There's at least two more mechs: Leo Minor is one that combines with KyurenOh to give it a new head, chestplate and shoulder cannon, and there's a big blocky one called Orion Battler that presumably is going to replace the Orion if it gets blown up. No word on if that one combines with the rest.

I haven't watched Kyuranger yet. How exactly do they treat them?

I'm a total newcomer to super sentai. I've seen some power rangers in high school but no actual Japanese series. This is the first one I'm watching. What I'm wondering is, is there some ranger as overpowered as Tsurugi in other entries? He was taking down enemy mechas even before they showed his mecha. I don't remember any power ranger being so powerful (there was always one ranger more powerful than the others, but not as overpowered as this guy), but perhaps in super sentai it's common.

I don't think it's that odd. It treats constellation as these universal mystical formations, known throughout the entire universe, rather than just from Earth's point of view, that can give power to the heroes through the Kyutama.

I mean, it is wrong, but any fictional work that has constellations giving power or having mystical proprieties treats them like that.

It's pretty rare even in Sentai too.

DekaBreak could use his battle throttle to move beyond light speed, an ability that was removed from Omega Ranger in SPD (They only referenced his lower lightning fist mode). He barely used that power though, so he wasn't really overpowered and often was beaten up.

Go-on Gold was incredibly overpowered compared to the main Go-Onger for about 2 months, but he didn't do something like killing giants by himself (although he did outright stop one of the monsters from going giant).
