy. The human is your master. As royalty, I am the human’s master. Any command I give you supersedes his. Now OBEY ME, or I will go down there and make sure he punishes you for insubordination.”
>Fear.
>A well trained response, at the thought of disobedience.
>You work your mouth, fighting with your tongue to form words.
“I…”
>After so long, your voice feels foreign to you.
>>
>>26724087
“I accidentally...laid...my eggs in Master.”
>”Oh?” Amusement. “That doesn’t seem like something that just happens on accident. How exactly did you “aaccidentally” lay your eggs in my companion?”
>Guilt. Melancholy.
“I dreamed he brought a gryphon back! He..I...used the gryphon an’ ...I..I…”
>You throw yourself at his hoofs and wail out,
“I didn’t mean to!”
>Delight?
>Tirek’s odd emotion shocks you out of your self-pity.
>His sharp voice is more in line with how you’d expect him to react, “Where is he now? What did you do with your master?”
“He…” You sob, “He’s in the cage!”
>You cover your face with your hooves as you continue to sob, expecting an arrow to soon find its way into you.
>Satisfaction. Maliciousness.
>”There, there, it’s alright.” Tirek pets over your mane again, “I have been expecting this for quite a while.”
>Confusion.
>You peek your head out from under your hooves, cracking an eye open.
>”Nymph, your time under the human’s thumb was only meant to be temporary. After all, a horde of changelings will be much more...effective than one, solitary human.”
>Your confusion grows into bewilderment.
“Wh-what?”
>”While I had hoped to keep you both, losing the human was not an unforeseen conclusion. Nymph. It’s time you moved up in the world, don’t you think?”
>Terror.
“No!”
>You know where you belong, where you deserve to be, at master’s heel!
>Anything he gives you to change that is a gift, and a temporary one at that!
>It’s an immutable fact...
>If there’s no chance for that to ever improve, then it’s a burden you no longer need to worry about.
>It’s a fact you’ve taken happiness in, for years.
>This time the bewilderment comes from Tirek.
>”No? What do you mean no? Of course you do, everypony wants to!”
>Squeezing your eyes shut, you shake your head no.
>Determination. Yours.
>>
>>26724097
>Anger cuts through Tirek's bewilderment.
>”Listen to me, INSECT! You will do as I say, or I will release the human, and he will punish you for not only betraying him, but for disobeying ME!”
>Terror. Sorrow.
>You don’t want to betray him..you’re a good girl!
>Your master’s good girl!
>But...you also don’t want to be punished.
>Even if you deserve it…
>Misery.
“I-I will, Mast-”
>”Lord.”
“I will, Lord. I WILL obey you…”
>Satisfaction.
>His hand grabs your chin and tilts your head so you’re looking up at him.
>“Good. You’re going to go down there, and tell him that you’ve trapped me in a cocoon. You’re going to tell him that he’s not going anywhere until your children are hatched, because you’re turning this cave into your new hive.”
>”At NO point are you to tell him this comes from me. Understand?”
>Sorrow. Reluctance. Hatred. For yourself.
>But you still find yourself nodding your head.
“Y-yes Lord.”

-

>To say your master took the news badly would be an understatement.
>He screamed and shouted, did everything he could to kick the cage open, and left you more terrified than you ever have in your life.
>But as days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, he slowly calmed down.
>His rage, which permeated the room to the point where you could barely stand to be in there, settled into a low, simmering anger.
>It was enough for you to get to work on “redecorating” that room.
>Lord Tirek told you to turn the place into a hive suitable for your children, and that’s what you did, when you weren’t out doing master’s job.
>Of course, you aren’t going out into Tartarus on your own.
>Discord chaperones you when he isn’t helping you hunt, to make sure you aren’t trying to run away.
>Not that you would.
>>
>>26724105
>You have your children to take care of...and your master is your only food source.
>A food source, which, despite repeated dismissals from your Lord, has been slowly running dry, as your children’s hatch date draws near.
>That is, until one day...
“Master?”
>You push the roasted leg of buffalo through the bars of the cage.
“Aren’t you hungry, master?”
>He looks at you with sunken eyes, before kicking away the drumstick.
>Hatr-no, NO!
>He doesn’t hate you, he never would.
>It’s anger.
>“Don’t you dare call me that, Nymph. You don’t deserve to use that word.”
>Sorrow. Your own.
>You blink back tears, and reach a hoof up to the bars.
>Small holes have started to form on your once completely solid legs, proof of the difficulty you’ve had feeding of late.
“Please...Master…”
>Disgust.
>He scoots around in the cage to face away from you.
“You know that I still love you, right master? I’ll let you out once our children-”
>”YOUR children, Nymph. Unless they come out part human, they are NOT. MINE. You understand?”
>Anguish.
>He’ll...he’ll change his mind.
>He has to.
>Once they’re hatched, he’ll look into their eyes and feel the connection to them that all parents feel.
>That’s what your Lord says...
>You just need to keep your master healthy until then.
>You walk over to his discarded meal.
>Gingerly, you nose it back to the cage and sit on your haunches.
>He’ll eat.
>Once he gets hungry enough, once you’re out of sight, he’ll eat.
>But you’re hungry now.
>You’ve barely had anything in the past week.
>Wagging your tail half heartedly, you search through the swirl around him, looking for that love that’s now buried under his dour emotions.
>It’s been hiding lately, but you’ll find it.
>You just need to dig deeper...hidden under everything...it should be riiight...there!
>>
>>26724115
>You find nothing but cold indifference.
>No...nooo, no, no, no, no, no!
>You begin feeding off him, taking in all the disgusting, indigestible resentment in search of that spark of love.
>It has to be there, you just KNOW it!
>Your stomach churns, nausea setting in as you continue to eat those vile emotions coming off him.
>Just….need a tiny bit...
>Bile fills your throat, forcing you to stop.
>Doubling over, you retch as you try to keep control.
>There...there was nothing you could eat.
>Not a drop of love...not even any lust.
>Cafard surrounds you.
“M-master?”
>Your voice shakes, as you wipe away tears with your hoof.
>You don’t believe it, he...he can’t!
>You must have taken in too many other emotions to have tasted it.
“Do you...still love me?”
>Annoyance. Disgust.
>He twists around to look at you, a snarl consuming most of his face.
>”You betrayed me, Nymph. You laid eggs in me, attacked poor, helpless Tirek, locked me in a cage for months, and now you have the gall to ask me if I LOVE YOU?! NO, I don’t love you!”
>You recoil as though he just slapped you.
>Anguish. Melancholy.
>”If you really love me, Nymph, then when these changelings are hatched, you’ll have them dump the two of us somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Because I NEVER want to see you again.”
>The words twist into your heart deeper than any blade could.
>Betrayal. A suicidal agony.
>As you start to cry, you gallop out of the fledgling hive.

