No, it doesn't. The difference is one says he kills her while the other says he shoots her, but gives no indication of the severity of the shot. One is more specific than the other, but not contradictory. It's not unreasonable to assume it's a difference in translation, since saying he shot her and then giving no further clarification of the shot or status on Haman implies the shot was lethal anyway.
