Jungle has actually a pretty decent number, it's mostly Nagai stuff but there's some Ultraman things as well. Most of its tiny sizes though.

I actually went there in Hawaii a couple months ago. All they had were size small and youth size shirts, but the dude asked me if there was any new stuff I was interested in and told them to definitely get back into the merch game. Nice guy. I bought a poster and a DVD.