-
>>
>>26724120
>You crack your eyes open, taking in the soft glow of your hive and bask in the misery surrounding you.
>You remember that...that was the worst moment of your life.
>You are Nymph, Queen of the Changelings.
>A long time ago, you went by another name but...you’ve since forgotten it.
>Concern, fear, worry all cut through the bubble of your misery, the only warning you have before the doors to your room burst open and your children pour in.
>”Mother! Are you alright?” one of them cries out before the rest join in, barraging you with questions concerning your well being.
>With a small smile, you roll over to sit up.
“I’m alright, children. Just...a bad dream. Go back to your duties now, I’ll be out shortly.”
>”Are you sure, mother?” One of them asks, the crowd hesitating.
>You force yourself to extrude some happiness.
”Yes, I’m sure. Thank you for your concern.”
>A whirlwind of various emotions engulf you, varying reactions from your children.
>However, you turn away to look at the trophy on your wall, a cocooned gryphon, signifying that it’s time for them to leave.
>King Grover.
>Your children captured him when your swarm had overtaken Gryphonstone’s final incarnation.
>Master would be so proud…
>But you did as he asked.
>You obeyed the final command your master gave you.
>Nostalgia overtakes your misery.
>Only then do your children shuffle out, one by one, until there’s only a single source of concern left.
>”You dreamt about Father again, didn’t you?”
>Forlorn Hope.
>You named every one of the dozen Changelings born from your master, just like he had wanted.
>You had wanted to give each and every one of them a human name...but you didn’t know any.
>So you named them after the emotions you were tasting at the time.
>Forlorn Hope quickly became the daughter you could confide in.
“Is it that obvious?”
>You turn back to look at her, your child sitting on the floor...right where his bed used to be.
>>
>>26724123
>Your own bed sits where the cage once did.
>”You only look at Grover when you dream about...him…” She offers, gazing upon you with her large, blue eyes.
>A spark of happiness, still coated in your misery.
>You giggle, basking for a moment in your child’s concern.
>You’re their mother, YOU should be the one concerned for them...not this.
>This whole hive has been a cruel parody of what should be.
>Just like you are.
>That spark dies out.
>You throw yourself on your bed, and cover your face with your forelegs.
“It was going to be so perfect, Hope! None of you would have to feed me, Klamná would on the wall next to Grover...I’d be able to be a REAL queen for you! Instead of…this broken...”
>Anguish.
>Worry, tinged with pity, with helplessness.
>It’s the kind of emotion you’d expect from the family of somepony dying from an illness.
>Her hoof rests against your flank, “Mother...I don’t understand why you don’t ask us to find him for you…”
>Frustration.
“There’s no point, Hope. He doesn’t love me. He doesn’t...want me anymore…”
>Sorrow.
>Your voice wavers before you trail off, know that your children will swarm the room again if you break down crying.
>A pair of small hooves wrap around your barrel, Hope’s head soon joining them as she nuzzles against your chitin.
>You can taste the love radiating off her.
>It was originally stolen from one of the many captives of the hive.
>It’s not the same…
>”He loved you once, right Mother?”
>You nod, not lifting your head from your hooves.
>”So...why can’t we make him love you again?”
>Intrigue.
>It manages to cut through your melancholy.
>Cautiously lifting your head, you look down at your child’s gaze.
“Explain.”
>Joy.
>”We’ve managed to make all the others love us in some form or another. What if we make him forget the time he spent in the cage? Make him forget everything since he stopped loving you?”
>That could...
>No.
>>
>>26724132
>You tear your gaze from her.
>Resignation.
“If we did that, Hope, he’d want to torture me. I...I wasn’t strong enough to face it then...and since then I’ve only grown softer...I couldn’t…”
>Pensiveness.
>This isn’t the first time the two of you had a conversation like this...it always ends the same.
>Every time she tries to find some new way to convince you to find him, you explain there’s no reason to and she tries to convince you to move on.
>But you can’t move on.
>You miss him too much...you miss the security he provided. The love he showered you with. The way he ALWAYS knew what was best.
>You miss not having to worry about watching your children be slaughtered by Klamná Láska’s hive, by dragons, by all the monsters here...
>You just want to turn your mind off, to let all your concerns melt away and be nothing but his pet once again…
>That was the only time you were ever truly happy.
>Misery rises up around you.
>”But...that’s what we’re for, mother.”
>...What?
>You look down at her again.
>She shifts, averting her gaze, playing with her hooves.
>Trepidation.
>”You...once told me that sometimes he’d hurt you, but after he did, everything would be ok, again. If...if it would make you happy...any of us would-”
“No!”
>You grab her and pry her from her grasp, dragging her up across the bed until she’s inches away from your snout.
“You’re his CHILDREN, not his pets! He would never hurt you!”
>Hope smiles, “But that’s just it...we’d shapeshift into you. We’d take turns being punished so that it wouldn’t ever be too much.”
>Your tail twitches and desire oozes out of you before you can stop it.
>You want to say yes.
>More than anything you do...but…
>>
>>26724137
>Picking up on your emotion, Hope continues, “You told us all that, ‘The right body at the right time can make any wish come true.’ We want to make YOUR wish come true, Mother. All of us.”
>Desire. Hope.
>That...that could work.
>You’d hate yourself for it, hate what you’d be putting your children through…
>But having your master watching over you in your hive…
>That’s been your only fantasy for years.
>It’d be disgusting, tricking him, brainwashing him like all your other captives.
>But you’d get your master back.
>Forlorn Hope’s...well, hope grows, entwining with yours as she gazes into your eyes.
>Sanguineness. Cautious happiness.
“Gather your brothers and sisters, Hope. It’s time to find your father.”
>Once you have him back, you’ll have all eternity to fix your mistake.
>You gave up too soon, before.
>This time, you’ll MAKE him love you.

Well, that Proportional Punishment’s first side story. Every story has two sides, and it only seemed appropriate for you to learn what Nymph says happened AFTER you decided what to do with Hope, of course. After all, Anon didn’t know this either.
I realize that part two probably wasn’t quiiiite what you had expected...but I hope it wasn’t too off putting. So, how was it? Thoughts, comments, critique are more than welcome, as always.

By the way, I want to give a huge thanks to Beran, who tirelessly poured over this thing with me to make it as good as it could be, and Escapade for graciously coming out of retirement to look over it as well.

Now come on guys, seriously, who and how do you want to “play” with in Punishment next?

Really nice to finally see this posted. You already know my views on this so there isn't too much left to say about it.

However, perhaps the one point I never fully mentioned is how well this backstory works. It's a difficult task to find a reason for this changeling army to be seeking Anon, and calling him father, etc. I remember reading it and thinking just how unexpected this turn of events was. I think that level or originality really helps make up for the possible theme conflicts people might have with the premise provided. Even if for some people it's "not muh fetish" it's really good storytelling, and that's what this story is primarily about.
>>
>>26724209
I'm digging this. I honestly wouldn't mind seeing anon getting played by the 'lings if it meant he hooked back up with Nymph. Hell, I wouldn't mind seeing the 'lings bust out of Tartarus and set up shop in Equestria.

>who and how do you want to “play” with in Punishment next?
Hope, interrogation.

First, tell Cadance that Hope is a security risk and needs to be interrogated. Explain to her that the interrogation will not be pretty, and ask for her approval. If she says yes, offer her if she wants to watch (so that she can stop us if we go too far, not because we're trying to get accustomed to us doing this to people so that e can do it on her aunts later on), or if she'd prefer us to take it to another room (in which case we can go all out, and blame it on her if we go too far, just like last time). If she says no, stress out what's going to happen to all of us, if the changelings find us, and force her to come up with another solution.

After that... we'll have fun.

To the anons out there
I think we need to find where we stand with the changeling, also raping the changeling in front of Celestia or paralyzing her sounds like a fucking amazing way to get caught like a god dam retard by Cadance.

Are you fucking out of your mind?
How are you going to keep the changeling quiet? Where is cadance through all this? She's not going to hole up in the room, so either she'll wander over to Luna. (Which we still need to tell her she is not allowed to see. She is being isolated)
Or she'll wander in on us, and wonder what the flying fuck, and then we get to tell her how we've started using poison, and make her paranoid.

Seriously did you guys even try thinking about consequences?

Celestia non-consentual cuddles being quite frankly amazing>>26729282
You've got a sexy mind friend. But fuck if this is definitely not the time or at least we need to set it up right, like "Cadance I"m going to paralyze your Aunt and cuddle her.....Because...*shuddering breath* I can see no better punishment than forcing her to be h-held by the one she despises so.

Or something. Cadance is in effect our partner. We need her even just emotionally. We are unstable fuckers. And we really need to get the changeling side of the story.
>>
>>26744771
Agree that non-consensual cuddling sounds awesome as fuck but makes absolutely no sense in the story.

