I honestly don't think /trash/ will kill the board, and neither will the admin/mods after season 5. After all, we're here as a reminder for /co/ to never go full general autism and for the mods to try and supress any future MLP hype that can cause global board grief for /b/ to exploit.

/trash/ isn't /mlp/'s rival. It's a board that extends to /mlp/'s interests, but it will never overtake /mlp/ as the main board for pony discussion and faggotry. Okay, there's a lot of assumpions here. I understand and accept the desire of homosexuals to have sexual partners of their preference. However that doesn't mean that I support their push to get married or have pride parades. The state provides a number of bonuses to couples in order to convince people to get married and have children that will support the economy though their work and taxes in the future. A gay couple can't produce offspring. The state won't benefit from them so why should they benefit from it?
Pride parades aren't supported by many people, so even when they are paid for by companies rather than the state they are still sponsored by people who disagree. It's being forced by a small group upon the majority. That's the basic definition of an oligarchy. A few enforcing their rule on the unwilling many for their own advancement. This isn't democratic. And why must only LGBT have pride parades? What makes them better than heterosexual people or asexual people or even people who prefer inanimate objects for sexual partners? Why is there no outcry from the LGBT community for the favouritism they benefit from and the discrimination against any and all other sexual preferences?
