Seems Seki Tomokazu let it slip at an event that he is playing the main character in the new Garo anime.
So it's pretty much confirmed to be Vanishing Line.

Been a little lazy about it recently so I'll add the things I've forgotten. Though for the anime movie all I haven't put up related to that is Howlite from Sayaka's latest album.

Added the Dragon Blood things I had, OP, ED, OST and Howlite to the anime folder. I don't have the full size ending theme to Retsuden, never seen it show up anywhere.

It might come later when we get the Third "Best of GARO" release that comes out on October 17.

Just making sure I got the order of viewing right.

Maybe it's a more modern, maybe even slightly cyberpunk, and "updated" take on Makai Knights. There's the bike being the classic horse mount, and that monster with all the tit looking things on it is more or less a classic Horror design.
