What did they mean by this?

It looks a lot like a Gundam Frame version of Regnant from 00, so I'm guessing it's an Ebikawa design. The moon runes mention that it's supposed to look like a Shinigami, and has high defensive power thanks to the nanolaminate armor all over its body (probably referring to the blue parts). Looking at it closely, I think this thing probably has a cast-off feature like Virtue. Just look at the red bits on its chest, it's molded separately from the blue parts.

We got a Tekkadan set that had Gusion's Flight Pack and some other exclusive parts for Rex and Flauros. If they're gonna release a Dainsleif Graze, it'll most likely come packaged together with a Land Type Reginlaze Julia and an Arianrhod Graze Schild in a kill-teh-space-rats Gjallarhorn Set.
