Act 4 Part 1: "Fatima Palsuet"
A bit longer than usual at 15 pages instead of the usual 10 or 12.
A new arc begins revolving around John Weinziel and his titular Fatima. John was the young boy in volume 10 who lost to Decors over Est/Vatsher.
Summary:
>John is running an errand for the AKD and given his own Dorrey
>Tries to buy new clothes for Palsuet along the way
>Has some problems purchasing them because he hasn't been fully registered as a Headdliner
>Looks at his old gloves sewn by Est/Vatsher and has a flashback of a story he told her about Dai Gu Fillmore and Norgan Siegbold
>A young Dai Gu and Sieg are facing Kaien in a ceremonial duel for their inauguration as Headdliners
>Ending is a future scene of Sieg as King of Fillmore accompanies by Est and Christine V, Sieg presumably being Est's new master

Comparing the art from the newer chapters to the old ones, I can't tell if Nagano shifted to digital or not. If he did, he did a damn good job at it, but if not, then why the loss in certain details?