Also I'm still working on my review of the green.
>>
>>26744771
I don't think anyone was seriously suggesting that in the short term.

In case it wasn't clear, here's my actual suggestion for the next immediate action:

Return to the cave, tend to Cadance's injuries while keeping an eye on the changeling. Show her we're willing to forgive her for her 'instinctive reaction' to our 'mistake' and aren't angry enough to hurt her.

Then, interrogate that bugpone. Find out as much about her story as possible, and also start to try and form an opinion on how much we can expect her to obey us (probably none, but worth trying to be sure). This will help determine whether we need to imprison the changeling or can order them to stay away from Luna/not leave/etc.

Involve Cadance in the interrogation. We don't need to go full gestapo on the Changeling or anything that might turn her away from us, just be a little threatening. In fact, getting Cadance to take part might be the actual best choice because we can try and (gently!) push the boundaries of what she's comfortable with doing, using her disgust of the Changeling as a motivation.

If nothing else, Cadance will learn an object lesson in how awful surviving out here can be, and possibly come to sympathize a bit more with us.

>>26745762
>Knowing that it must be important, you force any fear from your mind as you unfold the thin piece of parchment, and begin to read.

Cadenza.

We should begin this letter by making our true feelings toward you known. We do this not out of any particular concern for your emotions, but for the sake of our Crown, and of our ponies.

You are a Princess in title alone - your mutilated blood is the result of the most unnatural forces within our lands. Indeed, it is a great pity that you've suffered the tragedy of ascension. Not only have you forsaken your tribal heritage, but you've mocked the highest of all forms by sprouting a most horrendous horn.

Understand Cadenza, the sole reason We've restrained from punishing you offense with death is out of pity for our ponies. For our ponies to perceive us as committing regicide would toss our entire land into war and chaos beyond what even Discord could invoke.

It pains us to admit that it is in the best interest of our land to allow you to carry your false rank until your natural death. While we certainly pray for death to come swiftly, we acknowledge that given your station, your life shall likely be long and comfortable. As a result, you shall bare the title of Princess for a number of years to come. We shall not, under any circumstance, permit you to tarnish our shared title. It was our Sister's foolishness to bestow such a rank upon you, but we shall do well to correct her misstep.

This brings us to the cause of this letter. You see Cadenza, the rebelliousness and insubordination of your stallion tarnishes our reputation. While it might be commonplace for a tribal mare to be submissive to her stallion, such behavior for a Princess is inexcusable. To be a Princess is to lead, not to follow.
>>
>>26745780
Of course, your stallion does not understand such concepts. He believes that the title of Prince carries weight equal to ours. It does not. He associates our title with the tribal feminine - the submissive. It is not. Indeed, the relation between a Princess and Prince is parallel to the relation between a Tribal Masculine and Tribal Feminine.

Our sister's advise failed to confront this core mistake from your stallion. As a result, it will fail. Indeed, the only means to correct your stallion's behavior, and protect our title is to force his mind to associate Princehood with the place of the Tribal feminine.

We hereby instruct you to tame your stallion. Where our sister has failed, you shall teach him the relation between a Princess and a Prince. Your hoof shall be firm and influence all aspects of his rest and routine.

Attached to this letter was a fine lace wrap. Your stallion has a tail, and you should, by the grace of our stars, have a mind.

- Luna.

Annnnnnd Done. I guess you could say I'm back - ish? I've been bouncing around any number of ideas, and for some reason, this one seemed to flow relatively well. I was debating dropping it as Anon since I'm not sure where this story will take up, but I figured there was no real need to do that.

>>26742713 and >>26731089 would both apply to me. The first CYOA post was actually Olibird asking on my behalf, until I realized that's stupid, so I dropped it under trip.

I'm fully aware that this story theme could very well turn a few people off. However, I think there is some potential for a CYOA-ish story here if people are interested enough. If not, I'd be willing and able to (hopefully) wrap it up myself.

Hardass Luna is so fucking hot. I'm not interested in femdom in the least. However, a strong female is top fucking tier.

As for where I'd like to see this go? I'd like to see Cadence start to move closer to Luna, and use Luna as her adult mentor in the same way that Celestia was her childhood mentor.

Cadence tries XYZ with results 123, then writes Luna for feedback. Luna provides feedback and then Cadence does ABC. . . etc, etc, etc.

This was unexpected, but very welcome. The quality of writing is exceptional, as usual, though you should be more careful when proofreading.

I do love the premise. From the first post it obviously aims straight for the lewd stuff, as the marital problems are most likely to be solved inside a bedroom as much as outside of it. Fetish-wise there is lots of ways this could go and l like pretty much all of them, so definitely count me in on the ride.

What didn't work at all for me was Luna. It's pretty obvious you wrote the letter with NMM's character in mind, and just replaced the signature at the end, as she still acts with both the ego and diplomatic grace of Kim Jong-un.

The letter works as a "get your shit together" slap in Cadance's face, to start the story off, but going forward I hope to see as little off both Celestia and Luna as possible. I'd like to see Cadance learn to rule with-and-through the Love she's princess of, and do it on her own, guided by the players, rather than her aunts. To see her slowly take back her place over her husband in the eyes of the people she rules and the court that ignores her.

Sorry, I should clarify. I'm not into femdom in general, and in particular when it's femdom pone on human. However, like you, I could get behind Cadence dom'ing SA. Doubly so if it leads to Cadence and Luna building a relationship of sorts.
>>
>>26745888
Well now.

I'm siding with the post saying we should decidedly not directly respond to Luna in any way, shape, or form. She's been nothing but unpleasant to us, and by going crawling back to her for advice we only cement her opinion that we're an unfit, unwanted intruder. I mean, she outright said she wants is to die! While Luna might have a point about how serious the situation is, she is no friend or ally of ours. Let her stew - we can make our own way.

With that in mind, it seems to me that we have two independent issues here:

One is that Shining Armor apparently doesn't respect our authority. The question is -why-? Does he simply feel it's more expedient to be directly in charge and doesn't realize we're taking it poorly, or does he actually think Princesses aren't supposed to be involved in day-to-day operating of the Empire? Mind you, if he does, it may be because he's expecting us to pick up some larger, long-term project of our own and manipulate things indirectly while he handles the day-to-day doings.

The other is that things aren't going so hot in the bedroom. frankly, feel free to be one-hundred percent maximum lewd here. I have nothing against femdom, and taking over quite literally there could be very, very fun. Mind you, I think that solving the first will help with the second - as there's apparently a huge communication issue here and solving our anger with him will do much to solve our bedroom issues as well. We damn well better get some nice orgasm denial out of this, though.

>Shining
Agreed, he might be acting in good faith. Like a husband who neglects his wife by spending all his time at workplace. He thinks that he's helping us by lessening our own work load, and doesn't notice that it's making us feel useless. "Talk with him about how you feel." is actually the best advice we could have possibly got.

>Luna
>Understand Cadenza, the sole reason We've restrained from punishing you offense with death is out of pity for our ponies.
>we certainly pray for death to come swiftly
And while we're talking about our feelings with Shining, we can redirect his attention from running the empire, back to improving security, especially against possible alicorn attacks.

>>26745952
Luna's not being a hardass, she's straight up threatening us with death, this isn't a joke. Were she the acting monarch, this would pretty much be a declaration of war.

We need to contact Celestia immediately, and inform her that her sister is planning treason and regicide (again), and she should watch out for her sister and have the elements ready just in case things come to worst. Obviously we're not the only princess who should talk about her feelings more with those who are closest to her. Last time Celestia neglected her little sister like this, it lead to the worst thousand years of both of their lives. It's our duty to prevent that before it happens again.

She's threatening Cadence, not us. We've got no dog in this fight.

