Going entirely by observed feats, Dozle. Yes, supposedly he was this awesome fighter with his giant axe-modded Zaku. But we never see that, we only see him stumble around in an overpowered mobile armor that gets by entirely on being too shooty for anyone to approach past its I-field.

Middle guy is far lower in rank than Norris, Char and Gato. Not even an officer. Ridden would hold a similar rank to the other three.

That's not Ridden's hairstyle and Ridden didn't serve under Dozle. His hair would be light colored like Char's even if it was strawberry blonde/red, not that dark color.
