I classify it in the second category. I think that I want to LIKE the show but it commits some really bad writing mistakes and fails to develop or finish its plots in what I feel is a fairly satisfying manner, and a lot of the cool elements of the show are wasted as a result. Still, on paper it's a great show that I want to watch, but the execution really lets it down. It's definitely worth a watch though, and I can see people liking it because the first stretch of the show I think is really strong and really good, but the ending arc really falls flat for me and it kind of retroactively ruins a lot of my enjoyment of the show.

Really, it boils down to how much you can tolerate how the plot is executed, because a lot of the frustrating elements of the show come from how the plot sometimes feels like it's a detriment to the really good parts of the show, like the action choreography, suit design, toy gimmicks, and interesting characters that offer potentially great character arcs

99% of the conflict in the show comes from characters refusing to just fucking talk to each other to clear up simple miscommunication. Instead, they send third parties to deliver messages and gather information and shit gets even more muddled because of it.

I love Faiz. I found most of the characters endearing, the suit designs to be great, and the fights to be good. The misunderstandings drama wasn't as bad as everyone made it out to be since it just ends up feeling like a soap opera mixed with Kamen Rider. The thing is, your body hits a saturation point where you just can't fucking take anymore of their retarded ass bullshit, and the series misses a lot of points. There's not really a climactic fight, the final form is under used, and the third rider never really gets introduced either. Instead you get an ending that retroactively ruins any enjoyment you got from the show with how abrupt and incomplete it is. That said, all the post-season material more than makes up for the show's flaws, and while it doesn't give it the best resolution, it does give it some proper closure that makes it a much more fulfilling experience. So there's a lot to like about Faiz, but there's also a lot to hate.

Muteki was a form that debuted a few months ago, the figuarts line for Ex-Aid is still going strong.
Mugen debuted over a year ago and the figuarts line for Ghost is completely done with due to poor sales all round, even on exclusives.

Heck, even if you're just a Ghost/Ex-Aid shiposter, Type Tridoron took a while to get announced, but that came out and strengthened the Drive SHF line enough so that a whole bunch of other forms could be released. There is nothing like that for Ghost as Mugen has taken even longer then TT to be shown.

It's actually quite interesting that we're getting the last forms of each Rider before a greater portion of the forms we have gotten.

Muteki, Zombie Genm w/ Gamer Driver, Lazer Lv0, and Poppy will probably be next. They might throw in MMX because Bandai probably wants the mass production molds ready for GMMX.

In the grand plot of Ex-Aid it's weird they are jumping the gun, though. The V-Cinemas will probably give everybody but Ex-Aid a new, more powerful form which will make these dated. Oh well. I guess they'll still make money doing both, anyway. I sure there will be enough kitbashing where it won't cost them much starting either way.

I just hope we get Lazer Lv3. So much of it is made already thanks to Lv5. Maybe Lazer's new form will use the other GGC parts.

Speaking of Decade, I've come to really appreciate his suit design over the years. I was in the crowd who hated it at first, but there's something about the design itself that makes it look powerful. It's one of those rare Rider suit designs that looks functional as power armor without looking clunky. It's a very clean and straightforward design that at the same time takes a few risks, which ends up making it really memorable.

It really just depends on the show. Kuuga's a really good example of the former, while Faiz is good for the latter. I didn't like Kiva much because of how the forms got shafted, plus how Bassha never did anything.

There aren't many shows I didn't like where the main Rider had a single form but tons of tools though, since that was mostly done away with post Kabuto.

also the entire mime gimmick would be him using invisible weapons to attack, it would usually be a sword but he would constantly morph the weapon into something else.
the only thing the mime would do that would use a toy would the the finisher which uses a ring.

The jingles were very hit and miss, some were good, some were very clunky. The base Ghost jingle is the best, plus the stand by jingles are great all around. But the Ghost form rap that they released is atrocious.

It sure was a mood whiplash to go from Kamen Rider Eldritch to Kamen Rider Clown. Clown was so out of place when he showed up in the movie and in that one episode.

Main Riders are almost never in control during fights against friends or anything. They always let the shit get kicked out of them in while trying to talk them down. Gaim and Ex-Aid were probably the worst at this--and I mean they let it happen constantly, not just in the case of like, Kiwami Gaim vs Ryugen Yomi.

Runner up has to be the fact that somehow there's Riders like Emu have no combat skills outside of their transformation despite fighting as a Kamen Rider for over a year. The fact that Build is addressing both of these issues via Sento's established experience and Smash being unable to be talked down makes me pretty damn happy.

Just finished Amazons S2 a few minutes ago.

I really really enjoyed it despite its problems. That includes Chihiro, but admittedly I'm basically the exact target audience for the sappy love shit in the first half so my opinion is partially biased. Even outside of that I think he's an interesting character in and of himself, though. He's kinda like a Wataru done right.

Shouldn't Sigma types have Iysogenic cells too? Since it's still human DNA mixed with Amazon cells? And why did Nanaha become an Amazon and Reiko didn't?

Omega has a first generation Register, Neo has the second generation, and Alpha doesn't have either. That's the reason they all look different.