First off, nice trips.

>>26749163
I don't know if we want to go running to Celestia straight away with this information. Caution might be advisable here, especially as Luna apparently casually penetrated the safety of our bedroom with little effort. We might want to work on our issues with Shinybutt before trying anything too aggressive.

Everything else, though, absolutely agree with you and >>26748465

>Instantly, you dispel the idea.

Dear Princess Celestia,

I request that you keep this conversation a private matter, as I have something extremely important to tell you.

Today, I was in my bedroom when I received a letter from Luna...

>Your quill stops moving.
>What do you write?
>These next few words could very well have lasting impacts on Celestia, Luna, and yourself; getting them wrong isn't an option.
>At first, you consider being more... reserved in your reply.
>This wasn't a /real/ threat, so you shouldn't panic Celestia for no reason, in case she overreacts and does something harsh to Luna.
>Yet at the same time, "not a threat" isn't a fully accurate understanding of the letter.
>She hopes for you to die.
>That's not exactly the most friendly thing to tell someone.

>Maybe you should just send her the letter itself and let her interpret it.
>It's probably the best option, since there would be no way for her to misinterpret it.
>That's what you'll do - just send her the letter, and tell her your concerns.
>Simple and to the point.
>You continue to write.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
...
Today I was in my bedroom when I received a letter from Luna. I have serious concerns that she is more troubled than we might have originally believed. I've attached her note for you to personally read and review.

Please be quick. I look forward to your reply.

With Love,
Cadence.

>Your heart stops.

>The last letter you sent Celestia, Luna read.
>If she reads this before Celestia does... you don't know what will happen.
>While you have no reason to believe that Celestia wouldn't read it first, with something like this... there is a real danger to it.

>She does have her idiocies, even if she is direct.
>And you've never received a letter from her before..

I'm honestly very excited that the first section got so much attention. This isn't within my usual ballpark, so it's a challenge for me as well. Your discussions are honestly extremely helpful for us writers when it comes to deciding where to take our stories.

We clearly already have a number of factors in play here. You guys get to set our priorities, and objectives. I'll do my best to make it happen.

Discussion, feedback, and suggestions are /extremely/ encouraged and helpful.

If there is no way we can send the letter securely, then we have to take a chariot to Canterlot and deliver it ourselves.

Celestia might tell us something like "Oh don't worry about it, she's always like that." and we will embarrass ourselves. But if this isn't how Luna usually acts, and she's on the verge of NMM-ing again, then all of Equestria might be in danger. We have to put the needs of our people first.

Also, Shining should definitely go with us on our way to Canterlot. Aside from it being a potentially romantic trip (were the circumstances different), he could also get to see his sister, and we could get some in-person marital counseling from a princess who doesn't want us dead. Shining was captain of Celestia's royal guard, she must know him pretty well.

Going to where Luna lives might seem risky at first glance, but as we already know, the distance and our magic wards don't protect us from her nearly enough, so staying in place won't do us any favors. Being next to Shining (who, if powered by our love can blow the fuck out entire armies), Celestia (who should be equal match for Luna) and I've-beaten-more-super-villains-than-everyone-else-combined Twilight, is the safest place we could possibly be right now.

Also, we should not do the lace wrap thing. Taking advice from people who hate you is always a bad idea. I do think that we should show the letter to Shining though. Good relationships are based on trust and other people noticing his behavior might make him realize that he's been doing something wrong.

That said, I would understand if we don't show him just yet and wait for the Luna crisis to blow over first. He could be a hothead and go berserk at the idea of Luna threatening us, and do something stupid, like starting the fight we are trying to prevent.

Lastly, I will ask this directly. Escapade, at what point in time is this happening? Is Twilight princess yet? Are we already pregnant? Or did we already spawn pic-related?

>Am I demeaning the title of princess?
>If so, how and how can I fix it?
>If I can't be an equal to Luna and Celestia, what should I strive to be?
>What Would Luna Do?

Absent some way of ensuring that Celestia and Celestia alone reads any correspondence, writing Celestia is a bad idea. Instead, look to the princess who has already addressed us. We were mentored by a princess once, and we profited from it. This shouldn't be any different.

Show Luna her due respect and ask for help. Be honest, admit that there's no unalicorning that can happen, and that while we can't be her peer we can still be more than we currently are.
>>
>>26772330
>What Would Luna Do?
>Commits suicide.
Nah, thanks.

She doesn't hate us just for what we do but also for who we are, and we can't change that. So she is the one who has to change, not us. We have nothing to prove to her.

Respect is not given, it is earned. Celestia adopted us, raised us, and gave us immortality. What did Luna do for us? Tell us to either to regress our society back tot he middle ages where ponies were a property, or die. While we actually rule an Empire. (Or rather a province... I'm still not sure why exactly is it called an "Empire "in the first place).

/She/ is not worthy of /our/ respect, not the other way around. If she thinks that punishing ponies by death for "forsaking their tribal heritage" is justified and acceptable, she is the one who needs our help, not the other way around.

Cadance asking Luna, for an advice on how to manage our relationships, would be like USA asking Greece on how to fix the economy. Yeah, our relationship is in a good state, but at least it exists in a first place.

We will rebuild our consensual, mutual, loving relationship, and spice things up in the bed with some whips and chains. (And gags, and bridles, and chastity belts, and strap-ons, and butt plugs, and collars, and feathers, and stockings, and corsets, and maybe even some other mares and stallions, and... you get the idea).
>>
>>26770913

We obviously can't send the letter now, and spontaneously departing to ship a letter ourselves could raise some other issues. A direct delivery will be necessary at some point - maybe if Celestia comes to visit, or if we go to Canterlot for some other reason.

I don't believe Luna is an immediate threat, however; we have a little time to work in before she does anything more rash. Being patient with our message to Celestia and focusing on the problems closer to home is what we should do. Those we can see immediate benefit to resolving quickly, and conversely place ourselves at actual risk if we do not address them.

Go talk to Shiny. Investigate, see if we can figure out his rationale for his actions. Our course with him will depend if he's actually trying to shut us out or innocently taking on what he (mistakenly) believes we wish him to.

>>26772330
>Why does she hate us?
Because we were affected by magic we had no real control over and assumed a title granted to us by a greater power.
>Is she right to hate us?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
>Am I demeaning the title of princess?
If there are issues with Shining, possibly. Luna's standards, however, seem to be limited to 'be exactly like me or be demeaning', which isn't anything we can remotely attain.
>If so, how and how can I fix it?
Fix issues with Shining. It's our title in the eyes of our subjects, the crystal ponies, that we should care about.
>If I can't be an equal to Luna and Celestia, what should I strive to be?
A fair, just, kind and helpful ruler of the Crystal Empire.
>What Would Luna Do?
Kill herself, or go into permanent self-exile?

Alright. How do we do that? It’s obvious from
>While he'd always apologize afterwards, it was still awkward being almost belittled in front of your ponies.
>And now, even those apologies began to feel increasingly insincere.
That he has zero respect for us. You say respect is given, not earned...the same applies here. He gives us zero respect, so he should get none in return...and WE’RE the royal here. He only got in by marriage. Talking to him has gotten us nowhere, so...as much as I HATE to say it...I think we might need to follow Luna’s advice, in this respect.
But that said, we NEED to do it in the bedroom.
Start it out as “Shining, I want to try something a little different tonight,” and spread it out from there. Nothing huge, I’m not saying to have him end up eating from a dog bowl in a gimp suit while we eat at the table, but minor things. Condition him. Get him quivering when we touch him with our wing, for example. Get him to the point where we can say a command phrase and he immediately shuts up, because he’s used to that being the “you’re disobeying mistress” phrase. Yea, he might whine if we do it in public, but it’s no worse than he’s doing right now.

