baby don't hurt me

I have loved the GM Command since the 90s as it was always depicted as the pinnacle of GMs in OYW apart of the sniper variants.
The inclusion of the bullpup machinegun means it could make the Blue Destiny protag units if only it had a ground type backpack.
Lol, it seems like South Burning's Immortal 4th Squad has switched from GMs to GM Commands and finally to the GM Kai throughout the last months of One Year War.
G Generation had them using GM Commands back in the early days.
>>15767840
This will come eventually.
I am a huge GM fan.
I am really hoping that the Ver.Ka sniper will be next year's Ver.Ka release under the consideration that MG GM Sniper II sold well.
Then we could get an updated Ver.Ka Gundam remoulded from the Sniper and then GM Kai and GM Striker as p-bandai.
The Katoki GM needs more love rather than the crappy year 2000 version which got remoulded as Powered GM recently.
In terms of Izubuchi GM, I am sure we will get Ground Type, not sure about the Marmot Squad Type and the Cold Climate one.
Bandai's releases are just too diffused in terms of characters, especially for grunts and MSV/obscure guys. They always release things out of remoulding convenience.
Release 1/100 MP Hyakushiki, no other Z-MSV guys to complement it.
Release MG Geara Doga, no Jegan.
Release 1/100 Efreet Kai, no Blue Destiny.
Release 1/100 GM Sniper II/Command with no Rick Dom II or Zaku II FZ in sight.
A Gelgoog Jager would be nice though.
Some GM Command love here.

And don't forget 0081 and their prologue clip. They definitely glorified the Izubuchi GM in that game along with Blue Destiny.
The GM Kais has their fun in Feddie Hooligans.

>Thumbnail is a GM Command being destroyed
Made me chuckle
>>15767950
It is ironic isn't it.
Same applies to all GMs. The GM is the underdog of Gundam.

>Producing good combat results
>This superb machine
>Whole video is them being blown up
To be fair, that is the ONLY animation of them.
>>15768140
Results were pretty good at A Baoa Qu at least
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zw8Raz4pMyw
Admittedly, most of them got smoked, but compared to other GMs those are immense results
>>15767950
life for jims has been hard in the post-Tomino era
>>15768247
Jims are rarely the main characters since Gundams are always Feddies. Zeon has to smoke Jims in order to make the viewer feel any sort of tension for the Gundam to make it through, and then elation when the Gundam succeeds even though the audience knows it's a given that the Gundam will win.
It doesn't help either that Zeon gets more named pilots to make it that much more intense for the Gundam pilot.
Is that new Build Fighters really about GMs making a comeback?
I think it will finally lampshade the GM being an underdog.

it's like if you did a retrospective on the career of Steve Lombardi
there's a thing the subject is known for
winning ain't it

Its the gunpla mafia using GMs to crash a special exhibition match between Sei and Meijin where Nils was going to unveil his newly recreated gunpla battle tech a few years before the events of TRY.

Don't forget the 0080 effect here.
>>15767929
I'm honestly surprised there's no Zaku FZ yet
You'd think being the massive wehraboos that they are that the japs would make an MG of the one zaku that wore a stalhelm and was the series opposite to the Alex
Also hoping a sniper custom based on the GM/Gundam 2.0 gets a release one day
Everybody want a Hy-gog .
and they make another useless GM ...
>>15769461
0080 isn't as well liked in japan.
This thing had 30 secs of screen tune in 0080. Does anyone even remember it?
How do you /m/en feel about the new line of MG Zaku II their going to release?
If their really going to release all these R-type zakus I'm probably going to have to file for bankruptcy, cause damn
>>15769546
Beautiful.
>>15767777
NO fucking way, not bad, but where the hell is my FZ Zaku
Why don't they make FZ and F2 with the Ver.2 frame? It is technically possible and it doesn't matter if the proportions stay the same.
I still need a 1/100 Rick Dom II and Tropen.
>>15767777
This image confuses me.
I've never cared for the GM line, but that thing looks fucking SHARP.
I watch 0080 every christmas and I don't remember the GMs looking this good.
>>15769626
The handsome GMs.
>>15769990
Chiseled chin or flat babyfaced one.
>>15769152
>gunpla mafia using GMs to crash a special exhibition match
What the fuck.
>>15769562
Whose custom colors are those on the fourth from the left (the black and white one)? Those are rad colors.
>>15769548
It was also the suit Tenneth A Jung used at A Baoa Qu, meaning it's probably the suit he acquired most of his kills in.
>>15769461
Despite how nice the 0080 MS designs are, the OVA series itself wasn't very popuar. It's a damn shame, since the designs were absolute sex throughout and gave UC Gundam some of its sleekest post-OYW MS that weren't overdone with Nagano's Zeta-era silly 80's stick, gewgaws, gimmicks, and/or Ver.Ka detailing.
>>15769551
Where's my MG Zaku I 2.0?
>>15770332
>Nagano's Zeta-era silly 80's stick
Nagano wasn't even responsible for most of the Zeta designs you dumb cuck.
His Rick Dias is also a better design than anything from 0080.
>>15770332
It was meant to be an update of First Gundam designs with more 80s real robot aesthetics.
1979 First Gundam still retained a lot of the super robot looks.
>>15770408
I meant more his odd aesthetic use (of the time; it had a lot more individual character and unity in FSS) of hard lines/angles juxtaposed with flowing curves. The Quebely, despite how iconic it is, is still one of the weirdest fucking things to come out of Zeta and for mecha in general.
>cuck
If you're going to try and disprove an opinion, you had best learn how to use words properly. That doesn't make any sense in this context.
Also: the Rick Dias will always have a fucking stupid backpack. That's a ridiculous fashion fail for Nagano.
>>15768145
Is it called GM Command or Commando?
>>15770520
>I meant more his odd aesthetic use (of the time; it had a lot more individual character and unity in FSS) of hard lines/angles juxtaposed with flowing curves.
And what does that have to do with Zeta, for which he was responsible for a grand total of 5 designs (Qubeley, Rick Dias, Hyaku Shiki, Hambrabi, Galbaldy Beta)? Fujita and Kobayashi contributed far more designs than he did- Fujita himself heavily touching up Nagano's Shiki in the process.
>The Quebely, despite how iconic it is, is still one of the weirdest fucking things to come out of Zeta
Weirder than the Baund Doc, Barzam, Methuss, Byarlant, Gaza C, Asshimar, or Scirocco's entire ensemble? You're really reaching here, pal. If you had said Hambrabi you might have had a point, but by and large Zeta's weirder MS was not the byproduct of Nagano.
>you had best learn how to use words properly
"a derogatory slang term for a weak, effeminate, or inadequate man"
Sounds like it fits you just fine.
>the Rick Dias will always have a fucking stupid backpack.
Two large adjustable thrusters and a built-in weapons rack. And it looks great. Sorry if your idea of a good backpack is a little boy's square lunchbox with two tiny thrusters.
>>15770594
>Weirder than the Baund Doc, Barzam, Methuss, Byarlant, Gaza C, Asshimar, or Scirocco's entire ensemble?
You forgot this cockroach.
How hard to buy it via proxy service?
