Because Evangelion did it lmao
Gasaraki > EVA
Gasaraki also has best most realistic mecha
Big deal, Takahashi did socially-stunted ladies (specifically, the brunette on the pic) before it was cool.

Evangelion didn't do robots powered by Noh theater.

I don't understand what this ending had to do with the rest of the series. What was the point of Kazukiyo allying with the Nishida coup if his goal all along was to use the Gasaraki to become a god or whatever?

Looking back, Gasaraki was strangely decent military scifi.

Gasaraki also has best most realistic mecha powered by ancient ayy lmaos

Socially-stunted ladies make my dick rock hard

I doesn't make sense. Takahashi can't write to save his life, he just makes cool concepts that fall apart the second you put anything under a microscope or just think about for more than a few minutes.
Not complaining or anything, I still think his shows are good mecha schlock.

VOTOMS and Dougram were fine, and while Layzner and Galient had their issues, nothing left me wondering quite like that

You don't have to blame the writer for your ADHD, anon.

I somehow did not have a problem understanding Lain, but had no idea what happened by the end in Gasaraki. You can't blame everything on the viewer anon, sometimes it's just bad exposition.

Of course you can. There's no objective good in writing.
I don't know enough about Shinto to really appreciate Gasaraki
