Was messing around on YouTube and randomly discovered that Orguss 02 had a blu-ray release:

Do subs for this exist? I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that there is no official U.S. release.

Haven't seen it in years, but was always one of my favorites. Would love to re-watch it in glorious 1080.
