My Freedom 2.0 has remained displayed and unfinished for 6 months now. Thinking about finishing it sometime in the future.

I just finished to write some poor scenario for a future role-play session. Nothing of great value but that was quite some time since I wasn't able to sit down and write something, so I feel great to simply managed to write something even that basic.
Nothing /m/ related tho, I am not confident enough to do sci-fi stuff.

Planning on painting an Asp Explorer and Cobra MK III I got high on Elite Dangerous when I got it for PS4 I printed at my uni. Technically printing is only allowed for school projects but no one's using the printers during summer weekends.

been a while since i built anything but Gentei kits was nice enough to finally send this out while i was camping innawoods.

the most interesting part is of course the decals, which is a big sheet of water slides. most are for the markings but a few are just cheat decals to cover up parts like the front crotch piece and chest that arnt actually molded in the right color out of the box. Bandai was trying to keep things simple so the kit itself is just the P-Bandai Jegan Type D only molded in grey, the only other odd thing was the inclusion of the entire A runner from the HGUC Marasai just to collect a few parts for the beam rifle, the rest are scrap.

Yeah, they teach curriculum in English and Ruskie, but still.
I'm a burger myself, and I'm apprehensive about all of the stuff going on in [country], but their program is pretty much right up my alley, and I just need to get out of the States for a little while.

Yeah, orientation is a little weird, I dunno if you had a small group or whatever, but you'll odds are (and I say this coming from a small school) barely interact with those people again.
You'll settle into your routine, roll the dice on getting a good roomie/suitemate, and then trudge along until your second year with a group of friends who hopefully have their wits about them and their heads down.
Take it in stride and just focus on yourself above everything else. Someone starts becoming a problem, weighing you down socially, drop 'em faster than a sack of Kaiju shit.
