I hope this is a sign that the Crystal Empire gets some screentime and development.
I mean, IT'S A FREAKING EMPIRE, but it's never focused on. Ever. I think that they put it there in S3 because they thought S3 would be the last, and so the Empire was meant to be the new magical protector. However, just like Celestia and co, it hasn't done jackshit.
Actually, everything to do with the Crystal Empire is underdeveloped: the Empire, Cadence, Shining Armor, Flash Sentry etc.