>Tell us to either to regress our society back tot he middle ages where ponies were a property
...What? She didn't say ANYTHING like that. You’re getting your NMM mixed in with your Luna. She told us that our husband's a national embarrassment, and we need to do something before he goes full retard and starts issuing laws in our name. Regardless of what Luna thinks of us, she’s absolutely right. Shining’s already publicly circumventing us in front of our own staff. How long until the Empire at large starts to ignore us, too?
>>
>>26773079
(cont.)
As far as the death threat, I think she might just need to be renamed the Princess of Spaghetti. Regardless of what she thinks regarding our alicornship, she’s (I would HOPE, anyway) not an idiot. If she did anything that would make Celestia actually believe she’s slipping back into old ways, she’d have T-Rock, “The Magic Shock” Super-Alicorn Sparkle on her ass. (Or, you know, if it’s pre-S4, she’d get a face full of rainbow lasers for the THIRD time. That really can’t be good for your health). I think someone needs to sit her down and explain to her exactly HOW you talk to other ponies.
Speaking of...

>>26771096
> we have to take a chariot to Canterlot and deliver it ourselves.
You got it backwards. Dropping our kingdom and running to mommy will leave the Empire ENTIRELY in Shining’s hooves. Regardless of intent, by the time we get back, I doubt anyone would see us as any more than “Shining’s wife.”

If everyone else in agreement that we need to confront Luna directly, then we make HER come to us. Send two different letters, one to Celestia and one to Twilight. “There’s been an emergency. I need all three of you here ASAP.” Short, vague, and hits every panic button Twalot would have...especially if Celestia doesn’t get her letter. I’d certainly say intent of regicide, from someone with a history of it, counts as an emergency. Then, when they get there, we shove the letter in their faces, and humiliate her in front of her sister AND a “lesser pony.”
>>
>>26772848
>A direct delivery will be necessary at some point - maybe if Celestia comes to visit, or if we go to Canterlot for some other reason.
How about we just call Twilight and tell her to handle it? That always works.

Jokes aside, we know her, she's trustworthy, capable, and she access Celestia directly without going through the regular offices. She likes us, and she saved us in the past. Asking our sister in law to come for a visit will raise much less suspicion that going on a trip ourselves. (Not even Shining will suspect a thing).

When she arrives we give her both letters (Luna's to us and our to Celestia), and tell he she must, under no circumstance, read them herself, and has to personally deliver them into Celestia's hooves to read. (No, using Spike is not an option, who knows when/if Celestia would read them).

That should put the whole thing on hold for quite a while, and give us time to deal with our marriage, advisors and public image without having to bother with either of the princesses.
>>
>>26773079
>He gives us zero respect, so he should get none in return...and WE’RE the royal here. He only got in by marriage.
We weren't born royal either, but other than that, you do have a point. Doming Shining in bed is something we definitely need to do. Once he gets used to obeying us, we won't have to strong arm him in front of others.

>...What? She didn't say ANYTHING like that
I was referring to the part where she talked about "Tribal masculines and Tribal Feminines", and killing ponies for race mixing. Both of those things were abandoned hundreds of years ago, if they were ever a thing.

>we need to do something before he goes full retard and starts issuing laws in our name.
Fair point, Leaving the kingdom ow would only give more power to him (unless he was coming with us). And sending him instead of us would only put him on collision course with Luna, and more importantly, took away our chance to actually address the issues we have with him in person.

>As far as the death threat... I think someone needs to sit her down and explain to her exactly HOW you talk to other ponies.
...
>Understand Cadenza, the sole reason We've restrained from punishing you offense with death is out of pity for our ponies.
>It pains us to admit that it is in the best interest of our land to allow you to carry your false rank until your natural death. While we certainly pray for death to come swiftly...
No, the letter doesn't leave room for misinterpretation. Yes, she might be impudent by today's standards (and sitting her down might be enough fix that), but that's a secondary problem. The main problem is that she wants us DEAD, and we can't tolerate that.

>I think someone needs to sit her down and explain to her exactly HOW you talk to other ponies.
>If everyone else in agreement that we need to confront Luna directly, then we make HER come to us.

She wants us dead, but she also doesn't want to kill us. She even said it's in her best interest for us to be alive. Let's stop calling this a death thread when it isn't.
>>
>>26776019
Glad I'm not the only one. Cadence isn't an action hero, she isn't going to be putting anyone in their place without a massive upper hand. She /can/ manage that against SA, presumably, due to being an alicorn, but as we can see she's even having trouble with that.
>>
>>26776019
Why would that confrontation be violent? If we steep that low, it would make us nothing but a savage, and if she attacks us, it means we were right all along, and it would be wise to invite Twilight And Celestia as well anyway. "Putting someone in their place" doesn't always mean "beat the shit out of them until they admit you were right". Might-makes-right is how you might rule a street gang or a warband, not a civilized country. Luna's place is not in some dungeon or on the moon, her place is somewhere calm and secluded, with lots of book on proper morals and etiquette, along with a few tutors or maid servants (she's royalty after all), and we need to get her there.

She has issues, but we don't try to "dispose" of family members we don't like. That might have been a thing thousand years ago, but in this age, we get them help.

>We'll never be on Luna's level
Will we ever be as as strong as her? Maybe not. (Then again we /did/ power up shining enough to defeat the entire Changeling swarm, including Chrysalis who at the time won one-on-one against Celestia. We might not be a big gun, but we are a big pile of ammunition.) Will we ever be an unloved, social awkward shut in with reputation for gobbling fillies backsides? I don't think we should be trying to.

>>26776122
Our upper hand is the letter Luna sent us. It will get Celestia and Twilight to see that Luna really has a problem adjusting to modern society, and that she needs help with it. But will Luna listen to us, if we tell her she needs help? No. /That/ is what we need the other princesses for.

>>26776089
And you're forgetting this part.
>For our ponies to perceive us as committing regicide would toss our entire land into war and chaos beyond what even Discord could invoke.
As in "I can't go there and kill you myself, but I've most likely already hired someone to poison your food"

It most definitely /is/ a death threat. And as >>26773099 said, she has a history of it. And can't be taken lightly.
>>
>>26776749
>Luna poisoning Cadence
But would she? Said it's in her best interest for Cadence to be alive. Sounds to me like she's pissed off, but doesn't have other options. If she was going to kill Cadence, you wouldn't warn her, and give her advise about how to fix SA. If she'd dead there is no stallion problem to begin with.
>>
>>26773433
All of this. Deal with Shining first, then if Luna can bend from her absurdly outdated views then she's welcome to try and mend bridges with us. We will not go crawling back to her, though.

>a violent confrontation
>>26776122
>Cadence isn't an action hero

I don't get why everyone's jumping straight to violence. "Putting Luna in her place" means, to me, to humiliate her in front of Celestia and Twilight. It's political, not violent. Look at Bluebird Anon. He’s not an action hero, he doesn’t NEED to attack anyone to get what he wants, and neither do we.

Putting her in her place is showing those two that she still views herself above everyone, except, maybe Celestia, and is a ticking time bomb, or she's about as big of a spaghettimancer as an alicorn can get, and needs to be taught basic equine interaction, and these two will see that SHE'S the one they need to worry about being a national embarrassment. For all we know, she could be setting things up in Canterlot right now to convince Celestia that we aren’t fit to rule, if we can’t keep our stallion in line...THEN it won’t be regicide, it’ll be “an unfortunate accident.”

Confronting her would ONLY turn violent if Luna turns violent, and that's what Twilight's for. If we have them all come to us, then we can deal with Shine pone (again, not violent...well, maybe sexual violence, but that’s besides the point) while we're waiting for them to arrive. But, we have to take care of them both, and soon, unless we want to hand the keys of the Empire over to little miss “Dying to prove she can be a better ruler than her sister,” or mister “Guard captain with no political training.”

