Just how much is pvp rigged? After 50 fights I only lost 1 to dc and my team is made of 3stars so watching 30lvl team completely dominating +40lvl is just silly.

Official twitter said that the Kanade event is starting soon/in a few days.

Basics of the event story, as outlined in the 2 prologue quests: Hibiki, Tsubasa and Maria are transferred to a parallel world similiar to theirs. Meanwhile Chris, Shirabe and Kirika stay behind, while there's a noise attack in the original world.
Genjuro and the CSK squad think about the implications of parallel worlds, speculating that they might run into version of themselves over there.

Meanwhile HTM squad try find differences from their world in the parallel world. They speculate whether or not noise and S.O.N.G exist.
They then get attacked by noise, confirming that those do exist. After fighting them off, you see unknown characters talk on a black screen about three relics appearing. The person talking is very surprised at identifying Tsubasa's.

Later on, when it's evening, they notice that the moon is unfucked, leading them to assume that the lunar attack incident hasn't happened in this world. They're unsure whether or not this is imminent or just not a thing in this world.
They also talk a lot about whether or not Finé exists in this world.

Finally, they hear a menacing scream, and rush to where it came from. A noise attack happens, and Hibiki and Tsubasa suddenly stop and are all like "wait.. is that.." only for Kanade to suddelny stand before them. Tsubasa and Kanade share a "Kanade??" "Tsubasa??" moment, and the prologue ends.

So basically the first event will play in a parallel world, where most likely Kanade survived the initial noise attack at the concert, while Tsubasa died. At least that's the most likely scenario given what happened so far.

They will also release Kanade as a character, plus a new song with the event.

What emulator is everybody using to reroll? Bluestacks gives me the same error every time I open the game and Nox is just stuck loading the title screen. Rerolling on an iPhone seems like it would take a while seeing as you have to redownload the app each time.

I rewatched the first season last year for Hibiki's birthday, G a few months ago and finished GX last week. It gave me a chance to actually watch GX's blurays and they were alright. GX seemed better after not having watched it in almost two years and being watched in the span of a few days instead of 13 weeks, but it's still got it's flaws compared to the other two seasons.

So I tried putting one of the 4* Chrises into the other but the OK option is blurred out. Do they need to hit the level cap before you can do it?

How do you access the item quests that give you the level up material? The locked ones in the SP quest menue.

G and GX are worth grabbing in 1080p. Most of the releases are bad because Commie is Commie, HorribleSubs never translates the songs, and FFF/GetWet/DmonHiro (S1 only) never did a proper BD batch with editing.
For S3, H&D never made a batch and their timing was really rough at the start, especially episode 1.
I just ended up editing all three seasons myself.
