Leena was literally the worst pilot of the group. All of her wins felt contrived.

It was bullshit; she uses a MAXIMUM DAKKA style of ranged combat with a Zoid literally designed for that, and loses, blames it on the Zoid when it's likely just her shit piloting skills, and when she gets the Gun Sniper, a high performance Zoid designed for SNIPING, she loads it up with a weapons spread designed for what else? Ludicrous amounts of missiles and bullets.

I bet that the only reason she was even on the team was because her dad couldn't say no to her.

Pretty much all of the HMM kits are in stock right now on HLJ for about thirty to fifty bucks apiece depending on the kit: more expensive than HG gunpla, sure, but they're also several times the size. Hell, HMM Storm Sworder's coming this November.

If you need that many guns to hit a target, you're going to burn more cash on ammo than you make in winnings even if you succeed. More likely anyone who's not a total scrub is going to thrash you, because the weight of all those guns either means you have shit mobility or shit armor, or possibly both.

There's a lot of awful 40k memes, but dakka's one of the absolute worst, and Leena exemplifies why.

Fuzors was shit, to the point that CN didn't give the following series, Genesis, a chance, so there's no English dub for the latter. Which is a shame because it was pretty good, but not good enough to warrant a new anime series after Genesis ended. The franchise has been in a sort of limbo ever since. No new Zoid models, as in new Zoids in general. They're either rereleases of older kits, or the odd HMM model or two, which are fucking expensive. The video games are all fucking dead after that travesty of a tactics game for the 360 was released, too.

The worst part is the Liger Zero Phoenix/Falcon are two of the worst Fuzors toys. Like, I actually like most of the Fuzors toyline a hell of a lot. They're some of my favorites. The Blox play pattern is great. But Phoenix barely follows that play pattern and Falcon basically discards it entirely, so the only toy they're compatible with at all is the Zero.

A Fuzors series where Leostriker was the protagonist Zoid could have been awesome.

The Zoids VS games were pretty good, so were the GBA ones.

Well I would say the same for any Fuzors kits like the Buster Eagle etc. But I will agree for Fuzor partners, the Phoenix and Falcon are not well designed nor integratable with the line. Especially the Falcon, all that was was simply rip its wings that makes armor then plop the rest of the body on the Liger's back.

I really wish they continued the Liger Legacy and made the Energy Liger the protag of Fuzor. It makes sense from a Battle Story perspective

Blox was the Fuzors toyline. Like I said earlier in the thread, the Fuzors toyline was superb with the sole exceptions of the Phoenix and Falcon. The problem was that the associated show was such garbage that it killed interest in the franchise.

Zoids has relied on overseas support for quite a while - fuck, the name "Zoids" was American, it was named something else originally. Fuzors made people wary of airing another Zoids show, so Genesis never got a chance in most of the international markets. Because of that, the franchise died.

Fuzors killed the franchise. Genesis was its last gasps. Sort of like how ACE R fucking murdered ACE despite ACE P coming out later.

I guess it kind of killed it. But FromSoftware saw more profits from the Demon/Dark Souls and Bloodborne projects. I'm still waiting for them to do a sequel to their UC Unicorn game.
