While I'm not sure if you can get it that high, I know that in OE, it's easily possible to make one of the stronger units reach up to 90000 with like six upgrades in weapons if you really push it.

I'm willing to guess you could break 200000 if you were doing something like Final Eldoran Special or Cosmo Nova or Final Dankuukougaken or the OG finisher at 350 will on a fully surrounded enemy who was weakened as much as possible with every buff in the game applied.

While it's probably theoretically possible using SRX or... you know, I actually don't know who's second strongest. Shin Getter by a country mile in base stats, but Domon has Soul and Voltes brushes up reasonably close and also has Soul in the era where that was 3x - you'd never know. The strongest boss in the game has 90000 HP, and for some retarded ass reason the game doesn't show you how much damage you do when you attack.

I do, but they won't help. Not only do they not say what max upgrades are (just base stats), stat increases are funky in Shin. And even if they were, it's impossible to say what the max of the SRX is, because it's one of those old "you can't see these attacks in the menu so they gain power based on pilot level" things.

Shin's top end was pretty high power overall though. Mazinger and Raideen both had attacks over 5000 (Mazinger thanks to how Mazinpower worked in Shin), Voltes was in the mid 4000s and had Soul, Dancouga had mid 4000s and its usual attack boosting prowess, and then of course Shin Getter had a 6400 Stoner Sunshine and God Gundam had like a 5000s/6000s finisher with Soul.

Shame that there's a really steep decline after the top end of stuff. V2AB is also really high, Trider and Gaiking are both solid (as is the Daiku Maryu actually) although Trider has defensive issues, Layzner and Nu are good... and then after that you have trouble finding much in the mid 2000s or higher that can use their attacks often. Special shoutout to V Dash, which has an Overhang Cannon in the mid 3000s... that costs fucking 140 EN in a game with a 255 limit on stats. Fucking oops.

I don't remember what she has, which might be because I didn't get her unit and never looked at her pilot stats too hard (because you get Rain as a pilot fairly early in the Earth Route and then if you don't get her unit she just sits there), but I would be somewhat unsurprised if that's a misprint. After all, they misprinted Rising Gundam's stats rather noticeably.

Though I bet the pilot ranks are right because there's quite a number of people who just have shit pilot ranks for no good reason in Shin. Though I guess that problem isn't exactly unique to Shin... (Shingo And His Incredible B Space spring to mind)

But that's the fucking point of the game.
Like for each event you can just choose a bunch of whatever series you feel suitable, and then mash them up for a day. Each event can relate to previous ones, but they will always happen seperately and in different situations.
No need to worry about a coherent plotline for a cast of over 75 series all together.

That's not what they do, though. I mean, you get things like the initial Gunbuster event that could happen literally whenever or the few special events that are clearly noncanon, but other than that? Things fit together. Groups of people used in one type of event tend to show up in the same groups in later events. A lot of the more recent events have happened fairly back-to-back - we know they're post the end of Star Driver in X-O's plot, and at the beginning of the Shin Getter/Sora Kake Girls stuff, but the precise details of when are still unknown because, you know, Star Driver is still going on.

Did anyone feel it was weird they left awkward huge ass plot hooks in this game by introducing Ouma America/Europe and explaining Miu's family as Shinra's sponsor? Plus the whole sudden last minute drop that Saya and Xiaomu apparently have the ability to jump bodies and Xiaomu has died before.

For all things considered the game pretty much completely ties up what has been a near decade+ story that is Reiji's saga.

-Completely destroyed Ouma Japan once for all
-Finally straight up murdered (current) Saya
-Actually killed off the horse and cow
-Reiji & Xiaomu actually tied the knot and got married

For licensed, V's not a bad start, it's new and in English. J for GBA and Alpha Gaiden for PS1 are also options in that regard, but J is somewhat brainless in how easy it is, while Alpha Gaiden is harder than usual but also right on the edge of when modern mechanics were getting fleshed out and it's a good bit clunkier than modern games as a result.

i found myself in a weird position way back in the day: OG had the mechanics but not the licensed mechs. On the other hand, Alpha had the mechs, but not the mechanics. In an ideal world, we'd have the PS2 games done so we'd have the best of both worlds, but this world is far from perfect.

So I'm sorta trying to get into the series and I picked up SRW K because it has the series I'm interested in (for the most part), but I've got a sorta weird question. So the advice I've seen involves using real robots to be like mob clearers then use super robots to beat bosses and heavier units, but to get super robots to their full potential you have to more or less farm regular mobs to go into their "hyper modes".
Beyond that some pilots have their own hyper modes like SEED or Newtype mode so then would the most optimal pilot and robo combos just be stick seed characters in super robots? that feels gross.
