What type of mecha could use ABH from the anime Crest/Banner

There were mechs in Heroic Age and the general doctrine is somewhat similar, so I'd imagine they'd be a decent fit.

The real question would be, what purpose would the Abh have for a mech.

What would make the most sense to me is some kind of mech in a escape capsule. The Abh are relatively unfit for surviving on the surface of a planet. Lafiel would probably have died without Jinto around to help her. Having a small pilotable mech to protect one's self on a planet would make a lot of sense.
