Try side-stepping, jumping at the end of the sidestep so you flutter, then flicking the right-stick down to Boost Dive as you make your approach. Boost Dive uses minimal gauge, but moves you to the ground really fast giving you enough time to restore your boost and hopefully break the tracking of a lot of funnel shit. The only sorta objective tier list you can make is "how hard to use" particular suits, even that will be questionable.

Also, I'm guessing that a lot of the Strikers could get converted into full usable MS without a inordinate amount of trouble since the hard part (making the model and doing the textures) has been done.

Similar things were apparently in the offing in GvsG Next+. Somebody data hacked an iso of that so that the bosses and some strikers were playable. Turned out that most of them had anemic to full movesets. The bosses even all had Victory poses, which strongly implied that they were always supposed to be unlockable.

I can tell I'm going to put over 100 hours into this.

Unlike Next Plus, Vanilla EXVS, and EXVS Force (didn't end up getting full boost), there are a lot of interesting/under represented suits here that I'm going to enjoy learning. Even all the suits I used to main got slight adjustments and feel different.

Shame about 00S2, G and Destiny missing, but I'm more than happy with the starting roster here. It got all of the actually important stuff and added a bunch of grunts that I've always wanted them to add.

I think this game just sold me on buying the MG Gyan, This is my first time playing a versus game, but i can tell Melee focused characters fucking rule in this. His Nuke super move felt really cheap, but i guess thats in character for M'Quve.

For anyone interested in Virtue Gundam don't let that be a selling point to preorder. The suit is the most boring shit ever. All you do with it is stay in Virtue form and spam memebeams like a tard. Nobody ever switches to Nadleeh since its better to just keep spamming. Boring suit.

The beta turned me off buying this, but it also spurred me into getting back to Gundam Breaker 3 and continuing the story since I didn't finish it before. In that way I'm glad there was a beta, as I might have bought this purely based on word of mouth otherwise.

I mained Full Cloth in the last game and really enjoyed using him this time round, Barbatos was pretty fun and a few others but I didn't get a chance to play it until late Sunday so only got a couple hours in.
That said I found myself playing as Exia 99% of the time too, I'm usually quite vocal about disliking Exias over saturation in everything Gundam related but I just got on with the suit really well. The animations helped, it looks really slick, especially the side step knife throw.

Will definitely pick the game up, wish I played it longer over the weekend. I suffered some lag until I put an Ethernet cable in and then even 3v3 matches were fine.
3v3 though.. Hoo boy it's either really fun and you feel like a well coordinated MS team or it's a giant cluster fuck of being shot in the back every time you stand up
