Athrun wasn't giving much effort in the saviour fight and Shinn was unstoppable due to the impulse's gimmick during the angel down fight.
During the final battle Kira and Shinn barely fight but Kira has the upper hand during the brief encounter. Athrun shits on Shinn during their fight.
The only real question is Kira or Athrun, since their only real fight was a long time ago.
