No clue. I don't think any iteration of it could Open Get in games. I always assumed it was too jury-rigged together to transform anymore.

No. The transformation and combination parts got taken out to increase the general power. That's how it was in the same realm as Shin Getter despite having less pilots. (Though Ryoma's skill level also helped)

Always assumed that either it could, but since Ryoma was the only one piloting it he never bothered to Open Get, or that Ryoma's modifications gutted the transformation.

I always assumed that Ryoma gutted all of the 2/3 to cram as much power-boosting gear as he could into the Getter-1 mode, since he knew he'd be the only one flying it.

It was not built to change modes. It wasn't even more powerful than a normal Getter. It was just built from scrapped parts.
