I've only watched 2199 but it was solid. Animation quality and music were top tier, and the CGI wasn't jarring at all unlike 99% of modern anime. It definitely felt like a show that had a lot of money thrown at it, for the better. The storytelling and pacing were on point. If I had to find a negative it would be the shameless fanservice, but that's like complaining that it's cold in Antarctica.