>Lastly, I will ask this directly. Escapade, at what point in time is this happening? Is Twilight princess yet? Are we already pregnant? Or did we already spawn pic-related?

>Pic Related.
I've /never/ despised a character for absolutely destroying head canon as much as her. Her fan art can be cute, but her canon appearance is hideous, and it's implications are really devastating. The fact that question spawned this rant should tell you how much I hate her.

>Time Placement
I should have clarified this earlier within the story. Forgive me. We definitely aren't pregnant yet. I'd place it 6-7 months after Cadence and SA moved to the Empire, which /should/ be before Princess Twilight if I remember correctly.

I think this post is really useful for understanding the dynamic of their relationship. >>26745723 Obviously, we'll hopefully get to explore that 1st hand soon enough.
>>
Hey guys anon jumping in to mention it is entirely possible that Luna will play it off as nobles whom abhor her recent return, and use it as a ploy to strike back at her political enemies.

We don't know how firmly Celestia is clinging to the illusion that Luna is back and sane.

Showing the letter is by no means a end all be all solution. There are plenty of ways to mitigate the accusation.

I do agree we need to tend to the homestead before confronting Luna in any capacity. Though it should be soon before Celestia believes she's made progress in her 'studies' of modernizing
>>
>All these anons upset with Luna's perfectly reasonable letter.

Here's an idea, maybe Luna, a physical Goddess of the Moon and Stars, actually is far above what Cadance could ever be. maybe she is not wrong to say that only she and Celestia should be princesses. She does not personally hate Cadance, she sees her as an affront, because she does not deserve an equal title to a being so much more powerful than she is. She wishes Cadance were dead because she does not want mortals on the level of Gods, and certainly not when they allow actual regular mortals like Shiny to boss them around. She won't kill Cadance either, as that would damage her image, and the whole reason she doesn't like Cadance in the first place is because she is tarnishing the image of what an Alicorn/Princess should be.
>>
>>26780429
The only reasonable part of the letter is the one where she says we should spend more time actually ruling the empire (Which I hope we will do, just as soon as we've send the letters to Twilight and Celestia). Everything else is outdated barbarisms, wanton racism, and death threats.

Celestia deserves the title because she managed to hold the kingdom together for thousand years. We deserve it, because we worked to prove ourselves to Celestia that we can handle the responsibility, and rule with compassion and love. Luna's a princess because her mother got fucked.

The fact that Luna can move the moon isn't impressive either. Celestia moved the damn thing for thousand years without a hitch. Discord can move the thing with a snap of his fingers. And Twilight, who's not a natural-born alicorn either, could do it too after a power boost. Moving the moon is not some sort of miracle, it's like making a good pizza. Hard, but with the right resources and some practice, everyone can do it right.
>>
>>26780654
>Luna's a princess because her mother got fucked.
What?

>The fact that Luna can move the moon isn't impressive either... And Twilight, who's not a natural-born alicorn either, could do it too after a power boost.
Twilight moved the moon after getting Luna's power to move the moon. Shocker, I know.

Still waiting to see what other ponies can go into dreams besides Luna. But honestly your comment reeks of Luna hate for no good reason.
>>
>SiM: Almost 80 threads in, and we're STILL arguing about Moonbutt.
>>

>What?
She was /born/ an Alicorn. The credit for her being a princess goes to her parents, not her.

>But honestly your comment reeks of Luna hate for no good reason.
She wishes our death, that's my reason. I'd be way less negative about her if she wished our dinner not be read yon time, or something.
>>
>>26780908
Yeah, well, the 'Luna can do no wrong' vibe can get a bit strong in this thread at times.
>>
>>26781450
She's definitely fun to argue about.
>>
>>26781473
She's the most ambiguous character in the series
>>
>>26781675
Frankly, she's the only (former) antagonist to get any kind of characterization or depth. Discord and Chrysalis had it in their literal nature, Sombra is all MUH CRYSTALS, Tirek is buttmad his brother wasn't an asshole, and GlimGlam can't deal with her friend changing as they grew up. Luna's the one antagonist we've seen get a rationale for her actions that seems remotely relateable.

>For once, something goes right today.
>You manage to make it home without running across any MORE monsters that want to make your life miserable.
>Apparently one is your daily quota.
>Reaching your trap field, you lead the whining changeling by the tail down the path, while Cadance covers Hope’s eyes with her wings.
>...You could probably fix the whining thing, if you stopped yanking so hard on her tail.
>But you’re not doing it just to hurt her!
>You’re keeping her from figuring the safe path out.
>Yep.
>That’s the only reason.
>Sparing your back, you pry the door open with your mace and yank hard on Hope’s tail. “Owww!”
“In.”
>She stumbles backwards into your cave, allowing you to slip in after her, your door slamming shut seconds later.
>Hey, look at that, you’re home.
>...
>You still hate this place.
>Maybe you’ll tell Hope that you’ll consider going back to Nymph if she has her swarm reclaim the good cave for you.
>...Naaw.
“Alright Cadance, lead her into our room, would you? I’m going to go find uh...something to try and keep that from getting infected.”
>She blinks, her wings falling away to uncover Hope’s eyes, “Our room?”
>The changeling turned gryphon looks around, “Wow, this is where you live? It’s really pretty, I like it!”
>...
>Well, she’s certainly not doing anything to get into your good graces.
>Turning to stoke your perpetually burning fire, you listen to Hope backpedal, “It doesn’t look as comfy as the hive though...is it true you picked out that cave? You must really like green, don’t you father?”
>She really is not going to shut up, is she?
>You cut off Hope from continuing her asinine ramble by belatedly answering the pink pony.
“Yes, Cadance, OUR room. It’s getting a little cramped in here, don’t you think? I’ll let you two fight over who has to sleep alone. Now please, get going.”
>As you stride out of the room, Hope mumbles, ”Sorry father…”
>>
>>26784047
>Keeping an ear out for any sign of Hope attempting to escape, you work your way to the back of the cave to check up on your two prisoners.
>The quiet clanging from Celestia’s room is all you need to know she hears you, and is ready to give you hell.
>Aah well.
>She can wait.
>Continuing down, you check up on the one you've made slightly more progress with.
>Well, look at that. The door you made for Luna’s room has held.
>...You maaaay have taken more than an hour before you went after Cadance.
>Not like you have any way to tell.
>Pressing your ear to it, you hear...wow.
>THAT’S a noise you haven’t heard in a long time.
>She’s keening.
>For a minute, you actually feel kind of guilty about putting her through this level of mental torture.
>...
>Alright, minute’s up.
>With an unburdened conscious, you start to move away.
>That’s when Luna’s cries change.
>You pause as her wailing now sounds more like she’s trying to get someone’s attention.
>Damn, did she hear you?
>No, she couldn’t have...between those ear-muffs and the door, there’s no way.
>Just in case, you take a few heavy steps, only to hear no change in her crying.
>...Hah.
>She can’t already be calling out to you, can she?
>That stupid girl didn’t even last a day!
>Safe in the knowledge that neither prisoner has made an escape attempt, with a bounce in your step, you head down to dig through your cache of rapidly dwindling supplies.
>You’ve already burned through what would normally last you a good month.
>Eh.
>There’s not any reason to hoard them, if you’re going to be free before you run out.
>Big if.
>Rather than dwell on just how gargantuan that “if” is, you instead focus on your present dilemma: who you’re more comfortable leaving alone at night.
>>
>>26784058
>Princess “I want to do the ‘right thing’ by protecting two monsters and ruining Luna’s training” Cadance, or Forlorn “I want to drag you back to your psycho ex-girlfriend so she can lay eggs in you forever” Hope.
>Well...that’s a question that will prooobably be answered once you finish interrogating your newest prisoner.
>Once you’ve found...something…vaguely usable to clean the pink one, you head back to see what shape the two for them are in.
>You enter the room to see Cadance, laying on what’s left of your now cleared off mattresses, quivering and covering her eyes with her hooves.
>Hope is just sitting there on her haunches, staring at Cadance while making a kind of chittering sound.
>That is, until she sees you. “Welcome back, father! I’m really happy to-”
“You!”
>In two long strides, you reach the changeling and grab her by her forehead handle. “Aaah! Father, that feels r-really weird…”
>...Oh right.
>You remember Nymph getting all weak kneed whenever you played with her horn.
>That’s an erogenous zone.
>Great.
>Now you’re molesting her.
>And in front of your guest too...
“With me. Now.”
>You yank on that horn, practically dragging her out of the room, her hooves clacking on the ground as she stumbles to try to keep up.
“Stop. Terrorizing. Her.”
>With that, you drag Hope out into the hall, towards the only room that's currently unoccupied.
>”Father, she wasn’t any more scared of me than she was earlier! I promise, I was only trying to figure out what she is!”
“She’s a pony.”
>Hope blinks as you continue to manhandle her through your home, “What’s a pony?”
>...Right.
>She’s a native...Nymph’s probably the only banishee she’s ever actually had a conversation with.
>You should probably change the subject to something a little less depressing.
>With a deep sigh, you let go of her horn.
>Time for you to see just how cooperative she is.
>>
>>26784071
“That's not important. Look. You said you were happy to see me when I came back?”
>”Mm-hmm!” Hope rather energetically nods.
“Right. Remember what I said before about how changelings should be seen and not heard? Your mother wagged her tail to SHOW me she was happy, without having to be heard.”
>”Ooohhh,” you can hear the dawning comprehension in her voice, “That’s because you’re emotion-blind, right? That must be horrible not to tell how things feel...”
>What little patience you’ve regained during your long walk suddenly evaporates.
>”Sorry!” Hope cries out before you can respond.
>It’s too little, too late.
>Drawing your hand back, you slap her black rump as hard as you can, earning a yelp from the changeling as she hops forward from the pain.
“Just get in there! And don’t move! I’ll be there in a minute.”
>She cries out in apology yet again as she gallops into what was once Cadance’s room...or may still be.
>You lean back against the wall and cover your face in your hands, massaging your forehead with your fingertips.
>A thousand years of the same routine, and suddenly everything’s happening at once.
>At this point, you’d love nothing more than to lay down, and do a whole lot of nothing for a good three days.
>It’s almost becoming sensory overload for you.
>”Ow!” Hope’s voice echos through the cavern as she no doubt trips over the rocks in that one spot.
>That’s what she gets for not looking where she’s going.
>Once you’re reasonably sure she isn’t about to come sneaking back out, you end your short break and return to the pink pony.
>Entering the room, you quickly approach her and get to work.
“Hey. How you holding up?”
>>
>>26783353

