I really want a realismfag UC show set at some point between the OYW and CCA based around the Titans fighting space ISIS in North Africa.

Something that embodies all the "muh gritty camouflaged real robots" shit that the Gundam fanbase made in the '80s and early '90s.

I doubt modern Bandai would have the balls to do something as relevant and possibly controversial as Islamic antagonists, but it'd make for a much needed break from space nazis.

After playing through SD Genesis I really wonder why they haven't adapted any of those side storied. Cross Dimension 0079, Blue Destiny, Lost War Chronicles and Space, to the end of a flash could be easily 2 to maybe 5 episodes each and tell their stories well enough.

It's super not exciting, someone asked The Origin's producer about new shows (after someone else asked about an IBO S3 focusing on the Calamity War), and he hemmed and hawwed and said that there may be something that they're working on for 2018/2019, but that he couldn't talk about it. People asked for a lot of stuff (Turn A dub, etc), and he basically said he'd go back and let his superiors know. He acted a little surprised that we were interested in those things, at least.

See; I hate IBO but that's mainly because it did fuck all with its super neat setting and backstory, which was actually way more interesting than the story they decided to tell in the show.

A season based on the Calamity War and exploring the formation of Gjallarhorn, the Seven Stars, the Gundam vs Mobile Armor war, etc would probably be better than what we actually got.

It's probably too good of an idea; just like an OVA or two based on 00's Solar Wars.
