I think Mika has the upper hand here, because his physical strength is absurd and the anime show that several times. As training I guess they are in par. Hero is a more sophisticated in military strategies, while Mika is an assault beast.

What people tend to forget is that Heero was heavily trained to be a spy & saboteur in addition of being a soldier & pilot. So getting blown off by a bomb and suffering a 15 meter drop is totally okay with him. IIRC, Heero gets captured by the Alliance during episode 3 and Duo has to bust him out. Heero rips one of the bindings using sheer force, and later survives a badly-timed parachute drop effortlessly. In the same episode, he realigns his dislocated leg by himself.

Honestly, aside from Quatre, I think all of the Wing boys were capable of that to some extent.