Her tail is kinda ugly in this picture.
>>
>>26784083
>”Master…” Cadance shudders as you take her injured leg, pulling it out straight, “Why did you have to bring that thing back here? I don’t...I really don’t feel safe with it here…”
“I know. But it was either deal with one changeling or risk a thousand. We don’t exactly have a timetable until our friends bust us out of here, so it wasn’t a risk I wasn’t willing to take. Now hold still, this is going to sting.”
>She arches her back as you start to clean out her injury with...well, alright you’re not quite sure what it is, but it was able to hold a lot of water, and didn’t feel TOO scratchy. “Nn-nn-nn-aah! Ah! Ow!”
“I know, I know. It’s ok, you’re ok. Look. I promised I’d protect you, and even though it seems dangerous-dammit, hold still.”
>You yank on her leg, pulling it out straight again.
>”I’m-oowww-trying!”
>You continue on as though you hadn’t just been interrupted.
“Even though it seems dangerous, I promise you, you’re completely safe here. I may not be able to control everything out there, but in here, I most certainly can. Hope will NOT hurt you again. Alright, bandage time.”
>Cadance closes her eyes and nods, whether from your reassurances or your announcement of the next step, you aren’t sure.
>Regardless, you press your makeshift bandage-more like a large frond, really-to her wounds, “Nnn-aaahh!”
>Once you’ve secured it, you cup her muzzle in your hand and turn her head to meet your gaze.
“Look at me, Cadance. I told you to trust me. Even if it seems a bit unorthodox, I promise you, as long as you’re in my home, I’ll keep you just as safe as you were in your castle. Once you understand that, both our lives will be a lot easier.”
>Despite the fact that your nose is so close that it’s about to boop hers, she keeps her eyes cast downwards.
>>
>>26784097
>”I know...I’m sorry Master. It’s just...I /really/ don’t like them...it just reminds me of the worst point of my life…”
>Slipping your hand from her muzzle, you trace your fingers over her fur, down her neck and over her withers before you pull her into a tight hug.
>Almost instinctively, she wraps her wings around you, her head resting on your shoulder as she returns the embrace.
“I know, Cadance. Now you know how I feel having your aunts here.”
>You just hold her for a moment, letting that sink in.
>It’s certainly true...you can safely blame every single bad thing that’s happened to you on those two.
>Eventually, with a firm pat to her withers, you break the embrace by standing up.
>Thaaaat...was a bad move.
>You practically have to bite your tongue to keep from groaning as your back howls at you for daring to use it.
“Anyway,” you say, once you’ve regained your composure, “Do you feel up for taking a short walk with me?”
>Cadance blinks, looking up at you, “Erm...maybe. Why?”
>You offer her your hand to help her stand up.
“If I’m going to protect you, then I need to figure out EXACTLY how much of a threat Hope is. Whether we need to worry about her running off or not. And well...I want you there with me, so you can do what you do best, and stop me if I’m going overboard.”
>Her mouth works for a moment before she finds the right words, “I...wow. Alright. I’ll help you, master.”
>Steeling herself, she starts working her way to her hooves, ignoring your awaiting hand.
>...Right.
>You’re an idiot.
>She’s quadrupedal, it’d probably be harder for her to get up WITH your help than without it.
>Once Cadance is standing again, you place your hand on her back and gently guide her out, towards the changeling.
>In what could in no way be an attempt to distract yourself from thinking about how wonderful your social graces are, you ask,
“Why do you seem so surprised that I wanted your help?”
>>
>>26784106
>”I...honestly, master. I wasn’t sure if you were just telling me what I wanted to hear. But...this is showing that you really DO want help to be better.”
>She leans against you, giving what, if she wasn’t a married mare, could be construed as a nuzzle.
>But of course, that’d be silly to think.
“Cadance, we’ve been over this. I would never lie to you like that.”
>She flashes you a smile, ”I know...that’s why I forgave you. But it’s hard to get rid of that little voice in the back of your head.”
>Smiling right back, you sneak your hand up to gently scratch behind her ear as you two work your way to the changeling.
>Yep...you want to be better.
>You haven’t been desensitizing her to horrific violence to ruin her ability to tell what “better” is, or anything.
>And you certainly aren’t bringing her with you to normalize her to what a “real” interrogation in Tartarus is.
>Totally.
>...Although, if you ARE getting out of here, you really WILL need to turn off the “monster from Tartarus” mode. Especially if it’s not YOUR friends that let you free.
“Careful! That spot’s really tricky.”
>You carefully guide her around the rocks Hope tripped over earlier.
>”Father? And... Cadance-Pony? Is that you?” Said changeling calls out from the room.
>...Alright.
>Time to see what you can get away with.

>“I know, Cadance. Now you know how I feel having your aunts here.”
This is important. Not only were we here to desensitize Cadance, but also to get an excuse to play with her aunts later. "If it was Okay for me to do this to a changeling that yo u hate, how come it's suddenly not acceptable to do the same to your aunts, that I hate?" Yes there's lots of other factors too, but you get the basic idea. It's something we can slap her in the face with later, to shut her up.

