I mean, the RX-78-2 was Katoki'd to hell and back.

So the Horn clearly moves to open, and all the shots the armor is open in Destroy Mode, here's hoping it'll fully switch between modes.

I was wondering how they were going to make the legs transform without risking the whole statue falling on people after it does it a few hundred times, but it looks like they lamed out by just making the supports taller, so the legs move down instead of the hips being raised when transforming.

Its still impressive, with the RX78 being near immobile I figured we would get half the transformation, or maybe even just psycoframe lights.

Hopefully by the time that they finally do Char's Zaku it will be able to walk around

The warning markings would have been on the parts before they assembled it on the frame.

It would be idiotic for a guy to apply the markings on a cherrypicker on the completed Unicorn, when it would have been way easier to apply the markings with all the parts on the ground.

When you have a sense of perspective like in this photo, it becomes clear just how tall and imposing the Unicorn is. I hate to admit it, but the long legs and giant horn really help emphasize its height too.
