Considering the increasing prevalence of AIs I'm really surprised the idea of mobile dolls and AI assisted mobile suits like Epyon with the zero system have not been touched on since Wing. X had the FLASH system but that was more newtype mumbo jumbo, like the bio sensor, than an AI.

The plot of wing made no sense, but I watched the dub (primarily for the most part anyway), does it make more sense in Japanese?

Heero was conditioned to be a perfect soldier from a young age, plus you know Doc J probably tried some supersoldier experiment shit on him, as for plot armor when he detonated the wing gundam, there was enough of that fucking thing left afterwards for Trieze to rebuild make a duplicate and copy the specs so he could build epyon, so not that powerful of a blast, oh and Judau is best gundam pilot mofo did it til he was 80
