Those are re-issues aren't they? I saw them pop up on tamashii web and they don't look any different from the original OffShoots.

They are reissues. I think only the float gear is new, unless the one from the Lancelot club is exactly the same.

The repair arm for Guren was released with another KMF RD.

The KMF RDs are very different from the offshoots; proportions, articulation, and scale.

I would love Code geass model kits.
However Bandai usually makes really low quality kits when the show is not Gundam the last non-Gundam series to get model kits was Macross Delta and although those were alright considering they were VFs they still looked pretty crappy.
