Somehow I don't think end-game OYW Amuro would be total clownshoes, but yeah CCA Amuro is too much of a beast for anyone to handle, even in an inferior suit.

Amuro was at his peak at the end of the OYW. His newtype abilities especially dropped exponentially after the end.

CCA Amuro has more experience and might be able to pull weird traps or feints, but in terms of piloting prowess (I'm avoiding the word "skill" as newtype abilities and reflexes factor in as well) OYW Amuro is leagues ahead.

Considering Amuro's newtype powers at the end of the OYW peaked so hard that he was able to willingly tap in to the minds of the white base crew and guide them to safety while stuck in his core fighter not even able to see them or perceive their surroundings himself, in a suit with psycommu weapons and a psychoframe he'd probably shit on has-been amuro even if they both had nu gundams.
