The chimera specifically just doesn't do anything for me. I think it's the multiple heads, and maybe the fact that the snake is also a tail (tail vore also is lame). It really depends on the monster. Most are not great but a snake is alright, and anything mammalian practically doesn't count -- a talking ram would just be another kind of person in Equestria, until it jammed a pony in its mouth. Any of the chimera creatures would be great on their own.

Something I always notice is that CV with ponies always makes them sit in a weird position. Not that I'm entirely complaining but it feels almost annoying. I've always wanted a Chrysalis or other pony of her size to CV in sort of a "doggy style" position where they stand on all hooves

Mostly using the back hips and thrusting to get them in instead of the front hooves as most of it goes.
