Since it does not call back to any previous works from UC, you can honestly watch it anytime as its own thing. The Game has a lot of little references across the conflicts from UC, but the movie is isolated to its own conflict without mentioning the Zeon or Jovian wars of the past. The only thing thats worth noting is the Earth Federation that was prominent from 0079 to 153 is basically gone.

Whenever.
The only ones that really need to be watched in order are MSG->Zeta->ZZ->CCA->Unicorn, SEED->Destiny, and Wing->Endless Waltz.
As long as you know that space colonists are rebelling against earth and mobile suits are the new thing in warfare, all the UC side-stories can be watched in any order. It's better to watch 0083 after Zeta so you already know who the Titans are and why the ending of 0083 shows those people, but otherwise it doesn't really matter. Late UC has nothing to do with Early UC, so F91, Victory, and G-Saviour can be watched in any order with no knowledge of Early UC required. Similarly, the Black History shows like G, Wing, X, SEED, 00, AGE, and IBO can be watched in any order because they don't actually have anything to do with the events of any previous stories. Most people will tell you that you need to save Turn A for last so you get all the references, but its story is actually pretty self contained and even if it was your first Gundam it would still be easy enough to follow.
