Just because the show doesn't outright state something doesn't mean that it isn't the case. See Loran or Kira being a Newtype.

It's a fair interpretation, but it's also just headcanon. Same as my thinking that exposure and proximity to Maria fried scrambled her noggin'.
She's clearly an absurdly powerful Newtype, as was Maria, and in prior entries Newtypes, especially powerful ones, near to each other played havoc with one or each others' senses.

It's one thing if they're contradictory, but they aren't. There is nothing wrong with other published material explaining something about the series that wasn't mentioned in the show itself. Katejina already exhibits traits of a Newtype in Woowig.
Maybe she is Cyber'd but there's only flimsy evidence for it in Victory.

Not that this is proof of anything one way or the other, but Katejina is always listed as a cyber newtype in SRW games. Not sure about DW Gundam.

I found this, but it seems to imply that Ple is a cyber newtype, which I didn't think was true. She was a natural, right?

The chart measures them in terms of power and stability, with the weakest on the left, strongest on the right, most stable on the bottom, and least stable up top.

The only reason I initially failed to understand her development is because you guys had completely mislead me about her. After I figured out this mistake her concept as a character was really easy to understand.
