Instead of heat, it's just the generic term they're using for the energy that Muteki provides which causes all sorts of physical boosts alongside the ability to go faster than mach 2 and invincibility. Nah, mecha are actually still pretty important for Sentai's toyline. Usually the main mecha is number 2 of the toyline right before the transformation device. That's actually why they always have some kind of big toy gimmick, rather than just focusing on making something that looks good on screen.

Bad mecha battles is just due to the writers and/or directors not caring about them. Although the bad designs likely weight on that, since they make the suits more unwieldy.

It literally is, according to TV-Asahi's site. It's basically a generic "more nameless 'power' makes you stronger!" situation, but too much of it literally can't be handled by regular Riders using it in their Gamer Drivers, hence the 10 second timer. Somehow using Maximum Mighty X alongside it creates the long flowing hair that works as exhaust and lets him keep going. They'll find a way to make it still weak.

If Parad was destroyed and revived, it would mean Emu would lose his infection, preventing him from transforming unless reinfected by Parad or another Bugster.
