Yeah, I've never understood these "who would win in a fight" debates when they're comparing heroes. The fight will end without a conclusive victor, because they'll either realize there was no reason for them to fight and stand down to talk it out, or team up against a bigger threat and become friends along the way. That's how fights between heroes go, it's the intrinsic nature of narrative.

I think you're completely correct, but I think people are also, on some level, hoping for something to break out of that narrative. People want to see Cobra and Lupin duke it out because they want the tension of knowing someone actually could lose. They're not going to get that tension from a professionally created story (once you see one pair of heroes become friends, you've seen them all), but in a power-level thread, there's always the tension of wondering exactly where on the 2000x2000 jpg the characters are going to go.

No, it's on humans' side. The morality and ethics of Getter are very nebulous, with humans literally being a species created by Getter in order to help Getter evolve and to give it physical form.

It has goals and aims not fully understood, it just wants to keep evolving to an unknown end. If spiral energy was an impetus to this process Emperor would destroy it, as it did the races that tried to stop it or wipe out humanity.

Explain to me why humans have more right to the earth than humans? What about the Andromeda country to the universe? I side with humans but they always pushed the idea that Dinosaurs have a right to claim earth, and in the second half of Go onwards they really point out that we consider Getter good because it's on our side and we are winning. Go introduced the idea that Getter is more like a god than anything and doesn't have set morality, then Shin and Arc establish that from different perspectives Getter is evil and a horrible demon.

They kinda do, but to humans credit it's always been in defense that they did that not active offense. Dinosaur Empire rightfully hates Getter for driving them underground, and hating humans for being the progeny of Getter that now inhabits their home. They honestly have all right to bare a grudge.

No they don't. The Getter team only ever killed the forces attacking it. They did not follow up by going underground and killing every last dinosaur or going into the future to wipe out the Andromeda bugs despite those two species repeated attempts at wiping out all humans
