There's just something really wrong with this design, like it was made to pander to horny otaku rather than just being a cool design like the first two Drossels. Drossel Charming's hips were very sexual sure, but as a whole her design was very exaggerated and functional, especially with her tail whip acting like a third leg.

The 2nd season version basically has excess articulation because her entire body is actually a tripod, with her head functioning as another leg. And she only move like a humanoid by choice.

This new version 3 is basically going back to the design of the first season in that she just has human level articulation.

Then again, since the joints are hidden by rubber/carbon fiber, it is theoretically possible for her thigh joints to be more flexible than it seems. But at this point I suspect they are trying to stick to human movements for this iteration.
