It's still worth playing, if you can stand the awaxy faced NPCs and shitty voice acting. Lockpicking isn't as batshit as Oblivion, but you can't even attempt locks if you don't have a minimum skill.

Aside that and the utterly shitty non BOS ending, it's worth completing. Fuck the Tranquillity Lane bullshit though! Boring part of the main quest