Also, I think we should flat out avoid doing anything gory. Cadance still remembers the gryphon that got eaten alive, and if we trigger her a flashback of that scene, she will not only stop us but also freak out, and cause more problems. Just how far we go strongly depends on how Cadance takes it, (which we don't know yet) so we should start slow and do increasingly harrowing things to Hope, as long as Cadance lets us get away with it, regardless of whether Hope actually cooperates or not.

For starters we could hope bite and poison herself (assuming the changeling poison works themselves), it will make her struggle less (solving our problem or not having a anything to properly restrain her with) and if she refuses we already have an excuse to abuse her harder.

Then, i suggest we do some water-boarding. Extremely effective method that looks so innocent, that some countries don't even count is as torture. We don't have a proper board per se, but we do have a source of water and a prisoner that can't die, so we don't have to worry about going too far. Even if we accidentally drown her to death, there will be no wounds to heal, so she should pop right back up and be ready for another round. (I wonder... if we let her under the water permanently, would she stay dead until we took her out, or would she be reviving and drowning periodically? Not that we should do it, just asking.)

Of course, the whole thing would be significantly easier if we knew what she fears (like with Luna and isolation). So we should try to find that out during the interrogation and use it against her.

We could try to /feel/ at her. Changelings regard emotions as sensory information, even if we won't be able to force-feed her those emotions, we can still overstimulate her senses. Try putting a teaspoon of salt or/and vinegar in your mouth. Even without eating it's still something you don't want to go through. All we have to do is find the right emotion.

Knowing that changelings feed on love, it will probably be hate, or some other strongly negative emotion, like disgust, guilt, or anxiousness. We should be able to make ourselves feel pretty much any kind of negative emotions by remembering her mother... Or that one time Hope actually tore a hole in our chest to crawl out of there. The good thing about this method is that Cadance might not even realize what we're doing and let us get away with it completely, or even think that Hope is pretending distress and whining for no reason.

We could make her eat rocks. It would cause no external damage, but cause lots of internal pain. It would also be kind of like getting a clutch of alien eggs pushed down your throat. It's only fair her experience with us was the same as our experience with her, and it might get her to stop asking us to go back to the hive with her.

Also, so we /could/ start getting her used to being treated like a sex slave. Cadance might dislike seeing changeling tortured, she might straight up love seeing them humiliated. Make Hope crawl on the floor, lick our feet, or... combining torturous with the humiliating, we could try rubbing her horn with the scratchy-sponge thing we used on Cadance's wound (after washing it, of course.) Or we could have Cadance spank Hope's ass. It would be erotic, humiliating, and would help Cadance get over her fear of changelings.

Okay, serious response time:

As satisfying as it may be, we can't afford to go full gestapo on her. That'd blow all our (really quite impressive) progress with Cadance out the window and put us on a very, very bad footing if mama bug finds out we brutalized her child.

We basically have two options. One is to station Cadance at a distance, maybe in the doorway to the room we've stuck Forlorn, and start off by calmly questioning her. She's going to get under our skin, and in this particular instance - you know what? That's okay. Let her; our reaction when we get angry for her acting all innocent and then Cadance steps in to calm us will work on both of us. That builds our bond with Cadance in addition to potentially dragging info out of Forlorn. Using our emotions as a weapon as the other post suggested is an option here as well.

The other, which I actually like more, is that we play good cop-bad cop with Cadance. We're the good cop, of course, since Forlorn is actually attached to us already. We start off by reminding her that Cadance doesn't like her and wants us to throw her out of the cave... which would in turn mean we'd have to prevent her from bringing back information, so she'd better start spilling to us instead. Meanwhile, let Cadance pour on the emotional pressure with the visceral disgust she feels from her ruined wedding. We could tell Cadance all about what Nymph did to us, using us as an egg incubator. Maybe imply that fate was in store for Cadance herself, and let her disgust grow from there.

Am I the only one that doesn't want to hurt Hope? She's a fucking innocent changeling who is happy to find her father she's been trying to find for centuries, and now we're going to torture her? The fuck is that? We should be mad at her queen, but not her.
>>
>>26793316
We're more using her to get deeper into Cadence's psyche than anything.
>>
>>26793363
Should we really abuse an innocent pony who actually supports us? We could use her for any number of things that /wouldn't/ turn her against us.

We could tell her to replicate Twilight. Read it from Cadence's memory or whatever. Muzzle her, and bring to her Celestia, claiming that Twilight lost and the battle is over.

Abusing our only fucking ally besides possibly discord is a bad idea. She is blindly loyal. We risk losing that entirely.
>>
>>26793460
That's an idea, but honestly I think your overestimating Ling's loyalty to us. She's loyal to her mother, and right now her mother's goals mean it's a good idea to remain near us. Real, assured loyalty will only come with time.

That said, keeping her a secret from Celestia might be a good idea for future application.
>>
>>26794230
And her mother could be a reasonable ally. Even if we don't like it's mother, we /must/ realize that the changeling will do what we want pretty much 100% of the time. She has no reason to hurt us. But if we hurt /it/ that makes everything 100x more difficult. Both with Hope and the hive it came from.

She offers nothing to us after torture that she wouldn't offer to us willingly if we asked. This small win against Cadence is not worth potentially pissing of an entire hive of changelings.
>>
>>26792332
>That'd blow all our (really quite impressive) progress with Cadance...
She's here to stop us if we go too far. We need to push the limit of what she will let us get away with.

>put us on a very, very bad footing if mama bug finds out we brutalized her child.
She had her own hive for decades. She should be used to her children getting hurt/killed/eaten literally all the time.

>We start off by reminding her that Cadance doesn't like her... so she'd better start spilling to us instead.
Cadance will /still/ want her out even she tells us what we want to hear. Also if we plan on keeping her around, we must not let her get confused about what the pecking order is.

>She is blindly loyal. We risk losing that entirely.
She's blindly loyal to her mother, not us, we /want/ her to lose that.

>We could tell her to replicate Twilight...
This is a good and interesting idea.

>And her mother could be a reasonable ally.
No she can't. Did you forget that she betrayed us, mouth raped us with her ovipositor, and then locked us in a cage until dozen little hell spawns (including Hope) tore us inside out? If she gets hold of us again, our CYOA choices will go down from "what princess do you want to play with" to "what hole do you want the eggs in next" once every few months, because that will be all the choices we will get.

Hope is obeying us because her mother told her to spy on us and play along, not because she respects us. She obeys, but she didn't submit. If we want her to be /our/ servant, we have to find her boundaries, push her past them, and break her will. If she was given two conflicting commands, form us and form her mother, she would obey her mother. And for someone who lives in our cage now, that is not acceptable.

Hope, not resisting and being cooperative all the time makes it feel /very/ wrong to hurt her, but it's something we have to do to make her ours. If she happily gives us all the answers, we're asking the wrong questions.

1/2 of the stuff you said about Hope is an assumption. We don't know she's here to spy. We brought her back with us. She's done nothing wrong here.

She isn't Luna or Celestia. She's not supporting them like Cadence. She's been hold 1/2 truths by her mother and sent to find us. Its inexcusable for us to harm her for no good reason to deal with Cadence indirectly. What does Cadence have to offer us anyways? Nothing even remotely as important as an army of fucking changelings.

Dealing with a FUCKNG HIVE OF CHANGELINGS is more important than three powerless ponies. Even if we hate them, we shouldn't piss off something that is far more powerful than three little ponies who can't use magic.

I should have the next post in Cadence CYOA (If anyone has name suggestions I'm all ears) ready by this evening. I'll probably make a new thread for it since we are so close to the bump limit. If someone else wants to do that before me I'm fine with that as well.
